They ripped me off out parts expensive and did not worked and deny to return back even they had posted 30 days return policy so all BS Dentonis is the another place you can go in Town stay away from them have some dignity man u guys gave me wrong part and what I suppose to do with it you .you should have Business sense wud return it worthless

They DO NOT honor the warranty on their parts. I bought a PTO pump that went bad in less than a year. The part had a year warranty. When I returned their defective part, I was told I had to buy a new part and would receive a check for the defective part once the part was examined. I had to call multiple times over the next six weeks for the status of my refund and was finally told that the warranty would not be honored. I complained and was told the owner, Mike, would call me to discuss. I never heard from him even though I left several messages. Funny how they don’t tell you they won’t honor your warranty until after you’ve bought a second part.. that way they can rip you off twice. Google really needs to allow for zero stars for unethical businesses like this. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this business, there are lots of similar shops who stand behind their products.

Dont buy your parts from here . These people have zero customer satisfaction policy. First they call you and say pick your parts and then when you reach they close 2 hour early before there closing time. Be aware of this shop

Great service reasonable price

The office Gals were great. Billing was no issue. Parts Guys were up to date on all current parts and pricing, and the Delivery Guys were Johnny on the spot! If you dont use these guys then its totally your loss all the way around.

They have very good variety of parts for a great price. Its a small place not to hard to find though. We sometimes call ahead to make sure they have the parts since its a 30 to 40 min drive but sometimes if they dont have them they will order them for you just depends on what you need of course.

DIDNT HAVE THE PART....THEY CALLED THE WAREHOUSE BETTS SPRINGS AND SAID THEY COULD GET IT LATER. BENITO WAS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL THE THE LADY IN THE OFFICE IS TOO FULL OF HERSELF....WENT AND GOT IT FROM ANOTHER PARTS STORE...THEY HAD IT ON THE SHELF..PRICED RIGHT AND WERE SO MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL THAT THE BUNCH AT SOUTH SACRAMENTO PARTS....

This is a run-of-the-mill parts store, BUT they have my oil which is difficult to find. For that I rate them highly. For those of you wondering what that special oil is, it is from the oldest oil company in America--Schaffer Lubricant Specialties in St. Louis, MO. BTW, it has Molybdenum Trioxide which is the stuff (almost all) all oils should have. Ive been using it since 1975 for about 1.5 million miles...

Best parts place in town. When it comes to heavy duty trucks, theyre right on the money. Most shops that dont even know what you need or takes 2 weeks to order, ssp has it in stock. Ive tried to stump them many times and they always surprise me. Super knowledgeable and if they dont have it theyll order it and have it asap and thats for any vehicle or trailer you have. Prices are also best around.
