Just replaced my withshield. Noticed a small scratch in my air vent close to my door side. Some rubber pieces on my dashboard but vacuum floor for me. Not a big deal and so far so good.

Nice people but way overpriced. Go with any of the several local glass shops in town.

Inefficient, ineffective, poor customer service. How many times do I have to tell them OEM glass, insurance or not..4 separate unsuccessful phone calls with their rep. Will need to call 5th time.

Satellite was awesome. Going down the freeway the vehicle in front kicked up a Big rock and managed to put a nice size fracture in my brothers windshield and the 1st place to come to mind was Safelite. I managed to get there before they closed and told them my story (how it was my brothers car I was borrowing and how I was supposed to be saving money picking up a part I needed for my car in Manteca and it was costing me twice as much.) After all said and done I got a discount and they took care of me and I couldnt be any more appreciative.. I would recommend them highly..Thanks again guys !

Brian was extremely helpful in replacing my front windshield on my Telluride. I was exactly on time and it took less than 1hr 45 minutes. They had to re-calibrate the sensors and camera on my windshield. He went above and beyond by re-routing my dashcam power cable.Im very happy with my experience with Safelight and Brian, now I just need to lower my deductible! lol

I went to Safelite Auto Glass because the other location ordered glass the day before and got the wrong one. They moved me a week later. So the next day I went to the south and hoped they would have the glass. Walked in front desk young lady informed me while they had to check.to.see glass was available indeed they had and was just waiting on delivery. She became my best friend. Another coworker kept me updated on status on the glass. I told them I would wait. The reason why I waited until it was done at 430pm. The other location on Richards Ln same time and I had an appointment and I was at this shop in the morning for motor that went out glass passenger side. He didnt make the effort like Safelite/Florin Rd did with me. There was even a time when it went past 3pm and The manager gets on phone and request the glass be sent. They mentioned I had been waiting since 1pm The crew was perfect customer service for me and did not put me off for another week. Thank you to the staff on Florin Rd for making my day. I had fun hanging with you guys.

Wanted to charge over $1000.00 and other companies were charging $200.00 for same job (small passenger side glass replacement) in a Toyota sedan.

They installed a fake windshield instead of Original Toyota.They never admitted why the collaboration is not done.Blamed it on my car.Hose and the pregnant lady at front must get fired.

Disgusting dumb mechanics.Can’t even adjust the windshield when they put it back.You will see gaps from outside corners.And,LDA system light will pop up.They just don’t know any better.

Had a chip in my windshield repaired. Excellent service. Couldnt do the normal window washing, so they vacuumed my car. Very pleased with the results. Can hardly see where the chip is.

Waited 3 hours.Took my car for a test drive without my permission.We’re not able to do the calibration.New windshield is not the same size .
