Excellent customer service. They are the only gravel/sand delivery company that gave me an EXACT time unlike competitors who only say sometime between 8 and 12?? We are happy with this company.

Stellar service! I had 14 large bags delivered. Driver took the time and effort to use his Piggy Back fork lift to place most of the bags around my property, open them up and dump them. Saved me a TON of effort!

Drivers are apparently real pieces of work. Bay Bridge is a nightmare this morning due to an accident, cars are crowding over at last minute to get into a single FasTrak lane, which is common, that lane opens up into two lanes eventually, but cars are always squeezed in there and I am one of dozens of them. Everyone is trying to follow the car in front of them and the West Coast Sand & Gravel driver is swearing at everyone yelling at me and car in front of me to get out of his way. I am talking livid, screaming at the top of his lungs, super aggressive, just a total piece of ----!!! The quality of their drivers speaks to the quality of the company. After passing through the toll both I see him in my rearview changing lanes multiple times with his double trailer combo. Nice going Ace!

Broke my windshield and wont pay for it!!!
