I came here with my friend to purchase a mattress for him and the service was incredible! Caleb helped my friend find the perfect mattress for him and Caleb made the experience very relaxed and fun! The sales guy I had, I really wish I could remember his name was beyond helpful and very informative!!! I have severe back pains and really needed something to help with that. He had me lay on multiple mattresses for about 10 minutes each to see what would help me best. His top choice was great but I actually liked the step up from the one he had me try first, he was never pushing me to getthe most expensive mattress he was more concerned with me finding what would be best. Because of how he handled everything and explained why each one would help me in which way I even ended up getting the adjustable base.

No customers inside. Weird that they have multiple locations just a mile away from each other. Got a floor model for cheap though. The one and only employee that was there was helpful.

Very good service from the moment I got in the store. Got to try few styles of mattresses. Ended up with a “Beauty Rest” brand... a “firm” (pressure smart) inner spring mattress. Felt it was the right level of comfort for me. Left very happy thanks to the attention of the sales rep who assisted me gave me a good deal with a brand new mattress already in the store so I didnt have to wait five more days in order to get it. Sales rep and his assistant, got it all set up for me and tighten it on the top of my Honda CRV, which was way better since I didn’t have to pay for delivery. Overall, had a good experience. I’m a happy camper. Can’t wait to sleep on my new mattress tonight! 🙏🏻👍🏻☺️

The Staff at Mattress Firm were so nice and accommodating during my visit and I’m so glad I stopped by at random today to see if they had a simple bed frame in stock. Not only did they have them in stock but I had four to choose from…. All items I could take home that day. I have been doing some price comparisons before my visit and these guys beat them. Plus with so much shopping online it was nice to talk to someone knowledgeable about the products and actually see what I was getting before hand. Awesome experience. Thank you.

Both Caleb and Mike were excellent at explaining the features of the various mattresses they sold and matching my needs to the correct mattress. We have Not yet received the mattress, but I am confident that caleb’s advice will prove to be accurate. I had many questions and was glad he could explain the minute differences among all the mattresses!!I suspect that the body building & fitness routine of both Caleb and Mike (and their personal use of various mattresses) helped them be more knowledgeable!! Obviously when you’ve stressed your body, you need a good mattress!!I also appreciate the Tempur-pedic policy—I can exchange to a firm or a soft if the mattress does not meet meet my body needs.They also explained and convinced me that the adjustable frame was worth it.We were impressed by both sales people and their knowledge. I did not expect to buy from a Mattress Firm store— I just stopped in to find out about Tempur-pedic.

I went to this store and they ordered an online mattress for me and they never delivered my mattress as they were supposed to and then I found out because I called the store that my mattress was not available even though they already charged me for it! We purchased our mattress and box spring here after buying a bedroom set from ashley furniture across 28. After about 13 months the mattress started to have depressions from where we lay. We contacted the store and got Caleb. He advised us to go on line and start a warranty claim. So we did, our claim got denied. We contacted the store again and Caleb got on the case. He showed professionalism and follow through. Caleb got our claim approved and invited us in to pick a new mattress. If you are in the market for a mattress we highly recommend you go see Caleb. Caleb was the only staff member working yesterday evening when we arrived. He was very kind and super helpful! He listened to our needs and made some great recommendations. He also was very interested in keeping things clean and observing Covid-19 social distancing guidelines, which we appreciated. He offered us some temporary pillow covers to make us feel more comfortable trying out the mattresses. He walked us through our options and helped us decide on a great setup! I was greeted courteously and promptly by the sales man who took me right to the area of the store that had the type of mattress I was looking for. He showed me a few options and I selected the one that best fit my needs and it was even on significant sale!!! I was in and out in about 30 min. My only suggestion for management is that you may have lost a couple sales because the only employee was helping me and while I was there I know at least 2 customers came in, were (politely) asked to wait while I finished but I think they ended up leaving.

Brad was very knowledgeable and particularly attentive to exactly what we were looking for and made every effort to make our search satisfying. He researched answers for some questions that we had And went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find exactly what we wanted. Very excellent service. Great selections. I walked in just to browse, I ended up purchasing three mattress sets due to the unbeatable prices offered by amazing salesperson Caleb. He was extremely professional, polite, figured out exactly what we needed, and suggested the perfect mattresses for our needs. With so many choices available, they definitely have something for everyone. I had shopped a few other mattress stores before going to Mattress-Firm. Went to a different location on route 28(there are 3) and was not entirely pleased as the salesman had not been completely honest to my girlfriend and I. Showed up in this location by accident and we are so happy we did!!!! We worked with Dave who is a genuine dude, we didnt feel as though we were being swindled at all. We had a budget and managed to get a huge discount on a very good mattress. The new mattresses are all priced fairly and if you have a tight budget, most stores have a clearance section where you can find massive deals. All the pre-owned mattresses are still in new condition and cleaned twice, so theres nothing to worry about when it comes to cleanliness.The store personnel were very friendly and approachable and helped us find a mattress that fit within our budget. He even helped us find a discount on a nicer bed frame (compared to the one that came with the bed). Highly recommend buying a bed from this company (especially the Salem, NH store).

I would strongly recommend the store. when we entered My wife and i were immediately greeted by Joe, who provided us with detailed information about several Products that we had in mind. he showed me and my wife a couple of products that were based on our interest, budget and was happy to answer any additional questions we had along the way. When you have 2 people who have different sleep preferences it can be hard to find one thats just right. Jerry nailed it! My wife and I had been shopping for a king size mattress and foundation. We received recommendations and quotes from 3 other stores nearby. All of the quotes were very similar in price(within $100 of each other). We told them all our price range. Unfortunately each store gave us a quote that was well over the price range we told them. The salespeople at the other stores kept trying to tell us that we needed this feature and that feature and this is a little more than you wanted to spend, but its worth it.Today we visited Mattress Firm 291 S Broadway, Salem, NH. Tom Sokolski met us at the door and right away my wife and I liked the way he was there to help answer any questions we had. We also liked the way he wasnt pressuring us into spending more than we wanted. He told us about everything available in our price range. We found the perfect mattress for us at a great price! Tom even let us know about the special they were running, which was a FREE Head up adjustable base! We bought the bed today and they are delivering it to us tomorrow. Thank you Tom!!

We didnt want to spend a ton on him, and the great folks here didnt try and up-sell us on anything. Instead, they listened to what we had to say, gave us a great range of options, and took the time to let us try a number of both stock and clearance items. When wed made our selection, they were incredibly generous of my military service, helped us load it up and tie it down, and gave us a great smile on the way out.
