The facility is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Unit is affordable. I have no complaints. Overall very satisfied with the service here, would recommend!

Went in with my sister to get her keys to the unit she reserved. The Manager Vilaysack was very nice. He asked us questions about what we were storing to make sure the unit we reserved would be big enough n then he walked us up to our unit and showed us how to use the lock. I have been with Storage Quest for a few months now. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! Do not let the location second guess yourself. They are a clean, safe, self storage with cameras on the property and gates with a code to get in and out.

Had the best experience renting a unit all thanks to Kyle. He not only was super friendly and communicative, he totally hooked me up by finding two units right next to each other which is going to significantly make going through items infinitely easier! Would highly recommend asking for him to help or going on a day when he is in the office to show you around!

For the most part, I have had some prior experiences at storage locations where I felt the associates don’t care about the facility, which makes me feel as if I’m not securing my storage in a safe location. This was my first experience at this location. I knew I wanted a storage unit but wasn’t truly sure which one I needed. Immediately upon entering the leasing office I was greeted and was told I would be helped as soon as possible. Shortly after I was helped by an associate named Robert. Robert was amazing. He was friendly, polite, clear, and answered all my questions seamlessly. Which made my experience that much better. I know my belongings are safe and secure with confidence. This place is fantastic. They have so many different options I’m sure they would be able to meet all your needs. Sak understood what I needed right off the bat and gave me several options to choose from. It was very lenient with me on the timing to make up my mind and available for any questions. 5 stars for excellent customer service! Sak was very nice and very helpful. He took time to explain things to us and showed us around the building. After looking at the size of the unit we reserved online, we decided to go up to the next size, it was almost 6pm (closing time), but Sak was patient and helped us without rushing us to make the right decisions. Sorry, we did not get her name, there was another person at the office who helped us initially, she was very polite and friendly in helping us complete our paperwork. Great location, very clean building and elevators, and they had plenty of carts to help us take our things to our unit.

StorQuest is by far the best in the area. Service is amazing, they were able to help answer all my questions and made it easy to reserve. On site, Robert showed me my unit I reserved. He was very professional and super helpful. The place is super nice and clean. Don’t go anywhere else to store your belongings.

I was impressed with the bldg...leasing office: friendly staff, greeted with smiles, no waiting, answered questions, helpful tour, clean, organized, 2 elevators, numerous carts, maps on walls, restrooms...In signing the lease Kyle went over everything thoroughly. Again my questions answered.He took me to gate so I knew how to get in. We then went to my unit, climate controlled, to put in lock so I knew how this type of lock worked.My lease and other document was in my I box immediately.I am impressed with this facility and believe this will be a good fit for me.Linda Nowell

Easy to use website made the process that much easier. When I arrived at the facility all that was left to do was sign a couple papers and I had access to my unit immediately. The employee, Austin, was very kind, informative, and helpful. Answered any questions that I had and made my experience great! Facility is brand new & very clean as well!

Reserving and renting a unit was super easy here! You can reserve a unit online, and the store managers will be happy to show you that unit and any other unit you want to see. The building itself is clean and easy to navigate and the gated garage makes it feel very safe.

We were looking for a Storage Unit and was going to look at the storage units that our church had and another different one that our friends rent. My husband looked online for different storage units, too. He saw that StorQuest had 1/2 for first month and deals when paying for the year instead of monthly. But because StorQuest Self Storage is literally 5 miles from our house, we felt it was the most convenient. We worked with Kyle each time we came in and hes so helpful, energetic and full of answers to our questions. He let us look around on all 4 floors, giving us helpful hints regarding each floor as this is our very first time on renting a storage unit. We found several different sizes and shapes that we might want. We came back to the office and spoke to Kyle. Kyle explained the pros and cons of paying for the full year rather than monthly. He explained about the insurance, keys and lock. We reserved the unit and Kyle said we didnt have to move our treasures in for a couple weeks when we were ready. StorQuest called us every couple days reminding us that we had a unit reserved. Its clean and we feel safe inside. Weve rented for a week and so far, were still happy!

I needed to clear some space in my garage and went to StorQuest to see what my options were. Robert Frank - the Store Manager helped me figure out the best options for my needs and he was great! We found the perfect size unit in the right price range. He was awesome to work with!

Storage access hours change constantly with no notice. “After hours emergency line” is not staffed. Don’t store anything important here.Edited to respond to owners response: after hours emergency line is staffed, but it took an me an hour to get a call back, and the attendant wasnt able to do anything helpful except call the police in emergency situations. Gates and elevators are constantly broken (several times a month). When I raise concerns directly, they tell me I should move storage units. Would prefer that theyd honor the terms of our contract.

Kyle the manager on site is a very efficient top notch and very capable person... extremely rational and very reasonable in handling matters... hes obviously overqualified for this job... And I am sure the hire people in charge are very aware of that... not to mention this is a very top-notch facility

We rented a unit yesterday for the first time. We checked out one other storage facility prior to going to Broadway Storage. The difference in service and communication was huge. The team at Broadway Storage was friendly, efficient and provided excellent service. Kyle helped us and provided excellent information and was a big reason for us choosing to rent here. Great front office team and facility. We used our unit and the entry/exit process today. It was easy and made us feel like our belongings are well-taken care of.

We rented from StorQuest Self Storage in Sacramento X street location. This location is fairly new and very clean. Customer service from Kyle was top notch. The deals online can be locked in with a reservation, and the additional fees are all laid out, so I wasnt surprised at the counter - which I really appreciated. I liked that I went in thinking it was going to be $35 a month (or whatever), and didnt come out paying $68 a month instead.

Robert was very friendly and professional. He made sure to show me how things work and had some tips to streamline using the facility. Clean and well maintained building.

Great experience signing up the first time, and also a second time when I needed to transfer to a different size unit. This facility is new, well kept/clean thus far, and the main entry where you park is easy to unload even larger items. We’ve always been able to find an available cart to use while unloading, but having a few more wouldn’t hurt, just in case. The bathroom was clean too, and the facility is well-lit. I like the 24/7 surveillance too, which makes me feel more comfortable storing my belongings. The manager, Robert Frank, was very helpful, personable, and courteous, as was another worker who previously helped me (tall young guy with a US flag design on his mask). Both provided pricing and options without pressuring, which was refreshing. I’ll recommend this place to others even more so because of the excellent customer service!

I really needed to get in tonight … just moved into a new place after a ton of moving around and being in random places. Get the storage unit only to find out that the gate is closed because it’s broken and there’s no way for me to get in!! My mattress, bedding, etc is in that unit. I called the after hours line and basically I just gotta wait until they open, which is when I work. What’s the point of having a storage unit if you can’t get in?
