By far the worst staff. I went in to purchase some shoes for my daughter, i went to pay and the girl at the counter asked me for my email, i let her know i did not have one currently.Then the manager mumbles behind her “who doesn’t have an email, no nothing”I asked what he said. He replies jn a low tone mumble again“You don’t got no email like we just need an email”I let them know i did not have one..they kept mumbling with each other in a low voice. I clearly knew they were talking about me.Who does this? Like just accept i do not have a email and move on, no need to talk about it for the whole transaction.I canceled my purchase and took my business somewhere else.Never ever shopping here again.

I feel so bad that I am late posting this review. However, -EDEN-, rep at this store location provided -AMAZING- customer service when my daughter and I were looking for sneakers. I appreciate his professionalism and love for his job. Thank you Eden for helping us and showing your enthusiasm for what you do.

This store is ok. Same kind of place as footlocker. Prices arent great but selection is ok.

So glad they helped me. Needed these knees shoes no one has. But they were able to find out to find them online for me

I love this store I been shopping here for 20 years since my days living in Detroit, Michigan.

We are very disappointed with the night shift manager customer service. We did a last minute stop here tonight to get a gift for my niece. The manager was very rude! We were looking at a white fila shoe and my husband ask hey since this is the only size 6, are you able to do a discount since its dirty and there is a stain from the inside? Manager response what you trying to get me fired? Since its already on sale. Let me get my brush and Ill scrub it off for you. We were like okay whatever, well get it as long as it come off. Well it didnt come off, he still try to sell it to ud. We told them nicely its okay we will look at another shoe since that one is dirty. If no discount then we dont buy. As my husband was walking away, The manager in a rude voice tone say Yeah everyone come here for a discount. Let me know if you can get a discount anywhere else. YES YOU BET WE LEFT. I SAID IT OUT LOUD AND WE WALK OUT. RUDE AS MANAGER. WE DONT NEED TO SHOP HERE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WILL EVER SHOP HERE.
