Showed up at 1245 on a Saturday and they were closed.

Uninformative staff, guy was on the phone the entire time when I had some questions, didnt care if I spent my money or not obviously. Would recommend Tonic right down the street, much better environment.

Better than Tonic, up the street. The staff is friendlier, more knowledgeable, and more easily understood, if you get my meaning. I tried to buy replacement parts at Tonic, up the street, only to be pitched the wrong product followed by a compromise that might work. A girl at Twisted named Beverly immediately offered the correct product and even made recommendations to enhance my experience overall. The price was good too. I was also impressed by their collection of high end glass, vape products, apparel, and collectibles. Id definitely go back.

This is one of the coolest smoke shops I’ve been to. I came in just for some papers and ended up leaving with that plus a rolling tray and this cool silicon ash tray. They have a bunch of cool items for smokers including a huge selection of glass pieces. I highly recommend coming here for your next piece.

The manager helped me, he was pleasant, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. They had everything I needed and somethings I didnt need! Very pleased with the service and my purchases. Have been back multiple times and highly recommend them.

The young gentleman that works their is very nice and helpful. The prices are great and the atmosphere is very relaxed. My only complaint are the hours. They seem to be closed when it should be open. They have unfortunately lost a lot of my business because of this..

Dont even waste your time

If you buy CBD, Kratom, sheisha, or smokable/edible products here make sure they arnt Expired!!.. another thing is the quality of the products they sell are so horrible and theyre pretty overpriced compared to the smoke shops down the street...

I went in the store yesturday lookung for my favor it juice. And i count find it so the onwer open a battle of taste vapor watering melon and i smelled it and it smell good so i buy it and the onwer told me if you dont like it bring it back and i will exchange it for another one so today i when back cuz is a nasty juice and now the owner will not change it or give me my money back he is a liar and the brand of juice is nasty

Service was moderate staff needs to be a little more knowledgable of the merchandise and intended or otherwise purposes of that specific device etc. But otherwise very friendly fast and convenient service also the cashier cutie af.

Ive tried to visit this location a few different times now and every time ... They are closed.. What a shame.. I guess they dont want our money.. I like the other location, maybe they should just close this place for good. Be ware! It may not be open if you try to come

They like to pick their own hours, even though they posted hours not only on google but on their front window, and they cant even bother to show up to do their job. Unbelievably pathetic. Why even bother having a business or business hours if you cant adhere to it?

This shop has a great selection of glass amd vaping supplies! Roderick really helped me find the stuff i needed and helped me understand the choices they offer!Overall a 5/5 experience and i will be doing business there again!!

Hours can vary pending on which location you go to I show up at 10:00am to the fulton shop as the info online says its supposed to be open to find a handwritten sign in the window open 10:30am - 9:00pm I leave and come back at 12 same thing closed??? I come back the next day thinking maybe its a fluke, nope same bs today. Not to mention the product I purchased did not work so be careful when spending money here.

Expert help, large selection and reasonable pricing

Prices are high as to be expected for vape accessories but didnt break the bank. Also tried the juices they make and was pleased.

Their pricing for Naked brand ejuice is actually better than what i get it for in los angeles.
