Did not make window for pick up or delivery.Furniture was delivered at 6:45PM on a week night and did not finish until almost 10pm.The 18-wheeler literally had a piece of white paper with sharpie writing duct taped on for a license plate.The driver refused to attempt to drive to the apartment, despite confirmation with the rental property that 53’ trucks have been back there before and was charged $75 per 50’ for almost 300’ that had to be paid then and there. Who has that much cash on them??Everything that came off that truck was absolutely filthy. I had brand new industrial storage bins that looked like they went through a tornado and where cracked. My peloton foot stand was broken and now the bike is extremely wobbly. My mattress, which I paid extra to protect was absolutely filthy and needs replaced. All of my nice real wood furniture is chipped. The glass in my coffee table is scratched. The walls were scratched. The movers were supposed to set the TV up, as I paid for packing of it and they did not. The icing on the worst cake of my life was the driver. At 10pm when they finished, he asked if he could use the restroom ‘real quick’. He was in there for about 10 minutes and when he came out he did not have a shirt on. When I went into the bathroom after, it was soaked. The floor, the counter, everything on the counter and my hand towel was dripping. Totally inappropriate and disgusting! I will be pursing legal action.

I made appointment with Lisa at ALL IN ONE four months prior to the move date with details of my move. On the day of the move the driver was rude and inpatient refused to move me stating that it will take him 2 days to complete the work. The driver is not a good representative for the company. He does not want to work.My time was wasted, I have also at that time made a reservation for a 40 foot container for the items to be shipped out of the country. Very disappointed with this company. The truck presented for the move was a joke. Useless company. They dont value time and money. They are in a hurry to collect $100 deposit and contract. No where in the contract did they specify that the driver will refuse assignment.

Horrible horrible company! DO NOT USE!! ITS A SCAM!My mom used these guys to move from MA to AZ and they took her on a roller coaster of a ride from beginning to end. They gave her a quote over the phone and when they arrived to pick up her stuff, they started taping all her boxes and all my moms things that were already boxed and tapped. They charged her for 60 ROLLS OF TAPE!! AS WELL AS 50 BOXES OF THEIR OWN!! When my mom had all her own boxes and didnt use any of theirs. $495 for packing material. This is such a scam!! Fees on top of fees! They then took the truck to NJ and CRAMMED all her stuff into a closet storage until they could find a driver. They finally got a driver and her stuff finally arrived after a long wait. When they arrived the driver backed the truck into the main house and was refusing to give my mom insurance info until she paid them for her stuff. The police had to come and get involved because my poor mom was all alone. They then wanted to charge my mom extra because they had to carry the stuff an extra 75ft when it was their fault that they couldnt drive and properly back the truck down the driveway. My mom refused to pay that extra fee. When they started unloading her stuff Everything was damaged - boxes crushed, furniture torn and dented, etc. Things were also missing. I could go on with this, but hopefully this is enough warning to stear clear of this company.

We thought we were getting a good moving company. It ended up being an absolute mess. Broken furniture, missing bike, ruined office chairs. And now I have to take the time out to send in the claim which could take 90 days. And who knows if they will even reimburse me. At time of signing contracts, the gentleman only spoke Spanish so there was no way I could even discuss the contractual agreement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. See photos for details.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE. The positive reviews are BOTS. If you google the names, they are from obit notices. These people are dishonest, rude, scam artists.We were quoted a low price and promised that movers would come pick up our stuff, drive it to our new location, and then move it into our house. NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE. NONE.When the movers arrived (a day late!) the quote they actually gave us was triple the original quote even though we had not added any new things. They charged us $200 for tape even though ALL of our boxes were taped. I watched and filmed the movers wrapping entire rolls of tape around boxes and our mattresses. Just absolutely ripping us off and cruelly taking advantage. They charged us hundreds more to move a table and some larger boxes even though wed been told this was all included.The worst part? They still havent delivered our items and it has been two months. Every time we call they say it will be on the truck next week and then we call the following week and they just say the same thing over and over and over. For TWO MONTHS. They dont explain or apologize.So, this turned out to be the MOST EXPENSIVE and SLOWEST way we could have moved our things and we may never received them.PLEASE, do NOT use this company. Just a giant headache and we may never even ever see our stuff again. Its caused nothing but stress and well be filing a police report and a report with the New Jersey Attorney General in the Consumer Fraud Office.

This was the worst moving experiences I have ever had and I have moved over 10 times in as many years. First off, it took 29 business days to get my furniture and when it arrived, almost all of the furniture was either broken or scratched. They did not set up my piano which was supposed to be included in the extra $500 I paid and they “lost” an expensive carpet. I tried to call over twenty times in the month it took to get my furniture and after it was delivered damaged, but kept getting the run around. I hope that no one else has to deal with this unprofessional company. I learned my lesson not to go with a brokerage company because they contracted with All in One and I was misled and ripped off

SCAM!!!SEE ATTACHED POLICE REPORT!!!!FAKE REVIWESI did not do my homework and hired New Leaf Moving Group to move from MA to MO. They subcontracted to All In One Moving & Storage,Inc. It was stated in the contract that I signed that the estimated delivery window based on DOT regulations is 3-15 business days from my first available delivery date. My first available delivery date was 06/22/2021. I am writing this review on 09/02 and THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY FURNITURE. They have been telling me that my items will be shipped next week since 07/13.

I had a scheduled move on 10/23/21 with a 8:30AM to 10:00AM window to bring my storage to my new apartment. Nobody showed up and I was never contacted. I called the office all day Saturday and Sunday and no answer. Everything I own is in there storage. I have a new apartment and have been staying in a hotel for 2 days now. It has been a total nightmare for 2 days. I had left messages at the office, with Steve and even tracked down I believe is the owner on LinkedIn and FB and left message to contact me. Still nothing. I went to the addresses in Saddlebrook and Fairlawn that they have listed on the web and couldnt find the business. Its absolutely scary at this point that the company at this point looks like a fraud. I hope to prove myself wrong Monday morning and talk to someone and get my belongings sent to my new apartment. If not I will have to go to the authorities. I will update. 🙏

This is the second time I hired this moving company for my move. I had a very good experience in the past with them and that is why this time I had to call them. They did a great job this time too. They dissembled and assembled everything, packed all my belongings, helped me with setting up the new place. Highly recommended relocation company.

Was very pleased with the cross-country move that AIO did for my daughter. I spoke with Steve, who was excellent in explaining the process and who encouraged me to seek quotes from other movers to compare. At the end of the day, I chose AIO because of Steves integrity and honesty.The icing on the cake was AIOs moving crew. Though I was on the other side of the country, the movers were on time and very helpful to daughter. Though her belongs were small and took up less than an eighth of the truck size space, they treated it with the same care as a full sized move.We were flexible with the delivery window. They gave us a two to three week window for the cross country move. And AIO delivered on-time and within budget.The only suggestion I have for AIO is to have some sort of online tracking of the move, similar to FedEx or UPS. With todays technology and apps this should be fairly easy to implement. And it would have earned a 5 star rating.wcf

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR STUFF!!!!This company takes advantage of people promising 3-5 days we are a month in and no stuff. When I call they very never call back and when I finally get ahead of someone they are rude and act like it’s my problem. I’m going to report our stuff stolen because it’s just gone and they tell me the driver will call me with updates and nothing. Omg $8000 dollars for a move and my stuff is gone.

If I can give zero stars, I would. I am currently trying to contact someone that can locate my missing boxes, my IKEA Chaise lounge chair and a box of expensive name brand footwear. Everything that was delivered came damaged. I was being told that the items listed on the inventory cannot be found in the warehouse, which tells me someone else received my things or someone from the company STOLE my things!!! They wont even do the ground work to back track the route of the drivers to see if another address has my items. On top of that I have 2 boxes if someone elses things in my house!!!

My car broke down and I had to have my car shipped 500 miles to NY. They were the only company that came to help me on a holiday weekend. Charlie took care of it all for me and I was very happy with their services.

We were quite satisfied with the service provided by this moving company. The movers were extremely quick on moving day. A two bedroom apartment was packed in a timely manner. They had ample supplies to make sure nothing got damaged. Trust me this moving service is the best for all your moving needs.

Worst business expiration of any private company. I requested a refund from this moving company after determining their services to be woefully inadequate and unprofessional by reviews (I planned my move months in advance and made the mistake of paying their $100 deposit). Their contract and representatives agreed that I would receive a refund that would take up to 10 business days. It has been more than 30 days and no refund has been issued. They have a customer representative email for refunds... I have sent 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks with no reply, I also called multiple times to request the deposit refund as agreed. If this is how their business operates they certainly will not be getting any of mine.

We hired All In One Moving & Storage after reading so many amazing reviews from other people. I am well aware that sometimes reviews don’t mean successful moves. But luckily, these guys were one of the good ones. They seemed friendly and reliable when we called them. The real proof came during the move. The movers were all very well trained and they wasted absolutely no time. Their packing skills were amazing and they carried everything with ease. They were literally in and out of our house. We couldn’t believe how fast they finished the job. The delivery was made on the scheduled date. They managed to deliver all our items in perfect condition.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not use this company. They broke my dining room set. Promised to reassemble furniture but showed up with no tools. Left other people’s furniture I didn’t initially notice at my house and when I calland told them they said oh well. They lost the screws to my bed set. Lost one of the legs to my sectional and finally my microwave never made it to my house. Pam told me one day oh we have trucks everywhere we will get someone out to you to reassemble the furniture. The next day oh we don’t have anyone in that area. This is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever used. Also I’m willing to bet the positive reviews are phony. If you look closely at what places the reviewed many of them just happened to use the same companies???? Ya ok. Do your home work people. The worst..... then they offered me 125 dollars to take my review down...

I am a repeat customer, moved with them about a month ago. They provide affordable moving services. Getting a moving quote is easy. The rep explained everything in detail and the movers worked diligently to try to get everything done within the time frame. They even used buffers so nothing would rub or jump and get damaged in the truck. Amazing experience and professional service by the movers from All In One Moving & Storage. BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR THINGS!We hired All in One Moving & Storage out of Saddlebrook, NJ to move TWO small rooms of items from a studio apartment in NYC to WA state. The move took place 6/17/17, arriving in WA state 6/29/17. The movers packed the items for me. I was on site and supervised the packing. An estimate on 6/15/17 was for 331 cu.ft - the movers measured the load after packing the truck, adding 110 extra cu.ft for a total 441 cu.ft. I do NOT dispute the additional cu.ft; however, upon arrival in WA state, the load had been condensed into a reduced number of boxes that were packed in NYC. At the time of packing, there were 63 items, including 28 boxes numbered with labels #151 to #214.All in One Moving & Storage defrauded me by charging me for a 441 cubic foot load, then condensing the load into a far smaller load--in the process, they dumped multiple boxes into one box, discarding the packing material to make it fit. They did this numerous times, with numerous boxes having two of the original labels on one box, and numerous boxes having no labels at all but with items unprotected and tossed into a single box to take up less space. In addition to that, the condition of the load that arrived reflected severe compaction of the boxes and other articles--our load was underneath something very very heavy, crushing the caster legs of a heavy desk, an expensive bicycle with bent and crushed wheels, and boxes that were compacted and crushed.Many boxes were dripping with motor oil, presumable from whatever had been set on top of the whole thing. We did not see the motor oil until the next day when we were unpacking boxes, but the effect of crushing was evident on the whole load. One of the movers on the Washington end confirmed that the moving company had condensed the contents of several boxes into one, hence the multiple labels on one box. Again, I was present in NYC and supervised the packing -- at the time the load was measured and I was charged for the larger cubic feet amount, every single box had ONE LABEL on it, not multiple labels, and the boxes were used singly and not shoved one inside the other to make two or three boxes fit into one box. I believe this moving companys practice constitute deception and fraud to cause the consumer to pay more money in cubic feet than the number of cubic feet actually moved.Since this company charges by cubic feet and not weight, it would be very lucrative for them to do this. I realize they are liable for the damage to my items only by a much smaller measure of 60 cents per pound, but that is not the issue here. The issue is fraud and charging thousands of dollars more to the customer than the actual load is worth.

A horrible experience from the start. DO NOT use this company. They hook you with a low ball quote, show up and load, then charge you an outlandish up charge. 60%. Customer service was horrible and they couldn’t explain the charges and threaten to hold your belongings hostage if you don’t pay it. They should be investigated. Go somewhere else but do not use this company.

I just loved the way All In One Moving & Storage managed my move. It was a long distance move and I gave them a very narrow time window to get the job done. I knew they had to give their best because it was a race against time. But the crew replied to the task like real pros. They were fast and accurate. They had their own innovative ways which saved money and time for us. At no point, I had any doubts on them. Finally they have achieved the goal. They met the deadline and kept the level of service up to the mark. I would like to recommend them for everyone planning to move somewhere.

The charged me a lot more $$ than the original quote.Initial quote was for 3 ppl for 4 hours, but 4 ppl showed up for moving a 1 bedroom apartment and i was charged for it.They also charged an additional $75 stating that the distance to their truck was more. In addition to this i was asked to pay 20% tip.The initial quote is was very misleading, and i feel they charged a lot to move a 1 bed room apartment.

I recently moved to a new apartment and it was amazing move with All In One Moving & Storage. They arrived on time, the price was very reasonable. They were very careful to take care and wrap my pieces very well so nothing got damaged. I ended up needing extra help at the last minute, and they were happy to help. The customer service was great. I dealt with the rep and he made sure I was well taken care of. I was surprised at how affordable it could be to get some extra help moving more than we thought we had, especially at last moments notice. Good value, great work. Great moving company.

If I could give negative stars I would CANCELED MY MOVE THE DAY OF!!! Scheduled them about 3-4 weeks prior to move. Day before move they called and confirmed and gave me a 8-10am window. Day OF move, 10:30am comes I call Im told theyre just running late we cant give you an ETA but if they dont come in a half hour call us. 11:15am I call and was informed that my move needed to be rescheduled to tomorrow because the drivers came from VA and they were tired. My husband and I took off work and were waiting around since 8am!! After telling them this not acceptable and I need to speak to Steve who I dealt with all along I finally speak to Steve around 12:30. Want to talk about unprofessional? He couldnt understand why I was nasty, offered a $60 discount for the inconvenience. Steve also had to add in how us young people let this type of stuff bother us and continued to argue with me AS IF I CANCELED A MOVE ON THEM!!! Long story short I hired a different mover who could accommodate next day at a CHEAPER rate! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!

I scheduled a move with this company, and was expecting them to come in today.I’ve been waiting for four hours. When I discussed my move with their sales rep, he was responsive to all my queries and he never pushed me to hire them. I got convinced and hired them. Movers showed up on time and they were well equipped with all necessary tools and the packing materials. They packed and moved my things and they were very fast and accurate too. They completed the entire move in 4 hours. Most importantly there was nothing broken or damaged. Everything was perfectly done and I also felt that they charged me a very competitive amount.

It was an easy move with All In One Moving & Storage and without any hidden charges. The moving team was extremely courteous with my belongings. They worked very hard, fast and diligently packing my things. I was pleased by the movers. The services were so timely. The fact that the relocation was affordable made the experience even better. I used All In One Moving & Storage to move my three bedroom house. Four uniformed movers came in to do the pick up on time. They spent about five hours to finish everything. They worked pretty fast and professional, wrapping every piece of furniture. There were absolutely no damage before, during and after the whole move. They disassembled and put back together my furniture and other stuff. Movers were very polite and really cared about my furniture. Next time I definitely will call them again.

Do NOT USE THEM. I specifically asked if this company would deliver my things All in one moving and Steve (the person I spoke with on the phone ) said yes. They were not a broker company and his company would personally be the one making delivery. Not only was that not true but also at delivery a very rude driver tried to hustle us by saying his truck was not going to fit when there were other people moving in with the same size 18 wheeler trucks. He couldn’t charge us for that. At signing of the contract they explained how much extra it would be if there were more than 2 flights of stairs. I told him it was a second floor and he responded that is fine it’s covered but anything after that is extra. They charged me an elevator fee on top of the extra stairs fee. Which were supposed to be included. All in all was such a terrible experience and they try to make you pay extra money in every way save yourself the aggravation and don’t hire them I tried to contact several times and they have not answer any of my calls and there’s no response from them at all. Extremely unprofessional

Bad communication between the office in East Coast and the drivers in other states! They sent me a quote with a date I requested, however, the driver was not available at all on Sat and also a week after! I called them to see if its possible to reschedule and delay for a day, I asked for Sun. I was told the drivers asked for additional costs which was fine after negotiations it became $150 to be included in my last payment. But I got a text from dispatch after a few minutes asking me to be at my place in 1-2 hours for pickup, when I was at work on Friday! I Previously, I had asked for late Friday or Saturday any time, and I told them my preference was Sat, which led them to put it on the Quote, however, I was asked to be home at noon! After talking, I found that neither Sat nor Sun was not available!!! and even weekdays after that!After asking for solving the problem, they expected me to wait for their unclear plan to see if there can be any other truck! Not accepting the refund, they emphasized on their try on Fri to pick up my stuff and the fact that I declined to be there while the driver wanted to help packing! So ridiculous! Steve, texted me that it was my fault and not a service failure!They didnt check the availability of trucks and drivers! They even didnt consider the simple concept of time difference between East and West (3 hours)! And most importantly, they didnt accept to refund and still do not respond my messages! Because of their last minute update, I could not find any other available truck, while I had already booked my flight and my lease was also over in NV. So, I couldnt move my furniture to NY and have them in my 14-days quarantine. They put me in trouble easily and ignored to take the responsibility and give my money back, which was really important to me as I just graduated and every dollar counts for me! Im still contacting for $160 refund! This is not acceptable! Im so sad I chose this company by search in Google. I should have been waiting for other companies message and not take the first one immediately. I was not experienced and this was my first terrible experience. I will never forget!

I have had terrible experiences with movers in the past. But these guys really made me feel at ease. They packed everything so skillfully and then finished the loading process very quickly. This moving company should be investigated, and out of business. They stole my belongings and charged me more than double of agreed amount. I had already paid their estimate, but they refused to deliver my belongings until I paid them twice as much in cash. They were extremely rude, and delivered boxes that did not belong to me. They clearly delivered some of my boxes to some one else since I am still missing my belongings. They do not deserve any stars!

This moving company quoted a low price for the move, I was skeptical because of the low price and I had to check their reviews. They had good reviews and I decided to try them out. I am truly happy I did because the moving experience was a perfect one. The experience I had was even better than what was depicted in the reviews.

Luckily, I was not the one using this company but I was helping my friend move and she was the one using it.Her move time was between 12-2pm. By 3pm we still haven’t heard a call so we decided to call. They tell us they’re trying to figure out where the truck driver is and they inform us they’re going to call us back. They never do. At 4pm we call again, they tell us his truck still not working and he won’t be there until 8pm. Why not dispatch someone else? Why is that not an option? We wait. We call again around 6pm to discover that the call center is not open. No one called us to inform us that he’s not on the way. We assume they’re just not coming. By 10pm (we’re well asleep because of a stressful day) the driver texts her “I’m driving from the moving company” “you moving or not” “I’m go”. How incredibly rude is that? And by 10pm he comes? No one wants to move. Get your drivers together and learn how to talk to customers and communicate. Glad I wasn’t the one using the company nor would I recommend them to anyone.

The movers told me to stay calm and relaxed as they finished loading smoothly with no fault. They were not only just wonderful with their moving skill but with their nice attitude which made my move so easy. Finally it was a nice and perfect move for that I am very thankful to All In One Moving & Storage.

I was in a pickle and urgently had to move. I heard about All In One Moving & Storage from my friend and immediately called them. Their sales rep gave me a quote and arranged the move for me. On the moving day, a foreman and his 3 helpers arrived first thing in the morning and started packing. After 5 hours of hard work, they were ready to go. On arrival, I got to see that none of my belongings were damaged and they did not charge me for the extra belongings I made them do. I’m really glad I chose this efficient moving company.

They hooked us in with a good price, great reviews, and a friendly phone rep. But missed the mark with a false quote, a missed delivery date, and a lack of respect for our belongings.What we were quoted ended up costing more than double the price. Our furniture took longer than quoted to arrive as well. Thankfully we contacted them, because after the first 2 weeks, they said they couldnt locate our items... A week later, they called us and said they found our stuff and to expect it the following week. Finally arriving, the movers who delivered our furniture were rude (probably from working all morning). After noticing a couple of our items were damaged and destroyed, they told us it wasnt their problem.Unfortunately, our experience with them was NOT worth the price.

Last month I hired All In One Moving & Storage for my cross country move and the way they arranged this move was magnificent. The moving team swiftly and easily carried away all my belongings on to their clean big truck. They called me many times to tell me about their location. On the day they returned my goods to me, I saw that not a single item was damaged during this process. It was truly remarkable. For the first time of my life, I got a damage free move!

I would give them negative stars if I could. We had a long distance move scheduled and we made it very clear that the move was needed to start exactly at 11:00 AM. The night prior - we called multiple times and were confirmed for 11:00 AM start time.The move day comes - it’s 11:10 AM we call the movers and they say they will be there shortly. 11:30 AM comes - we call and the dispatch center says they will contact the drivers. They then call back and say we will not be there until 1:30 PM.We explained saying this is a long move and it’s unacceptable that we did not receive any notification of the delay until we called multiple times after we were promised that the move would start at 11:00 AM as we had elevator reservations at both apartments.The dispatch went on to laugh at us and say I don’t know what to do “do you want us at 1:30 or not”. I asked what kind of service are you providing and he replied “the best - great service.” After which we went back and forth without an apology and them continuously saying we can come whenever we are ready or not. Your choice.The call ended and then speaking to one of the managers who did not apologize and also said there’s nothing to be done (the same individual who confirmed multiple times an 11 AM pickup and start). She proceeded to hang up on us. Then she did not answer any of our phone calls. I used a different number to call - which she picked up - listened to my first two words and then hung up again.Safe to say if a company can’t even provide proper service over the phone and accept their mistakes - I can only imagine the true service provided when moving.As you can see - these reviews (almost all bad) speak for themselves.DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND ALL OF THEIR NASTY EMPLOYEES.

The movers from this moving company were very helpful. I was amazed at the speed at which they did their job. They were very professional at their job and ensured that everything was handled perfectly. To say that I am grateful for this service would be an understatement.

Moving companies quote you something and then they keep adding to it for ridiculous reasons. Thankfully, nothing like that happened during my last move from NJ to MA because it was handled by All In One Moving & Storage. I was expecting them to be like any other moving company. But they were nothing like others. They were totally professional and very honest. Their original quote was as good as any other company. The movers were throughout professional and efficient. I received all my things in proper condition and the final bill was just right. I am happily recommending these guys.

Charged for 10 hours transportation + moving after the movers were at home for less than 4 hours, and were out by 12:45pm. Unless they started loading my stuff from an NY apartment at 2:45am, it is a rip off.

Just as I had anticipated, no disappointments came, and the services were perfect. These guys did an awesome job for me and I liked the way they handled my things.
