The service was great I was in and out even though they didnt have the specific lightbulb I required. They gave me the information on where I can find one and It was just down the road from their location

I visited Hobrecht Lighting for the first time while shopping for a new chandelier for the entry way of our home. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and welcomeness. Anthony and Kate listened with interest to my desire to find a chandelier that would fit well with our newly installed staircase and home decor. They looked with me on a huge monitor screen at some available styles they carried to understand my tastes and to add some suggestions of their own regarding the best size for the space. And then we all walked through the beautiful showroom to see some of those on display. Anthony shared that he had a couple to show me that werent on the website but could also be a good fit. Sure enough, one of those ended up speaking to me the minute I saw it! Both Anthony and Kate gave me time and space to consider it and showed me what it looked like turned off as well as brightly lit. I knew it was the one, took photos and decided to purchase it, and then while there, selected another flush mount ceiling light I needed which would be visible from the entry as well. The chandelier was delivered and then both lights were installed by our electrician. I am absolutely THRILLED! No doubt whenever I have lighting needs, I will go back and talk with Anthony and Kate at Hobrecht Lighting!

Wonderful service and help by Rebecca choosing lighting for my home. I had ideas but not sure of what to purchase. She heard my requests and suggested some wonderful outdoor lights and ceiling fans. I was impressed with pricing because you tend to assume the big box store is more expensive, BUT ITS NOT! I would still pay more to continue to get the same quality service. When I picked up my order, Jeremy loaded my car perfectly and carefully. He was polite and kind and I didnt have to lift a finger. The service was above and beyond. As a Realtor, Im always looking for good referrals for my clients and I will recommend Hobrecht every time!

I bought 3 fans, 7 exterior lights, and 36 recessed canned lights, and a mirror (about $2,600 total cost). Both Anthony and Portia were very nice and knowledgeable at time of purchase. They assured me the lights that were not in stock would arrive in two days or at most a week. I heard nothing from them so I kept calling to check. Each time they would put me on hold, then tell me nothing had arrived but it would likely be tomorrow, and they would call me. They did not call as promised each time, so I would call again, and they would tell me the same thing. After two weeks, I got a call from the owner, Eric, who apologized and assured me it was now fixed and I would have the lights the following day, and they would call me. Halfway through the day I again did not hear from them so called and was told it would be a few more days. I came in and got a refund for all items outstanding and returned some other items that were not as described. I then ordered the exact same lights online from another company for cheaper, with free guaranteed 3 day shipping! Hobrecht caused me to have to reschedule my permit inspection, and wasted two weeks of my time. I would not recommend them at all. This is why small retailers go out of business.

I have chosen Hobrecht Lighting for my lighting and fan needs since 2004 because they have a huge selection of quality fixtures to choose from at all price points. I recently purchased 4 pendant lights with the help of Rebecca Everheart, a great Lighting Consultant. Unfortunately, a flaw was discovered in one of the fixtures after my electrician installed them. I know the flaw in the material was not Hobrechts fault nor mine, but when the manufacturer would not step up to reinstall the light, Rebecca/Hobrecht did. The followup of service and support by Ms. Everheart is a major reason that keeps me coming back and recommending Hobrecht, and Rebecca in particular, to others. In fact, my friends bought a fan based on Rebeccas recommendation last month and are delighted with their purchase and guidance from Rebecca too.

From the practical to unusual statement pieces. If you cant find it here, it hadnt been designed yet. Great selection of ceiling fans, furniture and artwork. Fun place to shop! Karen gave me excellent help and advice, but everyone here is super helpful and friendly.

My family has purchased lamps and lighting for three generations from Hobrecht. Theres a reason for this. Outstanding customer service from the people who work there, who also know their products and can make suggestions you wouldnt have thought of. Karent Hunter was particularly helpful to us for our most recent purchase. There isnt a better place to find something wonderful than Hobrechts and to enjoy the process as you do.

Wow this place is in the top 5 for crystal chandeliers. Completely in awe of their lighting choices. I needed crystals for my lamps. They have them and plenty. I was also looking for lampshades but they are not available here.
