Purchased a 1500 couch took the pillows with us and was assured by staff that it would be wrapped and taken off the floor. When we arrived to pick it up the couch was still there not wrapped and now had foot prints on it. I went to the register to get my pick up and the girl with the super long fake eyelashes told me I had to wait on line. I explained to her that I just came from two of your other locations and I did have to wait on line for a pick up since I purchased yesterday. She responded with that’s your problem I asked for a manager and she didn’t call one I had to walk to the end to speak to someone else and she helped me.Very unprofessional staff no supervision. I work in customer service I would never speak to a customer like that nor allow my staff to respond to customers that way

I went to this store the items looks fantastic so I bought some rugs looks good and soft I bought like 4 after two days of used it the floss of the rug got out of the rug when I went to return them but the manager would not return them lately he return after not nice dialogue. So my recommendation don’t sale rugs from over thereThey are salling trash for a lot of money you can sale of Macys or Kohl’s at least if you want to return you can and home sense rugs prices same like Macys and Kohl’s

Same company as T.J.Maxx, this store focuses on home goods.Wall to wall stuff of furniture and home goods. Plenty of different decor to choose from. Could not speak on quality of the furniture, but it all look pretty decent. If youre looking for some decorations for your home, this is a good option.Regarding the prices, Id say theyre average, not Walmart cheap but also not too expensive.
