I like this location better than South Salem. Ladies are always helpful and friendly. Inventory is low since covid but thats everywhere.

I hate having to go here they are always out of stuff and the parking is donk. And they wont even put you on a list to call when they get the product in. I only go cuz of the whole who bids what brand they can carry so frustrating

Went in today and the girl working was extremely rude not only to me but the ladies in front of me - very unwelcoming and didnt care to help the costumers. Another lady walked in covering her face with a sweatshirt and asked nicely if they had a mask she could use so she could shop and the girls sarcastic response “if you want to buy a box”. She has blonde short hair with dark eyebrows.

The staff were not friendly and weren’t very knowledgeable about the brands. I asked if they had something and they pretended to look in the back of the store. I’ll order online from now on

As a barber, this place has the cheapest hair product and the rarer clippers in the barber community other stores DONT have

I love, love, LOVE this store! My fiance, who is a hair stylist, introduced me to it. Their prices are just above wholesale and they have a very large, diverse inventory of products. I discovered a new product line here, by Esquire (the mens health/fashion magazine); they have a whole range of Oud scented hair and body products. They even have some tools (hair dryer, electric razors, etc) in the same blue and wood style.I believe you have to have a hair stylists license to shop here, but if you do have that, you simply must check out CosmoProf. The best products and prices in town!

Went into this Beauty supply store for the first time, asked the 2 female employees some questions on product, they had no clue or knowledge on any of the products in the store, what topped the cake is supposedly you have to have a cosmetology license to buy anything in here...there was no notice of that anywhere at the front entrance or announced anywhere.

Popped in while waiting for my Pizza Hut order next door. I didnt read the sign that you needed a license as a stylist to shop here. It is printed largely above the hours on the door but its at a lower level. Not at eye level, possibly if it was raised up higher it would be more noticeable. After browsing I found some hair bands and a $2 keychain purse brush. At checkout she asked for my license and I was a little confused since I only wanted to buy a hairbrush and headbands. She was nice and explained the Oregon law but understandably was a little irritated after finding I could not purchase anything. I think a greeting when you walk into the store would be helpful. Like: Hi, thank you for coming in today. Please have your professional stylist license available at checkout. That would definitely have people asking questions before they shop. Either way, an interesting store and I learned something new today. LOL

Only thing I wish they still had Schwarzkopf hair care line. South has it though.

When I went they said that I needed a permit to buy and the other people who were ahead of me did not ask for anything it would be rasism
