I came to Sacramento in 2010 I was downtown on business when I discovered K.S Shoe Repair Shop. I have been coming here since! He does magnificent work and is very honest and he will not over charge you! But dont take my word for it...try it for yourself,!

Wonderful. It’s refreshing to see a true craftsman who has achieved expertise in his craft. My boots looked far better than new.

The quality of work I received relining my purse is sloppy, lacks attention to detail and ultimately makes the bag look unprofessional.There are 2 places in the bag where the leather is glued and is coming apart. The stitching is uneven. Part of the bag is missing stitching and is simply glued, so it will not last. This area should have been hand stitched to finish it.It could be worse- the bag is still functional, the price was cheap, the work was completed on time, and the owner was a nice guy.I advise any new customers to look at the stitching even on the 5 star reviews. You will notice that even those products have sloppy stitching. If that doesnt bother you, then you could be happy.

Arturo is a very good guy that has a wealth of knowledge about shoes/boots and will freely explain and answer questions... Very impressed with knowledge and great service on reconditioning my boots. Will definitely comeback....

Beautiful work once again! Arturo repaired my Allen Edmonds for about the third time in 15 years. Perfect work replacing soles and heels. Best shoe and leather repair shop in Sacramento. Now on J Street across from Cesar Chavez Plaza.

Overpriced and unprofessional. I’m sorry but 28 usd to sow 2 patches on to a leather M/C vest is very high; he said “I’ll clean off the blood from your accident for the price”, I said “fair enough, yes.”Picked it up later, plenty of time, and patch stitching is ok, but didn’t clean the blood off as promised for the (high)price. Asked him and he said I could pay for that service. I reminded him of his word and he said he didn’t say the whole vest…. Well you sure as hell didn’t say you’d just wipe it off in one spot only, buddy!From one Harley rider to another you have lost my business! The last thing I wanted to see today was blood from my accident. Stand by YOUR WORD; do what you say, say what you do!

Arturo has brought the life back into a very worn pair of riding boots that I was about ready to replace. Thank goodness, because getting them repaired is a fraction of the cost of getting new ones!

Never disappointed with his work or his rates for repair

Ive been going to him for years! Not only has he made shoes (mine and my wifes) look like new, he recently repaired a zipper on an insulated shopping bag, now its functional again. Also shortened and finished a strap on a purse. Youd never know it wasnt the original. Hes the best!

The guy who runs this place is great!! I always have him clean up my kids shoes when they get dirty and even bought one of his hand made purses.

They had the shoe leather care products I needed (minkoil, polish). I appreciate thattyy this place is independently owned. I plan on going back to get work boots and clogs resoled.

This guy is AWESOME! His place is messy but it feels right, and his repair was FAST and perfect. he replaced both heals on my boots in less then 10-min.! I will use him again! The picture I used was to let you know what kinda boots he repaired for me lol

They always did a consistently good job for me. The shop is a disaster of disorganization (things were not always ready when promised) and uncleanliness (it hurts to see your shoes in a pile of mucky), some of the disorder cant be helped in a dirty business, but a lot of which could be helped, but admittedly, the work they did, was always good, reasonably priced, and a very friendly owner, as well.

Thus shoe repair been in sacramento ca for 35 years plus.... He likes what he does and is great at it too.... I been coming here for more then 20 years....

This guy worked miracles on my Asics. Size ten and a 1/2, extended to an 11. Even took care of a grease stain on the suede.

Like the two former reviews I had a very unpleasant experience here. The owner stated he could fix a zipper. Both items zippers failed shortly after taking them here. The owner took no responsibility, and refused a refund for the work that was never completed. Stay away, and go to a reputable shoe repair place.

The guy ruined my decide uncle Boots had resuld he cut my heels off to be the same size there cowboy Boots there supposed to have heels does listen to English well & argument & takes over the pickup day.

I have been going to this shoe shop for years, I even had by Motorcycle seat repaired. I am a firm believer that if you have nothing nice to say about someone or a business that perhaps you should keep your comments to your self. Mistakes and or misunderstandings happen from time to time, thatswhat makes us human.

Ks is like the neighborhood hole in the wall show repair place. Like the smell of leather? Like quality worksmanship? Try it.

Overpriced, shoddy work. Had two shoes repaired there. Go somewhere else.
