Apparently their online sales department dont like their job. I requested for offers through TrueCars. The offer they gave me did not interest me, so I told them I was not interested. They couldve just removed me from their list with a click of a button. I told them I was comparing prices between dealerships and if an offer is good Ill be interested, but Im not in a rush.This is the response I received.I did not know that the public is not allowed to use free resources to request for price information on cars.

Great experience with the sales team at Maita. Unlike most auto dealer, we were not pressured into a decision and not hounded as we took our time browsing the lot and asking questions. My only complain is the finance person we worked with tried to upsell the extended warranty using the old FUD tactic and pushy. Otherwise, 5 starts. Lastly, we have not worked with the service department, so no comment of feedback here.

Got an oil change, vehicle check, and a tire rotation this week. Very fair price using the coupon. Was able to make an appointment and get the work done the same day. Dropping off the car and paperwork was speedy and easy. Pickup at peak traffic time just before closing was speedy as well. I was welcomed as a friend, all the work was done well, and my Miata is ready for springtime adventures with my wife. I have been shopping for a cost effective place to service my car for quite some time. Many service centers have recently fallen short. It was a very pleasant surprise to have such a positive experience at Maita Mazda.
Solvi Noonan did a fabulous job of showing me a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring AWD that had just came in. I knew I was in the market for a SUV, but I wasnt sure if I saw myself in a CX-5, but after she showed me the features and that it was AWD, I was hooked! I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it! She did a wonderful job from start to finish- showing me payment options and going over the features of the car. I was not expecting to drive away with a brand new SUV that is fully loaded and AWD all within my budget!

I wanted to take a moment to write a quick review of my recent car buying experience at Maita Mazda with Kelly R. I found the car I was looking for online, Kelly reached out immediately via email and provided me with various pricing options on the 2021 CX-9 Lease. I am a full time working mom of twins, so time is not something I have a lot of. Kelly had my trade-in appraised within 15 minutes during my lunch hour, I did my credit app online, came back to the dealership for a total of 1 hour to sign paperwork with financing, and pull personal belongings out of my trade-in. Kelly even helped to remove my kids car seats! This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kelly!

Responsive and helpful without any heavy pressure! Everyone I encountered here was polite and helpful, but I mostly worked with Sherri and Kelly from the Internet sales department because I used an app to research models and then contacted the dealership through the app. I found them easy to work with. Most importantly, they were great about helping me determine the right model and options to fit my actual needs and budget, rather than talking me into any upsells. I was considering other makes and models, but the service I received from Sherri and Kelly at Maita Mazda was one of the major reasons I wound up with a Mazda at all. I highly recommend Maita Mazda!
Sherri Wicksten, the most rude dealer Ive ever met. With 720 credit score, she found a really high APR( > 10%) and when I told her that I cannot afford high interest, she asked me that why dont you buy with cash? I told her before that I dont have enough cash to buy it, so just want to shame me that Im poor? I always reply to her very polite but she keep replying in a rude manner. After I rejected her, she blamed me that I wasted her time. If you can accpet humiliation, shell be your best choice.

I very recently purchased a certified used vehicle from this dealership, which supposedly underwent a 160-point inspection before it was sold to me. This was obviously not the case, as it was sold with a bad battery that died after 2 days of light, normal usage. They were good about replacing that under warranty, and they also fixed the alignment, which was pretty off. I had to take it back in today to have them take a look at the sound system, which has been fuzzy and distorted, but I wanted to make sure it wasnt user error before I called them about it. After a few hours, I received a call saying they updated the infotainment system which was two versions old (yet another item that should have been checked before it was sold) and that they couldnt hear any distortion. After spending $40 on Uber rides to get myself around, and spending gas money and time to try to bring this car up to their own standards for certified vehicles, on my drive home the distortion was still very present. I did my own diagnoses in five minutes at home, and figured out which speaker the noise is coming from, and Im taking it back in tomorrow (to the chagrin of the service employee who helped me). I cant believe theyre annoyed at me for wanting the car to be up to the standard that they advertise for their certified vehicles. No offers for gas or oil change vouchers, no apologies for the vehicle not being in the condition it was advertised, just lots of wasted time and money on my end. I love Mazda, but if Maita doesnt get it together, I wont be using the dealership for anything other than warranty service, and will not be purchasing another vehicle from them when it comes time to upgrade.

My husband and I were looking for a new family car to receive our new baby in the next couple of months. As soon as we arrived to the dealer we were greeted by Bill Raab with a warm welcome. Bill asked what we needed and he immediately took us and showed us what we thought we were looking for. Once we saw the car we realized we wanted something different. Bill made sure to show us all of our options by being friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all, we really liked this. Once we decided what we wanted the process was easy a little long but we know that this is normal when purchasing a new vehicle. Over all we are happy with our experience and with our new car.

Would give zero stars if I could; I bought a certified used vehicle from them, now theyre refusing to fix issues that are under warranty, and they also broke my passenger door to where it will not open when they fixed the failing door actuator. Go to Roseville or Elk Grove, save yourself the time and the resources. Their service department (especially Anthony) is inept and antagonistic.
All I can say is Ask for Chito. Very personable, and no pressure. Took his time explaining all the new features on the 2021 Mazda 3. He would also take the time to answer any of my questions. Followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. A great experience!
Came here the other day to get a car. Came out with a preowned 2020 Mazda3. Its basically brand new, and I am absolutely IN LOVE with it!!! I have nobody else to thank but Chito! This was the best new car buying experience Ive had. Kelly our salesman took a lot of time to explain all the different models and options. There was never any pressure to buy something we didnt want. When I left I didnt have any stress or regrets of my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership!
Sherri was amazing. Not only was she totally up front and honest in all of her discussions about money, but also I was very impressed that she actually included the finance charges in the total out the door price. I had not been expecting that, and was very impressed. Sherri stayed late after closing to help me pair my phone and show me features on my new car. She also set everything up to get me in and out quickly: I had someone watching my kids and dog and it was wonderful to come retrieve them earlier than expected. She communicated with me via text (preferred by me) all day, and I never felt pressured or anything negative from her. I actually had been planning to buy from another dealership, and told her that immediately when she first reached out. She didn’t try to talk me away from them, but gently pointed out your lifetime limited powertrain warranty which piqued my interest. It got us talking. Then she said she would be totally transparent about the out the door cost and that she would not do any shady add ons or hidden fees. I was feeling a little guilty to ditch the other sales guy, but really liked Sherri and the deal she was offering. Low and behold, the other sales guy finally got back to me with the in writing quote I had requested which was nearly 1800 dollars more than his verbal out the door price. That sealed the deal: she put everything in writing and never wavered. A great price, a great honest person, and she answered all of my questions and never pressured me in any way. She even joked with me and made me like her personality too. I look forward to being able to refer people to her! I have never been happier with a car salesperson. She also texted me today (day after purchase) to check in and see if I had any questions about the car or it’s fancy features. She had already made the sale, but still took the time to check in with me and seemed so genuine in her love and enthusiasm for Mazda. Her knowledge about the car was also awesome.
Walked in with my sister to buy a new CX5. Agreed with the sales rep that we would have the rails, crossbars, cargo cover, all-weather cargo tray and mats included into the price of the vehicle as similar cars that we were looking at came with the above. We also informed the rep that that we were interested in 60 month financing. Manager comes in and states so if you can get your payment at about $550 you will do it? We agree on the price if all the accessories above are included. They ask us to get insurance on the car. We get a quote but wait on actually getting it and then go over to their finance lady. She starts selling their GAP and extended warranty. I advise my sister against both and the finance lady cuts me off and rudely responds, “Can I finish?” Um, she was done talking when I spoke against getting the warranty. Anyway I let her finish and she goes on and on and on. My sister agrees to the warranty. As we approach to signing the final documents, she flips and acts like our best friend and offers us chocolate for stress managment. We politely decline. I notice an extra ~$1k in the original negotiated price AND 63 months NOT the 60 months we originally agreed too. The finance lady looked at me as if I am an idiot (very rudely) when I asked her about the pricing and the term change. In total, if you consider the monthly payment, that’s a minimum of $2100 that came out of the blue (sales tax, license, registration, warranty, etc. were all added on below and accounted for). We asked for clarification from the manager and he just said we agreed to ~$550/month with everything included and pretended we didn’t agree on a 60 month term. The lady said it was because we added the extended warranty. We didn’t negotiate the warranty with the manager so I still don’t know why she through increasing the term by 3 months was okay. She should have simply increased the monthly payment so that we can see the difference. Both the manager and their finance lady tried to pass it on as a misunderstanding or miscommunication to which we politely agreed. Anyway, we took a minute (without her present), then got up, and walked out, hoping for a call back from them at some point in the future when they get their act together. Later that same day my sister got a smoking deal at a different dealership on a lightly used CX3 Grand Touring I found online and which she will have payed off in 1.5yrs or less. I must say, this Mazda dealership looked great at first. Anyway, I don’t think I will be buying my new car from them next year (looking to upgrade my car to an SUV).
The dealer contacted me quickly with a great offer after I showed interest in a particular model and trim. I was able to get a test drive late in the day, get walked through the entire purchase process and drive home with a new car by the end of the day. Very easy and hassle free.

I submitted my request on true car to get my employee pricing. Kelly reached out via email and phone. I explained I was coming to the dealership Friday but couldnt stay long because Im high risk for contracting COVID. Kelly was respectful of my time and I was able to sit in the vehicles to find the model most comfortable for me. No pressure sales tactics, straightforward honoring of the true car price. They did all my paperwork online and over the phone. They answered my questions promptly. On Sunday, I met with Sherry and Shane. They finished my paperwork and showed me how everything works in the vehicle. With the time on Friday and picking up the car on Sunday, I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. Ill note they offered to bring the car to me even though I lived outside their radius, I was just too excited to wait!
My Mazda CX-5 was just serviced for a routine oil change and checkup. They are still open for appointments and they had an opening for me to be able to come in the day of. This was my first time coming to this service center. The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful in getting me setup for the appointment. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and they walked through everything that would be done. They gave me a time estimate and showed me to their waiting area that was filled with water and snacks. Everything was spaced out and felt safe to be able to move around without coming in contact with others. I wore my mask the whole time, as did a few other customers who were getting their cars serviced. They finished early and I was able to get out of their in just over an hour total. They walked me through the service, charges and what they anticipated would be needed in future visits if I choose to return. Overall it was a wonderful, no nonsense visit that took care of my car maintenance without hassle. Definitely will return for the next service.

There’s so many good selections and colors, but I fell in love with the Mazda 3. It’s such a small and compact car and you can basically fit in anywhere. Until today I never thought it was possible to have a positive experience buying a new car at a dealership. Kelly was great (he works with Shelly to handle leads from the web). Friendly, professional, and respectful of the fact that I had done research. He provided information instead of trying to sell per se. Even after we completed the deal, he took time to show and explain features. Also, when I asked for a written sales price quote, the price was very competitive as shown on pricing research sites.

WOW, what a great experience!!!! We had a terrible experience with their sister store, Honda Maita, after Honda tried to raise the price of the car an hour after I had inquired about it and was about to go see it. I happened to refresh my screen and noticed the car was a new higher price. Honda Maita said oh well. I had accidentally put in an online inquiry to Mazda Maita thinking the car was at their location but it wasnt. But what a blessing in disguise that I reached out to this location. I told them what had happened with their sister store and they secured the car for me and also gave it to me for the price it was at when I inquired that morning. Mazda Maita came through and cleaned up Hondas mess and saved the day. We dealt with Sam, Sherri, Scott, and Ira over the phone and email prior to going in but ended up meeting and dealing with Ira and Chase for the purchase process. For all the others that were at the dealership and greeted us and detailed the car, went and fueled it, etc..... they were all so friendly. Never once did I feel pressured during the paper work signing process and the whole extended warranty part. Actually they were very fare and easy going with the part, wasnt your typical salesman pitch and we ended up buying the warranty and GAP as it was a great deal!!! :)I suggest this store for your car buying experience over and over and if you find a car at Honda Maita that you like, do yourself a favor and have it transferred to this Mazda Maita!!!! :)
So, my husband and I were both on the market for new vehicles. My husband because his car was 10 years old, and was feeling pretty cramped with a toddler’s car seat. And me because my car was totaled in an accident. I was planning on buying an entirely different car, but after my husband tested the Mazda CX-5, I began to have my doubts. I did end up testing the car I thought I wanted, but at the end of the day, it didn’t stand up to the Mazda. So, we bought two! Had a great experience at Maita. This dealer was great, I loved the buying experience there, however we had an issue with them not paying the registration for our vehicle. it took two weeks for them to get back to us and they did send a check back for a partial registration fee reimbursement but holly hell! Trying to ask questions to the finance manager Beth is like taking to a teenager who did something wrong, so much attitude and has a matter of fact kind of attitude. I would still buy another car from them as long as I never had to deal with her!
Even though I live in the Bay Area, I am happy to make the trip to Maita Mazda to have them perform my car service. They always do a thorough job and I trust their recommendations. I never feel as if they want to perform service that is not in the best interests of my vehicle as well as my pocketbook. My sincere thanks Maita Mazda!

He went through their whole Honda inventory with me until I felt confidant that I was buying the right car.I let him know although I had a large down payment, I had A VERY strict budget. Ira was great. I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted, and what price I wanted it at, and he made it happen pain free. My family has bought 3 cars this past year, and Maita Mazda and Ira especially were the best experience we had at a dealership so far. There was no pressure from Ira to purchase any additional warranties or packages that I was not interested in, and we were in and out of the dealership faster than in any of our other experiences. Kelly was excellent throughout the entire process. He kept me well informed of everything going on. Even after I had a locked in price through my banks site, which hadnt updated with the Mazda site, He got me the lower Mazda site price, and honored my banks member discount. So i ended up saving roughly $800 between the price.The only thing they could have improved on, was having the car out and ready to look at, and test drive(when I had an appointment to see/ test drive the car). It was actually parked in a corner, and they had to pull it out before I could test drive it.Everyone of the representatives there, that I dealt with were very courteous, and helpful. Id recommend going to Maita Mazda to purchase a vehicle.Would have gotten the full 5 star rating had car been ready to test drive when I got to dealership with an appointment made in advance.
I purchased a new mazda 6 and the 5 year, 50k service plan. Wonderful staff, comfortable waiting area. Coffee, cold bottled water, and snacks are free. They offer lift rides to customers who dont want to wait for their service to be completed. I drive from over an hour away but its worth it. Im a happy customer.
One of my rare five star review. Great service experience. they now employ the Lyft service to take their customers home and return them to the dealership when the car is ready. For that alone they deserve accolades.
I had the 15k mile service, oil change, tire rotation and a battery drain recall performed on my 2017 Miata RF done on Saturday, 11/9 @ 1:00pm.When I scheduled the service online, someone from the service department called said they they would not have time to complete the recall as well as the other services, which was fine, I know my appointment was scheduled at 1:00pm and service department closes at 4:30pm on weekends.When I checked in for my appointment, the service representative offered to complete the recall that day so I did not have to make another trip. Great! Saves me time, as I work Monday-Saturday, so the fewer trips to the dealer the better. The rep was very excited and pleased to be able to save me some time, too. They said theyd be done between 4-4:30pm. I arrived at 4:00pm and got my car back at 4:40pm. Awesome, glad everything is done and out of the way!When I was leaving I popped the trunk to put the service documents and receipt in there and found a 6-7 scratch/scuff on the rear-facing portion of the trunk lid. That was NOT there when I dropped off the car.I immediately brought the service representative out to look at the damage. He pulled out glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth and tried to polish it out. He polished off the small flakes of clear coat that were scraped off my car, but the scratch is still there. Absolutely unacceptable.I am scheduled on 11/16 @ 1:00pm to have them try to buff it out, so unfortunately now I have to make a second trip to the dealer after all... Very disappointing. I hope they do a good job, but my trust and faith in them is understandably wavering. This would have been a 5-star review otherwise.

The entire car buying process was very smooth and I never felt pressured by anyone, which can be a common unpleasantness that typically accompanies buying a new car. Im not the guy that has to review everything, but I had to share how impressed I was with Maita Mazda, a definite first class operation! Id just purchased a used Mazda 3 and Car Fax indicated there was a recall on the wiper module.I was informed when I dropped off my car at Maita that it could take 2-1/2 hours and was offered a shuttle to get breakfast down the street or go nextdoor to Maita Toyota where they had a snack bar in the customer waiting area, I chose that and was also very pleased.With the wiper module replaced, the service tech took me through the complete safety inspection and I drive home in my freshly washed Mazda 3 at no charge.Keep up the superior service, Ill be back when the need arises.Ron Craig
This is first time I had a very pleasant encounter with a car dealership. Normally car salesmen would only state what they need without explaining why. Maita Mazda (Sacramento) Sales Manager Scott Ikesake made sure he understood our situation and went out of his way to make the sale was a success and that we understood what was going on. He even went so far as to investigate many options on how to complete this sale.

The service guys are very professional. Ive been getting my oil changed here and they always check my car for any other issues and explain them very well without putting any pressure on me. The service center waiting room is clean and comfortable. I trust these guys to do an honest job and take good care of my car.
