What a Great Company! I had them put a whole house fan in for me in 2005 and I loved it. It saves electricity by not having to turn on the AC when it is cooler outside than inside by taking cool air from outside and pushing it into the attic cooling your attic temperature down significantly. Also, if you have cooking odors in your home it clears it out in minutes. When I moved in 2015 I had them come and install their whole house fan in my new home. Jessica is very friendly and their 10 year warranty is an added plus.

Best investment I have purchased for my home. The tech was awesome and great attitude. And his work was very clean, smooth, and fast.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable about the product and addressed any concerns/questions I had. Their warranty is comparable with other companies and their original out the door price is on par with the local competition. I scheduled them for a quote through the CA State Fair, so there was some price discounts that came with that. As well as their fan met the rebate criteria for SMUD (and I believe PG&E too). Their installers were super friendly, clean, and quick! They also took the time to go over how to operate the fan and made me feel like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend these guys and go with them again in my next house.

Let me be clear on my review.I had this company install a house fan in my home in June of 2017. They did a fantastic job. Installers were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I love the fan itself. I use it as often as I can to cut down on my ac bills during the summer.My one star is not based on the product, or the installers. My one star is based on the owner himself.I noticed that my fan was making a squeaking noise whenever I turned it on and it was rattling. No big deal, I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. So I called to have it serviced. I was informed that starting at the beginning of the year the owner decided to start charging a destination fee or an appointment fee as it was explained to me over the phone to send someone out to service the warranty. This fee is to actually cover the milage that he is paying his installers to drive to the location of the service call since each installer drives his own vehicle. This was told to me by the service tech that came out this morning after I expressed my displeasure.So before he will send a tech out to HONOR his warranty I will have to pay for it.Nowhere in my warranty does it say that I will have to pay. All it says is 10 year warranty parts and labor.I can understand that if he wishes to add this to all new customers moving forward, that is his business. That way a new potential customer can decide on whether they wish to hire this company with that stipulation, but to decide to start charging customers that have already made the purchase is a bad move on his part. I did not have this option.I would be very cautious with this company moving forward, who knows what else he might decide to charge for after you have already purchased.

Ive had the whole house fan four years. I like the fan but not there wireless button system. The switch has gone out three time now. It has been replaced all three time because of the ten year warranty. Whats going to happen when the warranty runs out....I will have a fan that I cant use.
