Was asking employee if they have L shape steel and rectangular and he doesnt seem to know what I was talking about. Ended up asking receptionist who seems to know more than workers.

To say this shop has everything for architectural steel is an understatement. These folks are friendly, knowledgeable, and the place is simply well - stocked. The woman at the window was not friendly, blunt, & rude. We went to get prices and she just mumbled them then looked back at her screen. So it was the customer service that sucked. The guy was nice when we walked in but she ruined it.

They gave me mixed match parts I didnt notice until I was on the jobsite . When i came back to switch out they knew they gave me all they had left and still somehow didnt know or care they were different items. My second experience with them i called 5 minutes before they closed and he said he was closed and cant give me a price for 1 item. Id reccomend looking for another location to do buisness with if you are needing efficiency

Been shopping there for 20 years, formerly H&J, family owned and operated, they have everything for the metal fabrication enthusiast and the pro custom fabricator.

Worst customer service I have EVER seen.No services for shrink wrapping, boxing, palleting... Good luck, your on your own at this place. A millions little parts, on a flat bed truck.They said they take AMX, but they dont.They said they would take a Resellers Permit, but they didnt.Crazy
