I needed glasses for my self and my husband, we were assisted by a very friendly gentleman by the name Salvador. He took the time to show us around till we found what we liked.I highly recommend this place and and the friendly staff working there.

Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses and was told that if I ordered it to the store Ill get it sooner so since I have to come back in 1 week and a couple of days I decided to get it shipped to the store so I can get my eyes recheck and pick up my contacts at the same time. Eyeglass world called me 1 day before trying to prevent me to go back for a follow up to recheck my contacts which it was not working out so I asked about my ordered contact lenses and they lied that it usually take 7 to 10 days so just give it time. On my appointment date I asked about my ordered contacts again the associate Candice told me it was delivered but they never got it. I told her to write it on a paper that I never received my contacts since when I ask they keeping asking me if I picked them up already. So since I didnt want to go back to that horrible place I told her to ship it to my house she just wrote shipped air optix as if she sent it to my house already. I called back in 5 min after leaving the place and they lied that she have a few patients shes seeing. This place is horrible dont go there for contacts!!! Never doing service with them ever again I rather go to Walmart eye center.

This place has conartis working there...they appear yo be extremely nice..but in reality there plotting on you and your wallet...Ive never wrote a review in my life..but feel the world should no about eyeglass world...Im very disappointed to have to spend my money there ☹☹☹

I’m writing this review for my mother. She went to store about 3 weeks ago. This place has some pros and cons.Biggest Pro is that they will give deep discounts to the price they quote if you start to walk away. Just be sure to ask for the manager Luvy. My mom received a free eye exam, bifocal glasses, and eyeglass warranty for only $104. It was originally almost $250.The biggest Con is that they are not entirely truthful about things. My mom was told that they accept VSP. This is not really true. They are out of network and can bill some plans. Not all. They couldn’t bill my moms plan so they told her she could pay for exam. She was told exam price was $58. Then they kept adding all of these additional fees. $10 more for dilation and another $15 more for some other test.Ended up getting exam for free after they gave us a coupon. Attached picture. Be sure to ask for it. Save $58.

I needed glasses for the first time and they made me feel dumb for asking if they took my insurance! I wouldnt let me insurance pay for me to be cared for there!

My glasses broke on Wednesday right before boarding an emergency trip to Sacramento, CA. My family lost our most amazing member. Thursday morning I drove over to this location in Hopes of getting something that could stay on my face. They could not let in due to the new restrictions, yet they took my lens and gave me something I can use and get me through!!! With all thats going on right now, they absolutely saved the day!!! Thank you so much for your kindness

My brother and mom(83) went down Saturday. We were disappointed when we are told to arrive early and the store is closed and locked at 9am. There were 5(one being the doctor that works there) people out front. We are in the middle of a heatwave too. Some young gal runs up to open the store. Very unprofessional

Needed new glasses so I visited this store today. I am happy to say I received excellent care from both my optometrist and the entire staff. Everyone working here seem to really care about their patients and try to help you to the best of their ability. Even got a second pair of glasses for half off. Absolutely fantastic service. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

I had an exam 9 months ago, and the doctor said I should try Multi-focal lenses. I tried them, but they werent quite strong enough, but I had my prescription and lived with it.Today I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in and asked if I could leave the regular sight prescription alone, but increase the multi-focal portion to a higher strength.They wanted to charge me a whole eye exam all over again even though my prescription was current, and all I was asking for was for the bifocal portion to be adjusted (which is a guess on their part anyway).No thank you, youre all about getting into my wallet. Ill go to your competition instead.

I had recently broke my glasses and i needed them so bad! Googled this place came in and I’m so impressed. They were clean, courteous and so efficient. I was able to get my exam done and a new pair of glasses under 150 within 1 hour! The prices are amazing and the doctors are so calm and respectful. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat. Also bringing my whole family here as soon as i can. Hurry up and take my money!

I went in today for myself and my daughter. The staff was amazing. They were very helpful in helping me with determining which lens to go with for my daughter do to her prescription. Several of the staff members helped me and i received exceptional customer service! They are also very affordable, i recommend that if you are trying to decide where to go check out Eyeglass World. I will definitely be returning here for all of my eye care needs!

I received exceptional service from this shop. Rather than paying $200+ with insurance (!) and waiting 2 weeks for a pair of glasses, I paid $100 for 2 pair and got them the next day. Then, I discovered that I gave them the wrong prescription. They generously agreed to remake the glasses and had them done in an hour, at no cost to me. I am now a huge fan.

This is a little eyeglasses shop. They also have an optometrist available to prescribed glasses for your eyes. They seem to sell glasses for a good deal, but without insurance it could end up costing you over $800 just for two pairs of glasses. I do not recommend this place unless you have good vision insurance. And close to $1,000 to spend on glasses. I recommend going to Sams Club or Costco. The glasses from Sams Club and Costco are of better quality and have a much cheaper price probably $250 a pair of good glasses. One of the pairs of glasses that was purchased here was said to have anti-glare protective coating on it but it did not. 😕

My father and I had an excellent experience here. He is visiting from out of town and misplaced his prescription sunglasses so we needed a place that offered same day service. I called and they were able to get him in for an exam and fitting right away. Dr Bragg took time to listen to my Dad and let him know what what was going on throughout the exam. Jada was patient with my Dad as he picked out two new frames and walked him through all the options available for his new glasses. We drove from about an hour and a half away and are glad we did. Thank you all!

I loved going in today they were so nice and helpful.went in for both glasses and contacts exam.the entire staff is so nice. I was helped by Lisa i loved her she was funny and help me select better suited frames for my prescription. Also with my contact lenses training. The doctor was awsome as well. I definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I were first time customers and we will never go back! our first day placing the order for our frames went great. But everything after that was a complete nightmare. They were completely unprofessional, LIED TO US and had horrible communication skills. We clearly asked for BRAND NEW FRAMES to be ordered MULTIPLE times. We paid $560 for our glasses and they lied to us and still gave us frames from the display wall. Luckily my husband identified markings on the frames prior just to make sure we got new ones and of course we didnt. I feel like they treated us as a joke. Didnt take us or our money seriously and continued to still give us frames from the display wall. I was helped by Salvador, Jayda, and Alanna (Alena) whatever. Has the worst customer service out of all of them. She had a huge attitude and gave me a bunch of sarcasm. She completely had no compassion for the issues I was experiencing and immediately offered me a refund rather than helping me out! Salvador then apologized and ordered our new frames the second time. I then had to return back into the store for the THIRD TIME because my cases didnt contain the name brand glass wipes only their store brands wipes...like what the hell?! (Jayda afterwards gave me the name brand wipes) but what a waste of time! Especially after all we had already went through. For first time customers we had a horrible experience and for the money we spent they are lucky we didnt get a full refund! Never again. And a simple apology isnt even close to being enough. We should have be compensated in some way but of course we were not!

The doctor was great and very patient with my son. They were helpful with picking out glasses and upfront about prices.
