He is honest, as well as one hard working indvidual, literally everyday.My girlfriend and I buy stuff from here all the time and once she met him she made me switch to this smoke shop ONLY. Wild Zone is one of the best head shops I have been to & Sammy is probably the coolest shop owner I have ever met! They have tons of epic handblown glass pipes & rigs from several different glass blowers, not to mention, top quality vape & dab products like Hunibadger, Volcano, Carta & PAX just to name a few. There is a wide selection of miscellaneous smoking accessories along with authentic RAW rolling products. Cigars, tobacco pipes & hooka products also. This place is definitely worth checking out if youre into quality heady glass or just need a pack of Raws!

Recently visited Sam (the owner) at Wild Zone to pick up a few things. While there, I was reminded why I do NOT miss working retail any longer. It seems as if there is a prevalence of people with a very high degree of entitlement. Maybe its just me, but this expectation afflicts many today. As Wild Zone is located next door to a bar, I all too often bear witness to intoxicated people wandering in (intoxicated), only to complain about customer service. Why is it that these people are the ones who run home to complain about their experience via the internet? In short, my suggestion for them, is to NOT come in high or drunk!! Sam, the owner is the most cordial fellow one would ever want to meet. He always goes out of his way to accommodate his customers as evidenced by so-o-o-o many positive reviews over the years!Its always easy to identify the people who would be a problem for any business. They often represent themselves as entitled, argumentative, demanding, unforgiving and just plain uncooperative.For really great customer service, this is the place to go! To say that Sams customer service is old fashioned is to say that it is reminiscent of a time when people treated each other as they indeed wished to be treated!! Keep doing what you are doing Sam! I/we appreciate it!!

Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice shop for kratom. Owner also sells nice variety of pipes cigars and other novelty items. Been to a lot of smoke shops all over sac and this place always gets my business because of the prices. He knows his product and very honest and straight forward.

The owner there truly loves what he does for a living hes always helpful and he goes out of his way sometimes to help somebody doesnt even know. As for the merchandise he has everything if you cant find it there Id be damn surprised he literally has everything!
