Staff at this store was helpful, friendly and kind. The store was being cleaned thoroughly with frequent touch surfaces sanitized while I was in the store. I came in mad about my recent interactions with online support and left with a working device and a smile on my face and laughter in my heart. Good folks here trying their very best at customer service and Im thankful for their help. Big Mike, Kelly & Derrick all assisted me today. Thanks to all of them.

I started my day at TMobile in Saginaw- Green Acres. Mike and Kelly are awesome? They set my new phone up, transferred my photos, downloaded app for my car, set my email and made me feel comfortable with my new purchase. Their customer service is a strong 10! So I wake up on my day off with only one thing on my mind: the iPhone 13 pro. Am I aware of the chip shortage? Of course. I have my ear to the ground, constantly vigilant. However, this does not disparage my previous attempts to acquire this cutting edge technology. Today marks my 4th (!!!) attempt to get this phone in the past week. Upon calling this location, I am told that they have one iPhone 13 pro left in stock over the phone. This was after being left on hold for 10 minutes while they checked what color the phone was. I really dont care that they are making me wait at this point. I tell them I will be there in 30, they say the phone willl be there. I nearly spew chunks due to the level of excitement my body is going through. My iPhone 7+ has met its last days. It no longer charges.I am happy to pass three other locations to get here. When I arrive, I am made to wait in the lobby. Again, at this point, I do not care. I am happy that I will not be leaving empty handed. After waiting 15 minutes, the associates go to grab the phone for me. After 5 minutes of them searching their safe, I am told that they have the iPhone 12 Pro, not the 13. I am just wondering where T-Mobile is even finding workers that dont know the difference between the number 12 and 13. If it were not for the street taco stand down the road, this entire trip would have been a failure. I actually stopped at another T-Mobile on my way home and bought another phone charger, just to spite the State street location.

Tanya and Kelly have done a fabulous job of helping me and my father make the move from Verizon to T-Mobile and new iPhone 12 Pro Maxs in grey. The discounts and prices have been very easy, and the price for the 55+ program are the best!

The store manager Kelly, she was amazing. She helped us with all for what we need. Definitely going back for all my needs.

I met a girls named Kelley at a Comic con in Saginaw and she was talking about working at T mobile. She said come by if I wanted a new phone or better deal. So a few months went by and I went into this location, and it was clean and i was greeted in a friendly manner.asked if Kelley was there and she was in the back and came out and greeted me with a smile and said she remembered me. She took amazing care of me, and I will be back based on how I was treated. Thank you.

Hi this is Gloria Ive been a customer for T-Mobiles only a few months now previously with another carrier for 50 years. T-Mobile has gone over and Beyond what any customer would expect. The new manager Sam at the State store, was exceptional her staff,Cam,Kelly,&Namon, are so knowledgeable and go beyond what a customer would ever expect they helped me with my new phone,& they are very kind, & are customer friendly,with more knowledge than anyone could imagine. My experience here was not good! The girl who waited on me led me to believe that Id be getting a deal that I wasnt qualified to get ( had to have 2 lines, I only had 1). All she cared about was selling me a $700 phone. She didnt explain anything to me before sending me on my way! The next day I went in to question the sale and the deal that I thought I was supposed to get, the Flint manager was there. He saved the day! I think Ive been there 3 or 4 times to get screw ups fixed. They did there best to talk me into keeping the expensive phone. If I wouldve gotten the deal she said I was qualified for I wouldve been happy! Needless to say I havent seen her there the last couple of times I was there. Maybe they sent her for more training! Im not a hard person to please! Trying to screw someone over whos on disability and on a limited income isnt cool. Trying to screw anyone over so that you benefit from it isnt right!!

Went into the store with a friend, Cam helped us and was so friendly and knowledgable. If you need a new phone, go here! They helped her transfer her stuff, got her into an amazing new phone and she got a great new plan! The whole team was amazing.

Very friendly and helpful place. Me and my husband walk in not think we were buying phone and walk out with 2 phone. And his customers service was so nice we when back today and got phones for me kids.

I went into my favorite Tmobile store on State street in the Green Acres plaza, to ask questions about getting a tablet for my Grandson and was pleased to find out I could get a free one with just activation gre and taxes, thanks Tyler and the rest of the staff they are amazing

I went in the store I asked how much for a phone the guy was very rude to me he told me a price and he didnt take my information I went to a different cell phone company I felt like I was dummy that is what the guy made me feel like the owner will respond to everybody bad review expect for mine why it was that store on state street
