I shop Brighton all the time. I first fell in love while visiting a store in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. When returning home I started to go into my Local Brighton. Rachel and ALL of the ladies working there have always been so helpful with smiles on there faces and they are willing to help me find whatever I need. I was shocked to find a bad review about the ladies at the Arden store because I have shopped there several times and it is because of the quality service I received from Rachel that I continue to shop at this particular store (so much so that I am a VIP). When Rachel is not there I still get the best service from the other ladies.

They always treat my wife very well here. Polite and helpful staff with a nice selection of jewelry. Good sale prices but the outlets always have outstanding prices compared to the regular stores.

Quality is top notch. I have loved Brighton since the late 90s. Not your regular kind of accessory store. Nice.

This place is horrible. Customer service does not exist. Two ladies working there were very judgmental and not helpful at all. The only nice one was Bridget she was kind and helpful from the firs time I walk in but rache I believe is her name was such mean employee there. I was trying to buy a present for my mother in law and the other two ladies were mean. I asked for some advice and Rachel gave me an attitude like please don’t asked if you are not going to buy then when she notice I was going to buy she started smiling what a horrible experience. And last but not least the older lady there questioned me the reason why I walk in and out with a tone and attitude. I was on the phone with my husband and he even asked me did that lady really asked you that? He advice me not to purchase nothing from there because of the way that old woman treated me but I already had knew what to buy so I had to go back and Rachel and the old short hair lady gave the looks. It was almost funny. How they change their attitude once the knee I was going to buy. Can’t belive this is still happening in 2018. I thought Brighton stores were unique not anymore. Watch out for those mean ladies.

Wonderful store filled with beautiful handbags, jewelry and accessories. Large selection, new merchandise arrives seasonally and the staff is friendly and helpful.
