They are very helpful and attentive and friendly if they are busy they let you know that some one will assist you as soon as possible

I’ve been with AT&T for years with no issue and this location ruined it for me. I came here to get a new iPhone 12. Their system was down and they couldn’t complete the transaction. They claimed nothing went through, but once I was on the road, I noticed my phone wasn’t working. Apparently they had activated the new iPhone 12 device and my service was now attached to a phone I didn’t have. I had to go to another AT&T store in my area to get a new SIM card just for my phone to work! I’ve been calling this location since yesterday (they are the only folks who can correct it) and THERE IS NO ANSWER FOR 24 HOURS! Avoid this location. The associates do not know what they are doing and are too lazy to even answer the phone.

Went to this store to get a pay as you go sim card to cover our vacation in the States. Had tried to do this at another store in the mall but they had technical problems. Bill at AT&T knew what he was talking about, installed the new Sim card, gave us a really good deal and made sure we new how to cancel it after a month.We left very happy and able to leave reviews without ridiculous roaming charges from home SIM card
Horrible service. Waited 2 hours and they couldnt even do an upgrade. Employer stated internet sucked and pages wouldnt load.

Went in to get the 4 lines for 160 with autopay enrolled after 2 months. They set me up instead if 4 lines for 160 they did 2lines for 160 and 2 lines for 160 on my billing. First bill was 160-2phones, second bill was 300. Online support states that they ramp up sales in person to get bigger bonuses at the end of the year, then online people get their bonuses dinged for having to fix the stores issues. Having found all this out speaking to representatives on the customer support lines, i am still disputing my bill Nd if not fixed will dispute the 300$ charge and leave at&t for tmobile. Customer service great- thats why it got 1 star. Everything else? Horrible
The services there was fast and precise. They where able to help me get what I wanted with thing I wasnt even considering. In the end helped me save a lot of money.
Needed a SIM card switch out... I have a corporate account with AT and T, this store was not corporate but still called corporate for me and allowed me to use their resources to get corporate to switch my SIM by phone! Super professional and knowledgable at this store! Cassandra and Nyasha rocked the At and T world!
Arturo Costilla is extremely rude. I walked in with a $938.50 bill for an iPhone & iPad and services that I did not use, I asked for the manager they told me there wasn’t one. Arturo told me that I needed to stop with my attitude. The nerve of the employee to tell me I have an attitude when I’m simply explaining my problem that this store created. The incompetence and in professionalism is completely unacceptable. He also has several tattoos and his mannerism is just intimidating and unprofessional. He kept speaking to me in a condescending way when I asked him to get another staff to help me. He kept interjecting himself in the conversation telling me I should acknowledge him. And he did not apologize or correct his behavior. Again, AT&T your staff could do a better job at being professional. Imagine if this would’ve went on my credit report! Just distasteful.

I ran in last minute to the Arden AT&T after getting a non-working SIM card from the At&t store on Laguna; worst experience ever there. Courtney at the Arden store was able to quickly help in getting me a new SIM card. She also used her time to check calling in/out my phone, and got the internet up and running. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes, AND I didnt get charged for the SIM card! This review was worth writing because Courtney was courteous when I arrived to when I left, quick to process the SIM card, and detailed in educating me about the process. She was helpful and professional. This is what I call exceptional customer service! Something Laguna staff lacks all over.Thank you to Vic who was on the side keeping me cool and calm, because if you saw me youd knew I was stressing and bounced around!Sooo happy now!

Not the best just because I went to att this Tuesday night, my drivers license and my military ID wasnt accepted. Im not a state resident and because Im stationed here meant I couldnt get a plan or phone with them. So went to the Verizon store instead; they accepted my drivers license right off the back and they were helpful and so considerate. Got a way, way better deal with verizon than att. So pleased with Verizon. They make a sense of things. The lady at att didnt want to help me and quickly disregarded me.

Horrible service. Not doing their job on returning my phone for 2 months. Got charged $100 for it. Went to pick my old phone up and also lost my return label and receipt. Just a mess. Terrible.
