Lots of beatiful choices for bathroom remodel, shower heads facuat sets, toilets, plus lighting, etc. But all a bit over priced. Can get lot of the same on line from Lowes or Home Depot, but not all. Enjoyed looking and getting ideas.

While considering purchasing a Sub Zero refrigerator and its price tag, we also needed to modify our kitchen cabinetry to accommodate the appliance.  We worked with Edgar Santos at Fergusons on the purchase of all of our appliances and he highly recommended David Studebaker.   It took us awhile to get on Daves schedule but we wanted to work with the best.  We are so glad we waited, Dave handled the delivery, install, cabinet modification and answered all of our questions on the operation and maintenance of the refrigerator.  Most of all Dave wanted the final product to be all we had hoped it would be and it was.Dave is such a professional and has been in the business for many years. PSA: They do not have inventory on hand. Meaning, unless its in the clearance section, they will have to order it for you. The customer service center (which is not the showroom) uses the words in stock which was confusing.In store staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and apologetic.

If you can afford this place, you will love it. Just about anything you could ask for when it comes to remodeling home interior. Loved it and the staff is very knowledgeable .

This place is class act! Beautiful gallery. Incredible line of products displayed so you can actually see what you might be buying. A lot of folks talking to consultants, obviously writing orders. Well definitely be back to write our orders there, too.

Service was spot on. Lighting choices superb. Lighting pieces broad range so bound to find something in your budget. One of the few places one can find a cast iron sink.

An Honest review. I am an Interior Remodeling expert, owner of Usher Building & Design. We have been working with Ferguson Showrooms for 4 years on interior bathrooms and kitchens. You can expect high quality products from Fergusons. You can receive great service from the plumbing parts stores. Unfortunately, I have now received too many complaints of the service at Fergusons, from my clients. This is not to say that there are not good sales reps available at Fergusons, such as Daisy and Sarah. But in the last year and a half, service at the front desk is not great, there is a shortage in good sales reps, and some sales reps are rude, not responsive, not helpful, and lacking greatly in communication. I am hoping that the management of Fergusons corrects the problem, by maybe implementing better training, and possibly cleaning house of unqualified personnel.

Jeremy Ellis was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping us plan our Ensuite project. He know off hand most of the questions we had. This is the 3rd time we have used Ferguson for major remodel projects. Yes you can shop online and get stuff a few bucks cheaper however that has a cost usually. Ordering the wrong parts and not knowing what you dont know. If you are doing a worthwhile project do it right and go see these guys at Ferguson.

Beautiful show room. I needed to purchase a few faucets, a bathtub, sinks, lights and possibly other things but considering the treatment I received from the young lady, front entrance staff I wasn’t going to spend thousand of dollars at a business that discriminates. Please educate your staff that ADA is law and forcing someone to do something that puts them at health risk will get the business sued for discrimination. Lost my business!

Just popped into try and finish off a few key components to our kitchen. there seem to be confusion with the greeter at the front door and the sales associates. Bottom line everybody was too busy to help me. I will happily take my money elsewhere.

So you spend close to $1000 for a tub.. Not jetted.. and expect exceptional service.. Guess again.First we went here, only to be turned away because we didnt have an appointment..I wish they would have told us when we called..Fine. Time wasted. So we made an appointment for the next day. At which time we identified our expensive tub, but we wanted to sleep on it, anticipating ordering at a later time wouldnt be an issue..I was wrong.I called and the salesperson that helped us was unavailable, so I emailed her. I waited 2 days without reply and finally decided to attempt to order through whoever answered the phone.. Well I was successful, but it ended up being $70 more, for some reason they couldnt find the amount quoted and then there was a $50 delivery fee and I had to wait 1.5 weeks.The icing to the whole situation is I could have bought it online from Wayfair and gotten free shipping, but I didnt want it arriving damaged.Dont buy from Fergusons

Beautiful showroom! Lots to see!! Disappointed that they didnt have the cooktop they said they had on display that we specifically came to see. Got some good ideas for lighting, faucets, sinks.
