I just had the floors in my house replaced with vinyl planks and I love them. Tara was so helpful--she came out and measured then sent the estimate when she said she would. Great customer service. Dimitri and his coworker (I didnt get his name) were so professional, too. They came on time everyday--big job took 3 days. They were so helpful and kept me informed of what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves each day. I highly recommend that you use this company. I had called on a couple others and was not happy with their service, so when I came to Carpet One, I was so happy that they kept me informed of dates and times and showed up when they said they would!

I went to Sacramento store & Tara helped right away. Same day, she scheduled to measure the area at my place, gave me an estimate, & signed the contract all in same day. Great Customer service, installation, & price quote is affordable, no hidden fees, no sales talk.

Terrible business practices! The salesman kept adding costs onto the estimates after initial offers were made. The price ended up being thousands of $ more than what they said on day one. Also, installers were not careful: they broke a piece of my furniture, scratched my walls, and left the floor so scratched they had to return for 3 full days of floor repairs. When I told them of the scratches and other mistakes, they refused to fix them! I had to show them our contract before they agreed to do the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this place. Their prices aren’t even the best in Sacramento and you will regret buying from them! You will DEFINITELY regret paying them for installation! If you do go with them, and they refuse to fix what they break, call the National customer support. They will help you, but this sacramento branch is BAD!!!

Customer no service. Twice we had to contact the salesperson to get him to come out and measure and quote. He never followed up with us even to get their sample back, we had to call him. Its been a month and, although I really had my heart set on a certain carpet here, we will be going elsewhere. Im not chasing a salesmen repeatedly to get the product they are supposedly selling. If you dont want my business, please dont waste my time. Maybe the job wasnt big enough with only three rooms, but when we sell this and start the next home, well still take our business elsewhere.Follow up: someone dropped by my house when I wasnt home, in response to the above post and left a business card. Unfortunately, i cannot find the card. I called to find out who it was, but the person who answered the phone was the same person that we had issues with and I didnt feel comfortable leaving a message. Absolutely the best customer service ! Teresa was super helpful and very knowledgeable about her products. The guy that installed our wood floor (I didnt catch his name) did a smashing job. Steve and Keyan went above and beyond installing our carpet. They were meticulous with everything including making sure I was happy with were they moved our furniture (and they made me laugh). I highly recommend Sacramento Flooring and am extremely happy with our purchase.

Lots of selection and knowledgeable staff that couldnt be bothered to help find a hard-to-match piece of flooring for a remodel. I probably caught them at a bad time. I am unlikely to return there again when there are so many better alternatives.
