Get rid of the phone robot. Id rather just sit on hold than have to deal with a such a useless and persistent piece of garbage that can only provide me with easily googleable information, only to sit on silent hold for 5 minutes and then be hung up on.

The longest pharmacy wait times Ive ever experienced. The past two times, Ive sat in the drive up pharmacy lane for 15 and 17 minutes before being acknowledged, when both times I had pressed the call button upon pulling up. Im actually sitting here waiting right now and Im already going on 12 minutes.

The worst customer service as far as the pharmacy goes. Avoid this place!

I was the only person at the pharmacy this morning and it took forever. Had to update my address and name change from a divorce. Tech was rude and impatient. One of the worst pharmacy experiences Ive ever had.

I love riteaid and was enraged when I heard it was a wall beans, but come on the store is the exact same. Prices are wack though. I do miss gordan though, best darn worker Ive ever seen. Only guy I seen take this business seriously.

Since Walgreens took over Rite Aid the prices are way higher. I wont be back.
