This has got to be the store with the worst return policy period. They have a policy where you can not return a sale or clearance item at al, even with the receipt and tags returned. AND to top it all off, the fitting rooms are closed, so how are you supposed to know if it will fit you? I tried to try on the item, but a manager named Margi told me that I was not allowed to try anything on in the store. Further, I do not like that you cannot return things without the tags. Sometimes I purchase things and they are already without the tag. SO how is this my fault? The employee needs to tell the customer everytime that they cannot return the item before they actually buy it. The store looks like a hot mess with clothes lying around everywhere. Either hire more people or clean it up because the store is very disorganized. I do not like how they organize each section. Also, the system is very slow in updating if they have a particular item in stock.I wanted to point out some areas of improvement. I do not like how strict some of your policies are in regards to employee dress code. I do think we should be able to wear comfortable tennis shoes from brands, such as Adidas, Nike, Champion, Converse, Vans, etc. I also think that the way you punish your employees based on the point system for being late is a little unfair. I understand that you give a 5 minute grace period for employees clocking in at the same time, however you must take into account that we also have our own personal lives and we cant control things like traffic or know these things in advance. Most of the managers play favoritism in the company. For instance, they would schedule certain people at particular stations, while others didnt ever get to work on that station before. These include hanging clothes, cash register, and sales floor. I think every employee should be given the chance to work on all stations no matter their performance. I also didnt like how the managers were awfully bossy and micro-managed their employees. I noticed that certain managers would pick on other employees and make hurtful comments. I think this should be addressed with the general and assistant managers as well as shift leaders. Lastly, I think that your company underpays your employees for the work that they do, especially if they already have some extensive experience in customer service. Please take this into consideration for making your company a better place to work at.

Love the variety of stuff they have and the fact they have plus size for my daughter I can almost always find something for her and she loves forever 21. Downside is for a Friday to have a extremely long line with only 2 people working the register is a bit much especially when the ladies on the register is moving super slow.

Store was Extremely Crowded, various customers wore masks, staff wore masks and were friendly. The store was clean, fitting rooms were closed and the store was well organized. However, there was none of the clothing thats offered on there website stocked in their store. The majority of their inventory is for smaller sizes such as 12 and under. That was disappointing.

I am going to take my daughter back there. They had so many cute outfits that she would like. She is only 16 but they have many items that are appropriate for her age and style.

This store has totally cute stuff but it is very affordable. Its in the mall, but its not a store that will clean out your wallet. I would recommend this store mostly for petite women, or teenagers. The clothes are rather small . FYI There is only a very small tiny section of plus sizes in the store.

Music is way to loud! Racks are way to tight to easily view the clothes! A lot of damaged clothes on the racks! This leads to your store sending me ripped clothing! My last purchase had a ripped blouse and I didn’t see it nor did the cashier! Get it together forever because there is new low cost designer stores to take your place!

Nice selection for plus size women. Trendy clothes and accessories here. The selection of bathing suits for plus size women is great. Great prices and so many hip things, not a great place to purchase a bra, but you can get any other type of clothing here. I always find a great deal here, the summer wear is great

Very unpleasant experience yesterday morning!!!The first employee I came across was pleasant and helpful. The rest of the employees were not so pleasant and helpful. The employee tending to the fitting rooms along with a person tidying watched me suspiciously as I shopped but never greeted, smiled or made eye contact with me. After a few minutes I was asked to move so that the area I was standing in could be swept. At the checkout I waited for what felt like too long. There were four customers in line including myself. One person working the register and four other employees gathered behind the register. After this experience I’ve decided that this would be the last time I shop at this location. I hope this review helps with the customer service within the store going forward.

Love the variety of merchandise; FUN! My daughter ALWAYS wants to shop here! There is usually a line to check out, but so much to look at while you wait! Glasses, purses, candy, hats, bags, socks, belts....need I say more?! Headbands, jewelry, shoes, boots, sandals, and lingerie! There are plenty of friendly sales clerks to keep the line moving quickly though. Cant wait for our next visit!!

Needed help finding shorts and a woman who was working in a different part of the store led me to multiple areas with shorts and was really nice about it. Dressing room area is so large it is easy to get into and the employee running it knows what she is doing and doesnt seem stressed. Checkout took a little bit longer than I would have liked but they ended up bringing more people to the front counters to check out and it sped up.

I buy practically ALL of my clothes here (or online) so I love F21. My only issue is the wait can be crazy because the line so long but they really do try by adding cashiers. I must say though, their selection of clothes is way better online. But they are awesome, trendy and great prices.

The overall experience was great, but that wasnt the problem: I bought $25 worth of items from Claires, then realized that I had forgotten the bag at F21(my fault). I called them and they said they would call me back if anything was turned in. A few hours later, I called again and they said No, nothing has been turned in. I knew no one would turn the bag in, so I wanted them to see if they could search their store a little bit. I doubt some customer would turn it in than rather keep it for themselves. I still havent gotten my bag back.

Good clothes, bad size selection, unorganized and horrible customer service.If you want everyone in the store to have an attitude with you come straight to Arden fair mall forever21 because thats exactly where youll receive it. The women/little girls in here literally think theyre gods or something because theyre working at a popular retail place. I walk in do my shopping and when I go to the dressing room the girl in the back is rude and abrupt and has no respect for younger customers. They assume Im 15/16 years old trying to steal shoes?? Or their shopping bags??? When I literally am 22 years old and make more than every person that works in that entire store. Show some respect. Im not here to steal or to inconvenience you by making you do your job to check to see if you have certain sizes. You literally arent doing anything else. I had three employees send me to different locations of the store to ask different people and had excuses as to why they couldnt help me, but when I see them after heading to where they directed me theyre literally twiddling their thumbs, doing nothing.It looks as though everyone needs to be retrained or the whole store needs to be restaffed because it seems as though these individuals are incredibly too comfortable, and think theyre entitled to act however they may please.

The lady here made my life so much harder she inconvenienced my girlfriend and I greatly. First to mention she didnt put something on the counter in my bag nor charge us for it but most of all if you have a debit card dont use it there. She put my girlfriend in debt and it keeps charging. Idk if the ladys goal was to do it quickly but she made a lot of problems that didnt need to occur if shed just taken her time

Very professional staff! Although the lines were long the staff was very patient and thorough in explaining store policies to other customers regarding credit card purchases (the card you are using must match your id).

It was to busy for the young staff to provide courteous customer service. My daughter loves the cute choices at the store but not the clashing with store personal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was tidy. The clothing selection wasnt the best. Selection was mostly crop top styles. Styles all looked similar. Shopping age 16, 24, 32 and nothing was appealing to all ages.

Too many clothes on the racks, cant see the clothes. When you pull the coat hanger to see whats on it everything falls off the rack and theres never enough cashiers. All of the stores are really missing but at least the cashiers are nice

I love forever 21 they always have great earnings for cheap and really cute clothes for all sizes. Everyone always ask me where i get my earing from.

When my daughter went in today the two fitting room attendants were making comments about what the customers were trying on (very rude comments). And the comment they made about my daughter was shes never going to fit in that she picked the wrong size. Just really snarky mean girlesque. I did call and talk to mgr. Who was very nice and apologized. Not everyone on the planet is a size 2, its about time they get a reality check.

If I could have given this store an infinite 0 I would have. My daughter was accused by a store employee of stealing from the store full of sweat shop made clothing. Her and her friends were watched by store employees the whole time. The employees are not trained well and must think all African Americans look the same, they lie, and discriminate against African Americans. I would suggest never giving this company a red cent. The billionaire born again Christian owns a very unethical company who insists on putting John 3:16 on their bags. This company does not represent the love of God. It represents greed and Satan and does not take responsibility for false accusations. Forever 21 is a disgrace to society. Unethical at best! Horrible store, It was dirty and disorganized. All the items were thrown everywhere and some of them had stains on it. The quality of clothes was horrible. I would not recommend shopping here.

Forever 21 used to be cool but now I’ve realized they are a scam. I have so many clothes items that I’ve purchased that I can’t fit and can’t get my money back or another size because most of their items are “final sale”. Thanks for taking and keeping my money. They also false advertise their sales online by sending emails that there’s a sale for an extra 50% off sale items, then when you add the items to your cart, they change the price to regular price so you can’t get the extra 50% off. The contact us option and customer service is a joke, I’ve contacted them through email numerous times over the years, and I’ve NEVER gotten a response back, it’s obvious their a joke because they don’t even respond to their bad reviews to make customers feel appreciated and resolve issues like real companies do. On top of all that, it’s also obvious that forever 21 is very greedy, their clothes are way too expensive to waste money on because almost everything is final sale and we can’t get our money back, and if forever 21 doesn’t want to give us our money back then the items should all be .99 cent to 5.00 so that we the customers don’t get scammed out of much. Forever 21 needs to be reported to the FTC to start an investigation on their unfair business practices and Forever 21 needs to return our money for clothes we’ve bought and can’t return, or be shut down for scamming us. Who wants to start a petition??

Im giving this Forever 21 3 stars because I have gone here plenty of times & no problems but TODAY, the cashier was VERY Rude ! I tried to do an exchange & the first thing out of her mouth was Im going to need a drink after today. Shes clearly having a bad day but that was unnecessary! If you dont have GOOD Customer service, You SHOULD NOT be a Cashier! It will be a while before I decide to go to this location.

This store is absolutely horrifying. The fitting rooms are an absolute disaster and more of them are used to store hangers than to actually let customers try clothes on. Forever 21 has an absurd amount of inventory and this store makes it seem like there is no rhyme or reason to it - everything is just thrown around with absolutely no care. There is always a line that is wrapped around the store no matter what time of day it is and the workers seem to be completely oblivious or they just dont care. Google says people spend an average of 15 minutes here... maybe to browse around but they will spend another 30 minutes standing in line. Avoid this place if you can.

Idk if its always so busy, but the lines were soooo long. It was a good 20min wait to check out. They seem short staffed, the racks in many areas were a wreck, the dressing room was crazy busy, and there wasnt enough clear signage as to what was plus sizes, what was straight sizes, what was each individual section... And trying to find my daughters sizing was difficult as what we came in for (camisole and bras) were very disorganized from how busy it was. There were things in all the wrong places.The prices made up for the choas tho, and the guy at the Register was super duper nice. He said he was from the Bay, but I dont recall his name... Anyway, he was excellent at his job, and so friendly. 😁
