She has over 25 years of experience tailoring and has always done amazing work. She also went to school for fashion design so she knows what she is doing! I trust her with my clothes!For her offerings, the prices are very reasonable, you can get a one of a kind piece tailored to your body - she has done custom hair pieces, belts, skirts, suit sets, horse riding competition outfits amongst the bridal and workwear!Great craftsmanship and quality. I got engaged December of 2020 and was visiting my sister in law for Christmas and she suggested we go take a look at some gowns to see what I like before I choose one back home in MT. This was the only place that took us as a walk in. The owner was so incredibly sweet and fun! She helped me grab 5-6 dresses to try on the 6th dress I tried on was the one. I immediately started crying and feeling like the bride I was hoping to be. She was so excited I loved the dress so much she took photos and videos because she loved my reaction so much. She was soooo nice and lovely. She put a veil on me with a head piece and my sister in law and I cried some more lol. I immediately bought the dress right then and there. We added some buttons and she gave me a discount and cleaned the dress for me. I was so pleased with the whole experience. After the adjustments I fell in love with it even more. I get married in a month and I am so excited to wear this dress and feel beautiful. ❤️

Look no further because Vien is the best there is! She made me a custom dress and vail that had my husband in tears! Everyone loved my dress and so did I. She was the nicest and easiest person to work with and I could not have loved my dress more! Then my mother in law surprised me with hair pieces from her shop that sealed the whole looks! OMG. Ok, this lady is better than Vera Wang, but lest be nice to Vera, and say just as good as. Seriously!!! The quality of her materials!!!!! The beads quality!!!! The beading!!! People, this is the woman to go to if you dont want copycutter wedding dresses. Try all you like, and then if you dont fall in love with something (you will love all of them) ask her to design something for you. The truth is that I have no words to describe how beautiful her work is, and how beautiful she is as a person. So, go there and thank me for the rest of your marriage or forever. She is in Salem, Oregon. It is worth the drive or the flight.

Vien at vouture is amazing! She puts so much care and precision into everything she does. She has altered my wedding gown, jeans, and even bridesmaids dresses and has always done a great job. She is always realistic with what can be done and will let you know what would work best to make you the most comfortable in your clothing. I will never go to anyone else for my alterations!

Vien is extremely talented! I had been looking for a dress, and liked the top of some and the bottom of others, but couldnt find the one. My mom and I found Vouture in Salem after googling around and we figured it was worth looking into to see if someone could make the dress I had been wanting. When I walked in the door, I realized this was no ordinary seamstress or dressmaker, Vien is legitimately creates bridal couture! When I looked at other dresses she had made in her boutique I knew she would be able to do what I wanted for my dress. I showed her pictures of different aspects of different dresses I liked, and features I didnt want. She sketched up my dress right there in front of me and I knew this was it! She gave me a very reasonable quote for it being tailored to fit me, and be exactly what I wanted. She also made my veil to match the same lacing on my dress. Vien is very professional and was easy to reach and communicate with when I needed to have an update or schedule a time to come in. I would 100% recommend Vien to make anyones dress. It feels so special that this is MY wedding dress and was made to fit me. No one else has it! I am absolutely in love with it, and I cannot wait for my wedding day to share pictures!

Went wedding dress shopping for my friend, went to a ton of places like Davids Bridal and had a horrible experience! Came across this gem of a place, and they were going to close soon and they kept the shop open for us so my friend could try on as many dresses as she wanted. Not only are the dresses AMAZING and unique, but we never felt rushed and it was more like a family experience. Overall just an amazing experience, could not have asked for a more kind and talented team! Thank you for making my friends wedding dress shopping experience special :)

I have her do all my alterations. She does an amazing job shortening and taking in the waist of my jeans. She is very nice and skilled. Her shop is adorable and clean. She also makes custom wedding dresses that are unique and gorgeous!

My daughters wedding dress (mermaid cut) did not fit correctly. We were told by other places it could not be fixed. Vouture FIXED it and it turned out amazing. Our only regret was not having her design and make the entire dress to begin with.

My experience is from December of 2017. I had gone in because I had fallen in love with a dress from Vien that I had seen at the Salem Wedding Expo. Everything was great, friendly, took notes, we talked about different colored flowers to add the dress, and I left leaving a deposit. Three months before my wedding I go in to try on my dress, the dress was not the ivory I had fallen in love with. I was a bit in shock as I had so little time left until my wedding day. When I pointed out the display to Vien and how my dress looked different, she said that she thought I was having a winter wedding, I was. However, we never spoke about changing the color of the dress. That would have been evident if the notes would have been reviewed. I understand that many places do not offer refunds, we did not discuss this beforehand. She first offered to give me 50% off for a tux for my husband ( something that had already been previously offered to me). She then offered to make another dress, one that looked like the original. By this point I did not feel comfortable continuing business with Vien as I was worried another problem would arise and I had so little time. All could have been avoided if notes taken would have been reviewed and if progress would have been communicated to me during the process to avoid the completion of a dress that I had not put a deposit down for.
