Oh my, my favorite store.Cant say anything bad, all good from walking through their door to staff, to ordering online, customer service. Its great!Products too!!! Never had a bad product. I especially love their weathertight storage containers. Wish they had more products under the Really useful Box items.

Employees were incredibly nice and helpful. Like super helpful I found everything I needed and they answered all my questions. I will definitely go back

Hoping to find, good, practical storage products here.  What we found looked more “fashionable” than practical, poor quality, and horrendously overpriced.

My first time here today ..never was greeted. The store was amazing with its products.but the young lady who check me out . really made me feel sad .. I was trying to talk small talk with her as I was paying for my purchase she really didn’t have nothing to say . I told her it was my first time here after trying to converse with her .. then she finally explained about how I can get a percentage off my next visit if I sign up so she pointed to the screen as she said something into the store out loud ..she did not say “Thank you”.. as I left . But then when the couple behind walk up to counter.. I can here her greet them cheerfully with excitement and asking them “if they they would like to sign up” I feel sad that this treatment still exists..

Satisfy your inner organizational compulsive disorder here. Things are a bit on the pricier side but it all seems to be built well and there are an obscene amount of options to organize just about anything. Useful for dorm life or ladies that have their 1,001 different products all over the bathroom counter.

This is a beautiful store. They have a wonderful selection but oddly enough they are lacking many sizes of plastic storage containers. The closet design section looks outstanding and has very helpful people staffing the area. They carry hangers for clothes, balls, and bicycles. Oh yeah, the restrooms are clean and will kept.

This is a fantastic store. There are so many incredible storage ideas. I just wandered through the store and brainstormed, thinking of ways to make my life simpler and more organized. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly suggest taking a moment to stop in and see what wonderful ideas they have in store for you.

Came in, bought gorgeous three shelf cart that I have been looking for everywhere. Also bought a shoe shelf, I wasnt sure it was the right fit, but the cashier assured me their return policy was lengthy (120 days?) And when I did come back with a return, they were super helpful and hassle free.

Lots of parking, convenient location, plenty of other shops close by to get a variety of errands completed. Excellent customer service at checkout! However, store had boxes everywhere, where staff had just left them and not unloaded them to shelves, making it difficult to shop. Prices are high, so keep that in mind, but if you locate that hard to find item, worth it. Will go back.

The Container Store has a great selection of objects and the knowledge and guidance to help you purchase whatever you need to organize anything on any place. Truly impressive! Five big stars!

I love the container store! Im glad that they brought it to NorCal. Customer service isnt too bad, the store is clean, some of the customers here are socially distance during covid as well. There is a variety of items that you can buy here.

Good selection, but I will not be ordering from them for store pickup again. They gave me a big plastic bag for one small item. When I told the guy I dont need the bag, he offered to throw it out for me. That defeats the point of not taking the plastic bag, doesnt it?

I’d like to give this corporation zero stars due to their lack of ADA compliance and their ignorance on the CA Governor’s social distancing guidelines. While entering with a face shield, a disabled family member was turned away and told they were not welcome to shop at the Container Store. The employee was belligerent in their communication style and totally lacked professionalism. It is clear that disabled Americans are not welcome and will be humiliated, if they attempt to patronize this business.Personally, I would never give this company another dollar and ideally I’d like to return anything purchased in the past. I would also encourage all others to economically contribute to a business without a clear lack of respect for the well-being of others.

Went to the store this week and looked like a bomb went off. For a store based on organization, there was stuff everywhere, empty shelves, messy shelves, etc... They do have some neat things and the staff seems nice enough, but there items are overpriced and I try to avoid buying things there and check Target, Ikea, etc. first before shopping there.

Cute store. Lots to choose from, so many different sizes of containers.

If you need it, they have it. Went to look for drawer deviders and they have so many to choose from we decided to do all 3 bathrooms differently.

Place is good if you absolutely need something however way over priced for most plastic containers. The line was across the store! Not worth the wait. 👎

It is a really big store yet the shelves seem a little empty. Maybe they were in the midst of two seasons so I am not complaining. Its your average container store with all your container needs. Its not much I can say about it because this Container Store is like any other Container Store. It is a fun place to kill time while youre waiting for a movie or a table for dinner.

Ordered containers. Website said in stock. Placed order and paid for expedited shipping only to receive an email stating that shipment would be delayed 3 weeks due to high demand. Unable to cancel online. Tried to reach customer service immediately to cancel. After literally multiple hours on hold finally reached customer service only to be told it was too late to cancel “could have been cancelled if I had only called a bit earlier”. What a scam. Will never patronize thos business again.

This was my first time at a container store. It seemed everything I was looking at didn’t have a price tag, or had to get price checks. I was surprised at how much things cost.

The store is fine, but their attitude is horrendous. Because of the limited number of customers allowed in at one time (20) due to Covid-19, the line outside can be lengthly. Additionally, the line moves extremely slowly because the customers inside tend to browse. The outside line is in the direct sun, with no attempt to provide shade. When I suggested to the manager the need to provide shade for their customers, her response was that they provide curbside pickup and online ordering, so it wasnt necessary to stand in the sun. When I restated my concern about no shade being provided, she said that shed heard me the first time!Because of this attitude, Ill never go back and I will do online ordering - from other retailers.

This review is my experience of the store before even getting inside. Waiting in line on the hot sidewalk in 110 degrees while only one cashier is working with a line all the way to the back of the store. Awful.

This place has more than just containers. Theres pretty much any and all sorts of home organization here. Also their stock books are pretty interesting to read through when you get to the shelving section.

Paul J is AMAZING! We purchased a closet yesterday in Texas and we didn’t realize until after we had demolished our existing closet that the designer had input the incorrect ceiling height. Of course this was 30 minutes after the store closed, corporate offices were closed and the online design program doesn’t let us adjust anything.We had set aside last night to complete the closet and really didn’t want to have to wait another day, so our last ditch effort was to call a store that was still open in California to see if they could let us know if we could still use our components (just remove some shelving) or if we would really have to exchange tracks, etc.Paul was so helpful, was able to pull up our design and let us know what adjustments to make. He emailed me a new plan and we were able to complete it last night. He saved the day! 😄

This place is great! Every type of container. I wanted a specific type of laundry hamper and they had it... for a reasonable price too.

Location is not great, very congested area. At the time we went the shelves were barely stocked and selection was poor. I’m sure that is not always the case. We had to wait for a staff member to open the door and let us in due to COVID. Unfortunately no staff was paying attention to the door.

The place is bright and cheery. Ive never seen so many different containers in one location. There was a lot of interesting types and shapes of container for every kind of thing you could possibly think of. The pricing however, seemed a little bit High.

Amazing variety for my organization at home. Prices are a bit high for the simple plastic parts, though. Look for the clearance and sales.

A must-visit store if youre trying to get organized. Not only do they have storage items, they have pantry necessities like spice racks and drawer dividers. They also carry a small but good selection of shelves and tables.

Came close to closing but they had already locked the doors. Im not that upset that I didnt get to buy what I needed - but its just the principle of the matter. Dont lock the doors until the posted hours. Ive worked retail and even if the store was dead for hours no one locked the door until the store actually closed. Its just a lazy way to operate a business.

Best place ever, their selection is so great with much variety. The employees are very courteous and helpful for any of your needs. Would 100% recommend.

I love anything and everything organization and this store is the pretty much the epitome of Disneyland for us OCD peeps 😂But honestly, its almost too much sometimes for me! There are just soooooo many things to help with anything you would ever want to organize, store or sort. Whenever I walk in I always realize how unorganized my life actually is🤣🤣🤣 I spend hours exploring every section each visit but usually only leave with a few items.. Baby Steps !! Still is one of my favorite stores though lol and hopefully one day Ill finally feel sucessfully organized

There is just about every kind of container you could think of. If you cant find what you are looking for there you will not find it anywhere. Good selection of every container you can imagine.

Shopping is fine, but needs better line management for busy days. Got in line and were told to move once, by the time we were next we were told to move back which led to two people behind us ending up going ahead of us. This should be addressed better in the future.

Well, they have containers, and lots of them. However, I think they are charging a whole lot for a bunch of plastic thats going to wind up in a landfill in a few years. I was expecting something a little more innovative, something that would make me think wow thats really great, but it was nothing Ive not seen before. And very little of a quality that warrants the prices they charge.

Who doesnt love love love Container Store. My only thing is customer service is not consistent . But its still 5 stars. Because they are a corporation and too big to control who checks you out at the register. I would probably go shop more often if the customer service was more consistent. The silver lining is it keeps my spending in check. Lol!!!!

Great selection, very well stocked store. The prices are high for some items Ive seen elsewhere. If you dont mind shopping around you can get a better deal, but if you have something super specific youre looking for, The Container Store is a good place to look.

I would like to say what a pleasure it was coming in to the container store. I live in Reno, NV and had made an online order that I ended up needing to return. I had gone way over the 120 days of their return policy. The manager Danielle was so helpful and didn’t even ask twice about my return as she knew I was traveling to get this done.I was super nervous about the exchange and doubtful they would be so generous with the return. I really didn’t want or NEED a $500 in store credit... so needless to say I’m so happy they were delightful and easy about the return. Thank you Danielle, I see why you are the manager! #bossbabe

Has just about everything you need container-wise. Lots of unique solutions to tricky storage issues. However, Ikea has some of the same stuff for much less. Also, signing up for loyalty program triggers a spam and snail mail avalanche. Pretty expensive. Lots of parking and easy in and out access.

Ohhhhh M Geeeee! It was HEAVEN! Gorgeous boxes, storage options, closet organizers...if you like your house to be organized and classy (think Navy Blue Linen storage boxes instead of orange cardboard) this is the place for you! Also any type of gift wrapping, handmade paper, paper boxes. It is pricey but also very lovely. ❤️

Hadnt been to one of their stores before, if theres something in your home that needs to be stored, contained, housed, corralled or bagged this store will have something that looks aesthetically pleasing.

Clean store full of a bunch of things for which I have no need. Little containers to stick in your closets to separate things that just clutter it up more from my perspective. And... Extremely overpriced! $20 for a plastic tray to stick on a tray that is already in your cabinet. I dont get it. Enjoy!

Eye candy galore if you love ways to store & organize. As soon as you enter someone will greet you with a friendly Hello, welcome in and they mean it. The staff was very friendly all throughout the store. We were given great ideas on a few things & they were inexpensive ways to use something we were considering. When I was checking out, the gentleman saw that I had a cane and immediately said not to worry and that he would take all the things out of my cart for me. Once everything was done & paid for, he then put them in my cart & moved it so that it was easy for me to grab hold of it. Its those little things that I really appreciate. Able bodied people take these things for granted and will often not help at all so I was blown away that he did this without asking or attitude.

We bought some elfa shelves there a couple of weeks ago. The manager there and her staff were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We would definitely go back for future storage needs.

We waited for years to get a Container Store in Sacramento. They didnt disappoint. Get storage options, amazing closet solutions and cooking gadgets galore.

I never knew I needed containers as much as when I visited here. Got some great airtight jars to store my tea collection, love it.

Threw Amy a wicked curveball and she knocked it out of the park. Everything I needed complete. Store is well run, the manager must rule her empire with an iron fist. Will be back, no doubt.

Loved shopping at the container store for all my craft supply storage containers. I moved to Colorado and havent found one here so i guess Ill be doing it online from now on.

So much stuff its difficult to find what I want. And then getting assistance I either get the person at the front saying hi 173 times, or else all of the people there standing around hating their job and gossiping about life and not assisting customers. I found a lot of things, but nothing I actually needed. Would have been great for them, but Im still going back to return everything since its a 120 day return policy and I dont want an of this stuff.
