They fixed my windshield but they dented my car also. Not sure what to do when they denied that they have something to do with it. I don’t recommend them

**Dont even try to get through to a real person.**All they have is an automated phone system which redirects you to their website AFTER spending a great deal of time going through menus trying to fit into one of their categories.On their website, youll find more categories. If you want something other than whats listed, theres no way to request a quote or schedule it.Needless to say, I took my business to another glass place who understands how important it is to provide quality customer service.

At first look you might be put off by the appearance of the place, but, don’t judge a book by its cover! Darious, who helped me there is very professional and experienced. After they replaced my windshield that looks just like the original, Darious performed a calibration on my auto drive, since my windshield has a camera. He did a great job! The overall experience was very good. They know what they’re doing and don’t charge you an arm and a leg for it.

Excellent. This place gets it done, and at the right price. Safelite wanted $419 for a new acoustically treated windshield. Auto Glass Now got it done for $263!! Massive difference for the same pane of glass. Installation was quick, with the entire process taking no more than 2 hours. The people who helped were easy going and the entire process was simple. Id absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Unprofessional was told 6 cars were ahead of me and 8 cars got serviced before I decided to leave. One man came after I already had called, and checked in and his window was replaced and he left happily before I did. I know it takes a lot to replace a window and I was willing to wait but not more that 4 hours when the staff was ignoring me. I called ahead and was told it was on a first come first serve basis and was completely ignored even though I got there fairly early

They found a hair line literally in the glass and reported it immediately. You dont find that nowadays . Price was exceptional . In and out in and hour or so 🙂 I met him when he was first starting . After finding out that I didnt have coverage from my insurance for auto glass repair I would have had to pay $500 for my repair if I went through my dealer or safelite. Luckily I found these guys and they took care of my windshield for only $219.85 out the door. My technician was Sam who was just awesome to work with. Quick, clean, professional and with 20years experience. $219 for 20 years experience! Im recommending anyone that I know that needs glass repair go through these guys.

Cheap but had to wait 5 hrs to get it installed. Wouldnt have minded if I was aware and planned ahead. When I got there they told me it would be a 2 hr wait. 2 hrs go by I go to the desk to ask if its almost my turn and they tell me it will be another 2 hrs before its my turn. I let the staff know about the lack of communication and professionalism because they had told me 2 hrs. They said I could leave if I wanted to. I wouldve but I had depended on their word to plan my day around wasnt able to leave anywhere as my truck was missing a window. Window had a good price but terrible customer service no communication whatsoever and the staff seemed to be in a bad mood all staff. If you go here plan to spend your day there.

I called Auto Glass Now on Monday (June 28) to see if my windshield arrived. I was told it was there so I said I would be in at 8am this morning(June 29). So I drive all the way from Roseville to be the first customer at 8am and Im told they cant find my windshield and they would have to re-order it. Yesterday the receptionist told me it was there but Im afraid incompentecy is rampant these days. And then the office staff start giving. me attitude because I sounded impatient. Do not goto this place. They obviously dont know how to run a business professionally.

Recently had my rear window smashed by a psycho ex and they were able to replace it for me the next day at a good price, no hassle at all, and they cleaned up the shattered glass from the original window. Appreciate the quick and affordable service!

Went there on a Saturday to get my windshield replaced. Showed up at 7:40 am, to hopefully be first in line when they opened at 8. There were 6 people ahead of me. I had recieved a quote earlier in the week and was asked to provide my vin, which I did so they can ensure the quote is correct. They are mainly concerned with the condensation sensor, which my car has. I waited 2 hours for my car to be called up, only to then be told they had ordered the wrong windshield, since mine has the sensor. I was fine waiting, they tell you first come, first served but since I provided my vin and was told everything was fine, I was a bit frustrated. Looking back, I should have just said my windshield had the sensor and not trust the vin lookup. I was asked to bring my car back the following Tuesday and they will have the correct windshield in. They did, and after about an hour wait, it took them about 30 mins to replace the windshield. It has been 4 days now and am happy with their work. The windshield has no defects and am satisfied with the workmanship. I do appreciate the lifetime warranty, there was a lady who came in with a warranty claim and I didnt witness any pushback about it. The price is much lower than other companies i have seen. I wish they were able to do mobile replacement though, if it happens again, I may go that route, although it will most likely be more expensive, but the convenience is nice. Other than the mixup, I was happy with the service. Just be sure to let them know if you have sort of sensors on your windows.

I have a 2019 jeep compass... Safelite quoted me 650 for my windshield w/out instalation Jeep dealership 650 as well. Auto Glass Now charged me 310 out the door. The environment is clean and cozy so the little wait I had was no problem even with my 6 month old.

It took a little longer than expected but the service was still fast and very affordable, same day repair and the installation looks excellent

A friend recommended Auto Glass Now and sent me the address and phone number. I called ahead around 10am because Saturn parts are hard to get. They had one in their warehouse and told me they could get it there within 2 hours. Although it is first come first serve I did not wait very long. The staff is very friendly and my insurance doesnt cover windshields. I was given a great price. I got my new windshield the same day and am very happy with them. Auto Glass Did an Awesome Job on my Passenger side Window. It was completely shattered with glass everywhere. They not not only replace my window within minutes they vacuumed out my entire car. Work was done fine. Waiting area had a window AC that was not on and the room had a lot of windows. It was uncomfortably hot even though it was a mild summer day.

I had a 6 crack in my windshield and looked to see if I could get it replaced. I check with my insurance and did some research online. I found Auto Glass Now in Sacramento. The process was easy! They gave me an online estimate to replace my windshield. I made an appointment, brought my car in and they completed the replacement in about an hour. I am happy with the replacement and most of all, Im happy that they were able to accommodate me so quickly! I will definitely recommend Auto Glass Now and will use them in the unfortunate event that any of my car windows need to be replaced / repaired.

I got a few quotes from some glass shops, and Auto Glass Now was by far the best value. Lifetime warranty, professional installation. I used their mobile service and it was quick and easy, well for me anyway,. you will have to talk to the Tech about how hard it was. I will diffidently recommend and use this business in the future.

Great experience. We noticed our windows damaged on our vehicle. We requested two quotes, one from a nationwide carrier and one from Auto Glass Now. Auto Glass Now gave us a personalized price quote...their staff called as soon as they learned the glass was not available, had a date for the windows arrival and scheduled an appointment.I would absolutely recommend them for future needs.

The price quoted was excellent, no hidden charges or extra fees when I came in to have my windshield replaced. The glass was already waiting for me when I arrived. The technicians did an excellent job removing the old glass and installing the new windshield. I highly recommend this company.

Better price than competitors, friendly staff, my busted window was replaced quickly and they left the car interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Window tint was slightly different than OEM but I assume thats just variation among glass suppliers. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I am very pleased with my new windshield, the price,and the customer service, I was able to drop off my Jeep and pick it up within a few hours the same day.The ONLY down side was when I was dropping it off other people NOT employees were smoking pot outside the main entrance. Not cool...Other then that very happy with my service.

Great prices! Very quick response. My car was broken into the night before and I had new glass installed next day. Tech came to me and even cleaned out most of the broken glass from the inside of the vehicle. Would use them again (hopefully I wont need them again).

Great service, workmanship & pricing. Made an appointment, arrived a bit early, they were ready and I left 40 minutes later with a nice new windshield. Not a great looking facility, appearance wise, (old gas station) but who cares!

I called at around 8:30 am the nice young lady on the phone quoted me the best price by far for a replacement windshield. I informed her I wanted to drop off my car & pick up later. That worked well for me. The 2 ladies in the office are great! I highly reccomend this olace

This is not a business. I called ahead gave them the information about my car and windshield they claim they had my windshield and I made an appointment for 3 at 4:30 they came to me saying I had sensors or something and acted as if I should have known and of course they did not gave my windshield for my car and it would be another hour or more to have them install my windshield. What a joke. Don’t go to this place. It is a waste of time. They obviously don’t know their own glass business.

The lady in front of the window stayed late so I could get my car back since it finished after closing. She also stayed extra late and was super helpful letting me use their printer for my vehicle inspection. Also they beat the lowest price I could find.
