I needed river rocks for a project at my house. I searched everywhere for someone that would deliver what I needed at a fair price. Wife and I walked in gave them the area measurements and was told I needed about 3 yards of material. We walked around the yard, picked out the rocks we wanted, went inside and paid for 3 yards and the delivery charge. By the way, the delivery charge is more than fair because there is no way I would stress my vehicle (and pay for gas) for 7000lbs of stones in multiple trips. The stones were delivered at our desired time. The driver made sure my garage was closed, and my cars were out of the way before he dropped the stones on my driveway. These were river rocks that we ordered so we did expect some dirt (soil, sand etc.) to be in it. We spread the stones where we needed and hosed the dirt off. The whole experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend this local business.

This place is great ! It is what it is, cheap local landscape supply business. They don’t have the largest selection but the material has always been on par or better then any of the larger company’s .At the cheapest price ! I usually don’t leave reviews but I read the bad reviews and they all seem like super annoying customers. Keep up the good work. Plus the only local supplier open Sunday’s.

Im new to yard work and needed some rocks for my project. Staff were very respectful and understanding. Helped me find what I needed and answered every question I had.

Great price for rocks and delivery prices was the most reasonable price in Sacramento area for rocks - Many rock companies had higher price for the delivery fee and a lower price for the rocks or cheaper delivery fee and a higher price for the rocks. US Had both reasonable and also had a great selection.

Didnt get any kind of service for about ten minutes because no one in the office. When someone finally showed up her want much help at all. Made almost no effort to try see if he had something in stock that I could use, do I turned around and went somewhere else. They lost my business and I dont mind. Because if I have to speak Spanish in my own country to accommodate the business owner, I wont shop there. This is still my country no matter what anyone says, its still the law to show a reasonable attempt to learn the language just to become a citizen of this country. Everyone gets in free now days and we are losing our very own ideals because of it. If you dont like it country, dont come here. No other country lets you move in and complain about the rules that were okay when you wanted in but now you want to change them to personally benefit you and take away from someone else. Not okay. Just dont come then

Their concrete belt broke and they loaded our buggy by hand with a shovel. When pouring our sidewalk we needed exactly a yard which is what we paid for and were a 1/4 yard short. We called to let them know they shorted us from loading it by hand and they told us to come back and they would give us the remaining concrete. When we arrived they told us “ no we are giving you anymore it’s your problem screw off”. Worst service I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Do not rent from this place they have the worst machines the u carts are in terrible condition if they break they want to charge you for them and keep the deposit it is 100% scam.No customer service they 100% told me f*** you sue us.

I went there for some rock while I was there I forgot my credit card and they ran me down to gave it back to me service was great.

Great variety of rock sand dirt and bark to fill in parts of your landscape. They also sell premade Cement and rent the machines. They also sell propane.

I bougjt rocks from here and recieved mostly dirt do not recommend

My parents bought 500 square feet of rocks from here and we received around 300 and the rest was rocks. New owner doesn’t care for what the customer received only for the money they will receive. Will not recommend.

These guys are rude there equipment is ra down, I spent hours trying to fix there mess and still paid full price, horrible experience these guys suck I will never use them again

Visited Kyles rock a couple of years ago. It wasnt a very pleasant experience, mainly because of the management and attitude. Last week I went there and was told that the ownership has changed. New owner is way better than the previous guy with ego.They were just settling in, but no complains whatsoever. Smooth and easy.

Bought some rocks here . Not the most help with loading you have to do the labor yourself. But the prices were fair and competitive. Management were friendly and honest.

Terrible customer service, will never do business with them again, i called to order with them because of their prices but I’ll rather pay more with others than have to go through this bad experience again, they said they would put me on hold but instead hung up, yet I called again the service was still worse, they even raised their voice at me; I’m usually very patient however this kind of customer service needs major improvement, they were also late to deliver the order, if there was a way to not give any stars I would.

Bought 4 yards of decorative rocks sent to my house, they were late too start with.. Upon arrival, I realized I was receiving the wrong product so i called owner.Very rude Indian guy who claims to be the owner, he was yelling at me instead of listening. At one point he hanged up on me and had to call back.Did not get the right item delivered and money wasnt refunded either.Had to throw 4 yards of sand away .Very very frustrating experience,. Never will I buy from him ever. Dont encourage such as personality
