The install was great....the finish is where it got difficult. I think more communication would have been better. I was told parts were missing....but then I was called for a finishing appointment and they no-showed. I know we have been in a pandemic and things are delayed...I am cool with that, but I called me....two months later aI decided to check in and I decided to go and add another 1000 to what was paid in good faith. I am hoping the transitions stay in place.The cost was excellent. Robert was very professional when he came to my home to measure. I am happy with the floors....saved $2000 from what S&G was trying to charge me.

Flooring liquidators have a variety of flooring material. The staffs were helpful and nice, they were responsive to my e-mail inquiries as well. Keep in mind that you cannot return and leftovers like you would at some other places even if it is used.

I had a very positive experience- good selection of hardware, significant savings over other places I checked including other discount places. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didnt pretend to know information they didnt, happy to look up questions and even call product reps for me. Didnt try to up sell me at all. I got a great deal on a beautiful hardwood floor, the product was ready for pick up in 2 business days (distribution facility in Modesto). I will recommend them to friends and use them again.

When I was there I got the run around, this was the store off Miramar Rd. When I found a floor I liked, said they’d order it then it wasn’t available then no call backs to fix the problem, then said they would search for it nothing. Then my wife went in and oh hey we will have it in the next day. Waste of time and driving back and forth to get what we needed. I would not recommend this store to friends or family.

Anwar spent a lot of time with us helping to pick our flooring. Unfortunately a few days later we found out the flooring was on back order so we had to come in and find another one. He gave us the best price he could. Anwar was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Jorge was our installer and did an excellent job.
