Dalton and his partner were extremely professional and courteous. I actually watched as Dalton was repairing my iPhone screen, and replacing the battery. His skill and technique while disassembling my phone was smooth and methodical. The way he placed every minuscule screw that he removed on the worktable in a way that he would know exactly how to reassemble the phone. I have electronic and electrical experience, and so watching him was a pleasure. Especially for a young adult. I am glad that I did not attempt to replace these phone pieces by myself watching YouTube.The fact that I am able to write this review on my iPhone, is proof that he did a great job and everything is working.As I told Dalton, normally only Apple stores touch my Apple products. But after this experience, I will have to reconsider going to third party businesses. I would recommend this business to my friends.

It was good till time to pay i wanted to use a $10 coupon received from text and one of his co worker told me i cant...even i said it doesnt have a exp date he claimed it was a yesterday text which we didnt even receive the $10 off text yesterday...it said $10 off any repair...so for coupon wise if we cant even redeem then dont text us to come in :(

Called couple of places in Elk Grove to repair the cracked screen of iPad 7th gen 10.2. Had best price and turn around timeframe. Dropped it off when they open and was able to pick up before they closed in the same day. Very convenient. Also, Marcus was very professional. Found my repair shop from now on.

Repair guy did a good job and was fast however pricing didn’t match website. I had a coupon that wasn’t honored “we are already giving you a deep discount” was the response I was given. Online pricing said $75 I had a $10 coupon but The guy in the store said it should have been $100 so he was giving me a “deal”. Service is good and fast but pricing is misleading. Update your pricing online.

I had cracked my camera glass on my Note 10+. A friend recommended this place to me and they were fantasticto work with.. Every other shop I called had to order in what I needed. My phone had definitely seen better days before the screen completely died on me. I had thought I would need to buy a new phone due to the extensive damage to the front screen. AMAZING!!!! This is by far one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. I walked into the Delta Shores store and was greeted by the great Mariah!Mariah was incredible. I mean really incredible! Very nice, extremely insightful, patient, and courteous. I explained the issue I was having with my iPhone and she knew immediately the solution. I was then advised of several ways she could attempt to fix the problem. From the faster and cheaper solutions like simple maintenance all the way the longer more expensive solutions like replacement parts. She advised that she would try the less costly methods first then the more costly methods (which were still very reasonably priced) if necessary. I was advised of how it would be fixed, how long it would take, and how much it would cost all upfront. No surprise fees or anything like that. I ended up having to leave my phone for maintenance for a short while and was called when it was fixed and the service was finished. The price was very reasonable. And the service was fast. I was even offered a free warranty and a discount coupon for future service!! Like I said one of the most amazing retail experiences I’ve ever had. My phone battery had suddenly started rapidly losing its charge, so of course I YouTubed how to change your battery. Realizing this was far beyond my skills, I looked up repair places & found RepairALL. I made an online appointment for one hour later (on a Sunday), relaxed for a half hour, then went. The young man was masked (as was I), friendly and professional. My phone was ready in half an hour, like he said, and the price was completely reasonable for the service that was done.

I had a stroke that left me paralyzed. I called ahead of time. I was responded to and helped. This is something that some businesses wont do. I guess they are to busy. Before my stroke I was a tech for over thirty years. I wish that in my day, I could have learned from them. You see, Marcus and Mike service people as well.

Before you walk into the store on planning to buy anything, know and ask for the price first!! They will try to lie and say that if you buy a case a long with the phone repair, they will give you a deal, but they are lying. For instance, I went in to get my phone fix, and they asked me if I wanted to purchase a phone case as well along with stating that he will give me a deal. Hence he sold me $55 dollar case for 30 bucks. Sounds like a great deal right? However I checked online and the phone case was only $34.96!!. Also, they charge me for a screen protector even after they said it was free.

The price for screen repair was very reasonable. Michael was professional and knowledgable and was able to fix my daughters phone while I waited. Very good experience and I will recommend this shop to my friends.

Though there was constant foot traffic coming in and out of the store, Michael was attentive and quick with his customer service. We left our phone there for a new battery while we went to another store in the same shopping complex to do some errands. About 30 minutes later, we came back to pick up our phone - all done, despite there being other customers in and out, and Michael being the only person there - multi-tasking well as greeter, technician, cashier, AND store manager.

Found this place when going to the movie. Stopped in, and found they could repair my phone in a half hour, where other places told me two hours at a higher price. Sure enough, it was done on time. They encouraged me to protect my phone with a warranty, and even with that, the orice was reasonable. Recommend them, or any of their constituent stores.

Great service, and and very nice guys! I was in and out in about 15 minutes and it was fairly priced. Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because I was there at 10am when they open but they didn’t actually open until 10:15 am.
