Very sweet people that run the store! Stephanie especially was very sweet. The quality of the products are amazing along with the prices bwing fair. I boust a beautiful pholeather bag, a lovely dress, and a lovely black coat. I am definitely going back again, and recommend to any person looking for nice looking casual or classy quality clothing.

Edited to add: the fastest shipping Ive ever received. Ordered a pair of jeans yesterday afternoon and not even 10 minutes later I got shipping details and it was in my mailbox the very next morning.This has been one of the coolest deliveries Ive ever gotten. Including some of the coolest swag. Candle smells amazing. Their clothes are beautiful. Cant wait to physically visit the store. Such good vibes #shopsmall

Just finished my one on one booking with Stephanie and Shane and had such an amazing experience. Stephanie and Shane have created a super easy way to book an appointment for shopping on their website. Aside from feeling like I was getting a VIP shopping experience everything was super sanitized and I felt very safe. I love love that they have created this option (aside from their online shopping) because I am more of a try things on before purchasing person. I also loved having Stephanie to recommend additional pieces that I missed or might not have chosen for myself. Highly recommend scheduling a one on one visit: Stephanie is sanitizing the store before visit, has masks for shoppers, thoroughly sanitizing the fitting rooms and all items that are tried on. I work in healthcare and felt that Stephanie and Shane have gone above and beyond to be safe.

I love Identity Boutique! The owners are some of the most genuine, hardest working people Ive ever met. They care about their customers and their community. The selection of clothes ranges from casual to business and changes often. They also carry a ton of great accessories and jewelry. Follow them on social for new clothes and other hilarity. They have a “no return without tags still on policy.” I had bought several items that I tried on in the store so when I got home I removed the tags. When I wore one of the items for the first time about a week later I noticed a hole in one of the sleeves. I went back to the store and told them what happened and that I hadn’t worn it between buying it and that day. They told me there was nothing they could do because I had removed the tags. Basically told me that because I removed the tags therefore the hole was my fault. Pretty disappointed for the amount of money I had spent there and now I’m stuck with a jacket that has a hole in it.

I have been shopping with Identity for many years now and super excited when they started offering a private shopping experience during these COVID times. I scheduled a private shopping appointment for me and my sister. Stephanie was so courteous and I felt very safe and stress free with all the extra precautionary measures she has taken. She offers gloves, masks, sanitizer, sanitizes everything thoroughly before each shopper, and most importantly offers champagne 😁. Stephanie and Shane provided VIP service. I love Identity! Stephanie knows how to pick her clothing well and I loved having a one on one with her because she was able to recommend pieces to try. Went home with amazing outfits that I’m excited to wear in the future. Highly recommend booking your private shopping appointment ASAP. Thank you Steph and Shane, you ROCK!

I was welcomed with whatever I need and would you like champagne. Could you ask for much more? YES. Cause they also have a ton of cute clothes and the girls were super sweet. Like brunch with my girlfriends kinda sweet. Genuinely friendly but not on top of me.

So this is loooooooooong overdue since I’ve been coming here for a good 7 years now. From the first day I walked in through their doors till the last time I was there I know that I won’t find what they have there just anywhere. I have never felt soooooooo comfortable, appreciated and confident in my life. Stephanie & Shane, the boutique, and all of the people who work there who are apart of Identity make you feel so incredibly special it’s such a rare and beautiful gift. I love, love, love to support them always! P.S they have two locations so check the out! It’s a must, truly.One of the reasons I love it here so much and why I find their name so fitting is, that this boutique, Stephanie and everyone apart of Identity helped me find my own identity. I like that their clothes are unique and always changing. I know that they are unique and high quality. I was able to find out what looked good on me and what didn’t. If you want a second opinion they give it to you. I’ve never felt pressured into buying anything. I just love their atmosphere here it’s like shopping with friends. Whenever I’m there I feel empowered. They help you feel better about yourself. When I walk out their door I always find myself feeling a lot betIt’s an amazing place to shop and it’s local.
