I recently had my MINI serviced here, and while it wasnt a bad experience, I certainly wasnt impressed. Even after having an appointment and securing a loaner car, I had to wait around a half hour to be seen. Once I met with my service advisor, it took about another 15 minutes to get into my loaner car (the notes that had been typed up while on the phone with me didnt save). They appeared really busy, but it definitely took longer than I expected (and than it has in the past). I trust that the service performed was satisfactory, but..The MOST disappointing thing to me was that my car wasnt detailed in the process. Perhaps my expectations are incorrect, but my car has ALWAYS been detailed in the past at Niello MINI (before they shared a facility), so I was expecting the same this time. Receiving your car back clean is such a nice touch, and one of the reasons I chose to take it to the dealer. That saves me an afternoon of doing it myself. If that isnt a standard procedure anymore, it gives me one less reason to pay dealer prices, and take it elsewhere. For $1,500 for a brake job, I figure receiving my car in clean condition isnt too much to expect.All that being said, the loaner car I received had stains all over the seats, and overall, it just didnt feel like a quality dealer experience.I hope my experience was a one-off, and this isnt the experience I can expect in the future. My experience at Niello MINI has always been 5-stars, and it feels like quality has decreased after the combination with Niello BMW.

My service advisor (Christian) always gives me excellent customer service. He listens to my concerns and issues with my BMW and then he addresses them in a timely matter. And if they can’t fix them on time, I appreciate him giving me a loaner to make sure I have a car to use. Their whole staff at Niello BMW is super friendly!

Niello appear to be dependable and trustworthy for their services but I’m not sure if health and safety is a concern. When I visited inside their location on Fulton for my Mini service, it was like, mask? What mask? I asked my service rep why aren’t the 3 women sitting huddled together at reception wearing masks. I was told, “they’re supposed to” and that was it. When I started looking around, most of the staff members either had their nose hanging out over their masks or the masks were below their chins while interacting with customers. Some walked around without a mask at all. Customers were walking around maskless too. Not sure if I’ll return.

If you ever need a Service Advisor to make you happy and be 110% awesome, ask for Kaity! She listens, is empathetic and communicative. She helped me on 3 different occasions and all of them were great experiences. Most people won’t go beyond the call of duty to help out her customers, but she does.The only reason why it’s not a 5 star review was no fault of her own. My car had to go back twice for an issue that was not resolved the first time around.Happy my car is in my possession and it’s fixed!

I bought 4 tires and also purchased the 3 yr. oil chg., etc. warranty & they did a fabulous job!I do still have a left light warning ⚠️ signal but it turns out that my left light is now out as well, which all started since I received the car back .... but I’m positive they’ll fix it!!I do recommend this bmw service location.

This is the worst BMW dealership!!! I just picked up my car from service, I had both of my front tires replaced look at the pictures below and look how bad the rims and dirty the tires look!! Not to mention they kept my car for two weeks and couldn’t even vacuum my car!! Or wash it properly! I paid over $1,000.00 and I got my car back dirty!! And on E!! Shawna was my service advisor and she had the worst customer service!! I had texted her the day before I picked up my car and had asked her to give me a call ASAP right after I had received a text from her that my car was ready for pick up and I got no response! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! NILLO BMW ELK GROVE IS THE BEST!! IVE BEEN THERE A COUPLE TIMES TO GET MY CAR SERVICED AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES!

The warranty repairs that were performed on my car are of exceptional quality. When the car was returned to me, it was thoroughly washed, and the inside was spotless. I was also supplied a loaner vehicle that was also immaculate, along with being almost brand new. I was also very impressed by Caseys extremely professional and courteous treatment.

Iknow- its the dealership, but believe it or not, theyre the best in town so book in advance if possible. I always work with Tony. Hes a delight. He explains whats going on with my car, priorities concerns and makes recommendations. The work is always done quickly and done well. They even let me pay online and pick up after hours at my convenience.

After visiting other dealerships in the area for service and being extremely disappointed I took my car here to Niello BMW of Sacramento. I was very pleased to see that this BMW dealership service department treats luxury vehicle owners with true luxury service. They greet you very pleasantly as soon as you pull up, the service writer Christian was absolutely phenomenal in taking care of my vehicle and setting all expectations and meeting all those expectations. There really is no better BMW service department around.

Niello BMW was extremely helpful and quick when I had to bring my car in for an issue that prevented my car from starting. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and explained to me in detail what they are doing and why they are doing it. They also did a free inspection to point out any maintenance they would recommend down the line or things that I otherwise wouldn’t have known. Big shout out to Andrew Kemp who is a service advisor over there he was the one that I was in contact with the whole way through. He even pointed out recalls I had for my vehicle that I was unaware of. Can’t stress enough how helpful Niello BMW and Andrew have been, if you are having trouble with your BMW/ MINI they are the place to go.

It’s happened the last few times I’ve had service done there; Kaity, the service tech is amazing, attentive, and prompt with follow-ups. However, the rest of the front staff is sub-par. One walks in and no one, but absolutely no one, even acknowledges one’s presence. The two receptionists were busy feeding someone’s dog treats on their lap, which unfortunately left no room for attention to the customer in front of them. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for my service tech and no one was even concerned as to why I was there.

You can do better, Niello. I tried using a chat bot to make my appointment, no follow up from you. First time I called and left message, no return call. Second try by phone, left message again and finally got call back. At the dealership, many staff and a number of customers not wearing masks. You should be enforcing city/ county mask mandates and providing procedure masks to customers who walk in without.

He responds to inquiries quickly and is very pleasant. I live closer to another dealership, but I prefer to travel a bit further to Niello because of their consistent customer service. I was driving to Steven’s Creek Mini for service, since that is where I bought it. I was very unhappy with the service dept there. Brought it to Niello and I am more than satisfied. They were on top of things, had someone who specializes in the problem, and got me taken care of with ease. They also acted like they truly appreciate their customers. Went in Monday morning for an oil change, had an issue with the hands free trunk feature (where you wave your leg to open the trunk, it never worked, but would randomly open it at times not when driving). Wanted to see if they could just disable it. They call me a few hours later, say that the part will be in the next day.Next day, nothing. I call and text, nothing. Im told the service advisor will call me back, nothing. Call back, told the service advisor will call me back. Nothing.Wednesday, same deal. The person answering the phone wont put me through to a service advisor, and says theyll call back. They never did.Thursday, I refuse to have them call me back and wait for a service advisor. Finally reach one and they tell me they have to go ask the tech, I say Ill wait. He tells me the tech is on a break, but he promises hell get back to me in 15-20 minutes. Two hours later I call them back, the person answering tries to give me the run-around again, I tell her Ill wait. He tells me its up on jacks with the bumper off and they dont know when the part will come, probably the next week. I tell him I want my car back, so he says they can put it back together sometime Friday morning.In short, it took a work week to get an oil change. What person in their right mind thinks its okay to just keep someones car from them for no good reason without telling the person why, and then act rude to you when you ask them what is going on with your car.To be frank Im disappointed in the brand, and ironically I went to Niello instead of Auto Nation (where I purchased the car) because of their awful service department. Im ready to trade it in for something else. This was my 15th car in the last thirteen years, I loved most of them and only ever had one regret until now. I regret buying this car and giving BMW a chance, it was my first bimmer and it will be my last.

Took my 328i in for service to check an audio issue and the excellent staff at Niello also identified the need to replace an O2 sensor, battery and suspension bushings. The car sounds and rides noticeably better. My Service Advisor Zahan kept me updated during the whole process.

Same old experience made appt brought my BMW in early morning for a brake fluid change. Christian service rep at BMW claimed it would take two hours as always they want to keep my cars for days. He text me around 11:40 stating my car wont start and I need a new starter. I just put a new starter and had it installed I explained to him. Not happy with customer service and now my car wont start when I drove it there it was working perfectly fine.

Dealer’s rep contacted me 2 days after my inquiry. However, the process of vetting the car took 10 or so days with me pushing the dealer to help me (sounds funny but it was not). After GM of Sales, Shane, got involved, things went smoother for a couple of days and then it became unhinged with Shane trying whatever he could (lying, dragging his foot, ranting, just being unethical all around) to get out of the deal! He falsely stated the car needed a $4000 window sensor replaced, and after I told him the indicator light was not showing a sensor fault but that the door was just left ajar, he came up with other excuses such as the car having engine problems with a green “wrench” indicator light on the dash which means the car needs to go through service (even a teenage driver knows that but Shane stated it was a major engine malfunction). The last straw being a damaged dashboard (which was never communicated to me) and a ridiculous $3599 charge for an enclosed shipper from Sacramento to Los Angeles (which should cost around $750 max with a reputable carrier). All in all, Niello BMW came across as a very shady and unethical operation given that Shane is their GM of Sales! If it was not for the head (GM) of the dealership, Paul, getting involved, I would have given Niello 0 stars. At the end though, Paul was not able to make things work either (and, under pressure from Shane’s incompetence or probably listening to the junk Shane fed him about my unreasonable “demands”) ended up giving me a 1 hour ultimatum to state if I want the car or not. That was unprofessional again (in my book, given that all the delays were Shane’s fault to begin with) and at that point, I thought we had exhausted every opportunity and I decided to let the car go to end the nightmare. Mr. Rick Niello, the owner and a well respected community member, should be ashamed of his team and Niello BMW’s operation. Very disappointing experience!

I purchased my 1997 M3 from Niello BMW when it was still sitting on the bed of a truck, shrink wrapped. Today, my M3 still looks the same as when I drove it home the day I purchased the car. Since then, Niello BMW were the only ones who have worked on my car. It is nice to have the history of maintenance and repairs for all those years, which influences decisions of work done today. Andrew has taken care of me for many years now, and always does a fabulous job. He knows what I want. Perfection. I was impressed by the links he would text me, that include a video of the inspection recommendations, which I accepted and approved. Another hyperlink takes me to track the status of my car. Kind of like tracking a FedEx package. Very cool. Thank you Niello BMW for keeping my M3 DINAN automobile running like it is still new.

Scheduled an oil change for an i3. They were friendly and prompt. Im giving 2 stars for price... they wanted $175 for a cabin air filter ($20 part). I also wish they would have charged my car while they waited for me to come get it, a bath would of been nice as well.

Their Finance Manager explains all your options in a low pressure setting so you get the best deal possible. Their Service department are helpful and efficient. Incredible customer service. Dealt with Zahan regarding a SULEV related incident on my 328i. Not only was he professional, but he went above and beyond to find me a rental car! I had a motor mount cracked in the car as well that I was unaware of, and the price was very expensive, Zahan was able to drop the price by a very large amount, as well as get the car finished a day earlier than expected. I recommend taking your car here rather than the Roseville location, the employees genuinely care about you.

I got my first detail from them and it was far from amazing and I was shocked. The windows were not cleaned from the inside. I can see fingerprints on all my windows. My dash was not cleaned or wiped down. Still had dirt and makeup marks on it. My cup holders were not even touched. They just put the cover over them to make it look clean. Where my controls and gear shift are, were not touched either. Had lint and smudges all over it just as it looked when I dropped it off. The handles on the doors were not touched either. Still had dirt in them. I was very displeased with this service that costs over $200. They cleaned the outside great and the carpets were vacuumed but even the seats did not look wiped down well. Extremely displease with the service.

One day I came to the BMW Niello Sacramento for my 740 services. I was just watching X5 when the sales manager come to me and ask if I want to buy it. I answered that I’m not going to buy it but anyway I’ll ask about the price. I start to receive better and better offers about this X5 and the last one was interested. I said if I’ll be approved by BMW Finance I can probably buy it but ask them not to send any requests to any banks about financing for me. Just to BMW Finance. The next day I received congratulations from a manager. He said I’ve been approved by BMW. He starts to push on me to sign a purchase agreement. I ask if BMW can fix some details I don’t like in that particular car. They said they can’t do it. It’s ok. I ask to change X5 for X7 for even the lower price after that. They stop to talk to me right after. I start to receive one by one refuses from BMW Financing and some other banks two weeks later.Hey guys! I ask you not to send any requests for financing to any banks, just to BMW Finance! Remember that? Why are you did that after you approve me?Was that revenge for broken monthly sales plans?

The morning of the day I was starting a road trip I had a warning light on my 650i indicate urgent service was required. I brought my car in just prior to noon to diagnose the issue. Within about 90 minutes, over the Friday lunch hour the problem was found to be one that required parts to be ordered. A sort time later, Joe had a loaner 330i delivered to me at work and I was ready to start my trip. The help was beyond what I expected and I was able to enjoy my weekend getaway. Great service and consideration for the customer.

I usually have great customer service at the service area, I can’t say the same for the sales team. But now Mini and BMW have combined on Fulton Ave. I got checked in by my service manager very quickly then had to wait a while to get a loaner. No issues with that. But when I returned to pick up my car I was greeted quickly, thank you! My service manager was not around so I waited a while until another person decided to help after seeing me sit for a while. About 5 min later I was done and I walked outside to wait for my car when I see my service manager talking to people in the lot. Not sure if it was work or no but that explains the wait. Then I got my car back and it wasn’t washed, if if it was it wasn’t done well. Dirt was still on the bottom fender and the windows were definitely not cleaned. The inside the dirty paper from their foot protector was just thrown in the back of my car.Overall I really wish there was another mini dealer in this region.

The scheduled maintenance service took almost 2 hours as expected. the waiting area was clean, some social distancing, some customers not wearing masks, the staff did. My service rep Christian was great. However when I returned to my car I found that one of the service folks changed my radio station to something that I was not listening to when I arrived. Looks like they got a little too comfortable. I will call the service department and inform them directly just in case the higher ups never see this review.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from neillo BMW; Rebecca the sales person was fantastic! She was friendly, welcoming, and congenial. Not characteristics I would think of when I think of a car sales personnel, however, she made buying a car a pleasant experience.The finance personnel; Tim, was also friendly and very knowledgeable.Together they made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle painless. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and would purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future.

We have been very pleased with our service! From buying our first Mini with the help of Cade Creed and then having our service taken care of by Emily Heavens!Although the timing got messed up on the service of our Mini, Emily worked diligently to make our experience a good one nonetheless! She was pleasant and cheerful, which made the whole process easier!We will highly recommend Niello to anyone looking for a BMW or Mini!

Went in without an appointment, hoping they could squeeze us in for a emergency tire replacement before some upcoming travel. We really didn’t want to chance the “doughnut tire”. Anthony not only got us taken care of that day but also got our other services, that we did have an appointment for in 2 weeks done too! Thanks Niello Mini/BMW for the wonderful service and keeping my daughter safe on the road.

This is more of a review of BMW and not necessarily Niello BMW. I bought my BMW in 2016 after driving Honda’s for 30 years. I was excited to have a beautiful luxury car. The last two years have cost me more than $5000 in repairs. I guess this is normal for BMWs but it’s not for Honda’s. Lesson learned. I’ll never buy another BMW again. The individual who helped me at Niello BMW (Mike) was polite, professional and friendly.

Niello kept my car for nearly two months, was extremely difficult to reach to understand what was going on, and I found after getting my car back that a part failed while they had it, and at no time did Niello offer to assist me.I had a fair amount of work to get done on my X5. I went to Niello and explained the issue.  It took them 2 weeks to even get the parts ordered, and for the next 5 weeks I could barely get them to tell me what the status of my car or the parts were. In total, I went 7 weeks without my car or any replacement. Admittedly, the main part required to fix my car was delayed overseas, but the complete lack of communication was unbelievable.The day after I got my car back, I found that my front driver side door would not close properly. I took it back and Niello told me a motor in the door had failed and Id have to pay for the replacement even though it had failed in the nearly two months they had kept my car.Although my extra warranty has covered the parts and labor (deductible aside), Niello offered no compensation, little information, and no assistance.

Always love taking my mini (Sheldon Cooper) and my daughters mini (Harold) into see our service tech Casey Black for maintenance. Casey always delivers exceptional customer service and is so extremely knowledgeable in all things MINI. Shes one of the major reasons why I referred my niece to Niello to purchase a 2019 Mini Cooper a couple of months back, which she named Giles and is the love of her life!!FOR ALL YOU DO CASEY THIS 5 STAR RATING IS FOR U!! Now, I’m trying to talk my hubby into buying a Mini as well…wish me luck;)

Terrible customer service and communication. I lease my BMW and have service covered through my lease. I dropped off my car early for an oil change and let them know the SOS Call was malfunctioning which they said was just a small battery. I specifically asked when would be the latest I could pick up my car and the service technician said by 6pm. He would let me know when it was ready. I had not received any updates by 4pm so I called a little after 4pm to see if my car was ready. The service receptionist said it was. At no point did anyone say that if I arrived after 5pm I wouldnt be able to get my car back. My husband dropped me off around 5:20pm and I was told I couldnt get my car and the service and sales department dont have any connections. Service closed at 5pm. The service receptionist was still there but couldnt find my keys! No payment was necessary for pick up. I left without my car and very frustrated. The next day I called to explain my frustrations with the manager but the service manager was out that day. The business development manager could care less about my complaints. They sent a Lyft to pick me up (which is a standard service) and when I arrived the manager refused to speak to me. No apology in person... extremely unprofessional! The service receptionist apologized for the manager instead. Unbelievable! For one, the sales department and service department need to get on the same page. Both customer service experiences with this issue was appalling! Guess Ill be Leasing my next car with Mercedes! (I just needed a damn oil change!)

I was looking for a 540i for 2 weeks, mostly outside of the BMW dealerships. During my search, I looked at some cars online at Niello of Sacrament, I inquired about one particular 540i on line and received a response from Andrea at Neillo of Sacramento. I liked the car. I also inquired about other cars at BMW of San Francisco and Fremont. Yesterday I inquired again getting a call from Andrea and went to Sacramento BMW, met with Andrea to see the BMW I was interested in. Andreas personally was a good match with me, she was the perfect sales associate.This was the car I wanted but had to let my wife see it., I went home to let my wife know about this BMW, she liked the idea and we headed back to the dealership, upon arrival, we were met by Andrea, looked at the vehicle again, Andrea took is out for a test drive. We were convinced this was the car we wanted. My wife also felt the connection with Andrea. We were sold. With the help of Abe the deal was made. We got a great trade in and great price we are now proud owners of a beautiful 2018 540i. Highly recommend Noello pf Sacramento! Great job Andrea amd Abe!

My Mini displayed warning lights while I was traveling to Sonoma. AAA towed it to Niello. My Service Rep quickly contacted me and then managed the repair so that my car was ready for pickup in a very short period of time. He kept me informed about the work regularly. Had an amazing experience during purchase of a 2021 BMW 330i after originally coming in to find something similar our Salesman Curtis worked around the information we gave him from an admittedly standoffish attitude we came in with since having a poor experience earlier in the day with a competing dealership. Joe in finance made our terms easy and understandable while saving us money in the long run. Trade in value was extremely fair also, have no complaints.

I had an exceptional experience at Niello BMW yesterday. The salesman Jonathan and manager Jose were able to work through a complicated trade to get me my dream car, which was the incomparable M3! They stayed late to accommodate my strange working schedule, and they did so with the utmost sincerity, courtesy, and friendliness. But the thing that surprised me the most was the warm congratulations I got from everyone from the mechanic to the manager to the fleet manager and probably people even higher up for this purchase. It’s like the warm reception one would get from being part of a loving family. Mr. Anthony in the service department is a wonderful man. He has taken car of my car for a long time. The new place is like an amusement park, makes an customer confused. I ask for Mr.Tony,and all they did was piont,realize,this is my first time there.i love the old place were you was greeted,and people walk you to that person. I was very confused to see BMW in the front, and Mini inthe back.How is people to know that they is at a Mini corporation to.But other than that,service was wonderful with Anthony.
