Such an enjoyable experience. Efran, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I got the shoes I’d been searching for, for weeks. Although it was not available in his store, he was nice enough to make some calls to have it shipped. The entire staff looked happy to work and was full of energy, that gave the stores atmosphere a positive vibe. Shout out to Journey’s Arden Mall team, for displaying how Customer Service should be done. Store Role Models 2021!

I love this store, but I encountered a really rude employee. I don’t know what was his problem but he was talking in a very bothered and sarcastic tone. These are the type of people that make you scared of asking questions because they are so judgmental. I’d consider shopping online if you are going to the Arden location to avoid their rude employees.

I want to say thank you so much to Aya Ford she was so helpful got me everything I needed and was still able to help other people there great at multi tasking. The store was clean and I was able to find shoes for my entire family I will be returning and I highly recommend this store for a yoir shoe needs I even found shoes for my grandbaby that matched my Adidas she has to be as fly as meme 😁.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK KHIRA SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL,HELPFUL AND GOES ABOVE NORMAL EXPECTATIONS EVEN THOUGH WHAT I WANTED AT TIME WAS NOT IN STOCK SHE DID OFFER ONLINE PURCHASING I DECIDED NOT TO BUT THE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER DID NOT STOP THERE SHE INFORMED ME OF WHEN THE SHOE MAY ARRIVE IN-STORE CALLED ME WHEN IT DID I CAME BACK WHEN SHE INFORMED ME AND I LEFT SUPER SATISFIED,HAPPY AND WITH A SMILE.

The 3 people who were working at the time 11/7 at 9pm all 3 completely helpful.They had a lot of info about the product I was purchasing. They were so nice when we walked in and got my uggz in less than 45 seconds. I was in and out of the store in 3 min with a nice friendly conversation. This is very rare these days.

Nice clean store employees are okay

I came in right when they were closing. The store was hot. There was only one person working. And yet I wasnt rushed. No one tried to up-sell me. And I left with two pairs of shoes. The staff is knowledgeable. The selection is geared to those who want a sturdy, reliable, walking shoe. And I will return when I wear out these shoes.

Tons of cute shoes. Very trendy but definitely not poorly made. Any shoe you buy here is definitely going to last you. Theyre even starting to sell new & super adorable Ugg boots! Super helpful staff!

Do not purchase from this store. Their return policy suck. My kid got a pair of Van of the Wall checker for xmas. The person bought them too small, I try to exchange a size bigger, and they rejected the exchange. Even exchange is not allowed so disappointed this store. I never shopped there, and I never will.

Always a dope selection of Vans, Converse, Doc Martins and Birkenstocks. Love this place. The locations are usually small though and this one is no exception.

Cool store and a good variety of sneakers and even uggs, berkein stocks, puma, Doc Martins, crocs, converse and a few others too.They have clothes, backpacks, socks, and some other accessories stuff too.Employees are helpful when we have been over the years.The only sad thing is, this location has stopped carrying DC, etnies and other skate sneakers that was what I come here for. But my family rocks there other sneakers so we can still come in.You can also check them out online and see there full shoe line up, check them out in store and can have them shipped ot sent to the store for pick up if they dont have your size on hand.
