In this day and age we dont realize how helpless we are without our technology until we no longer have access to it. While pumping gas I foolishly locked my keys, cell phone, and wallet in my truck. What do I do? I cant call for help? The gas station attendant couldnt be bothered. I had two choices, either break my window, or try the NAPA store to see if they had anything to help. I got more than that.Chad was amazing!!! He looked up my roadside assistance number, VIN number, and address of my stranded truck. It wasnt just these acts of kindness that I was impressed with, it was how willing he was to do it. His exceptional act of kindness means so much to me. He turned what had been a very stressful situation for me into nothing more than a minor setback, and I could move on with my day.Thank you Chad!! You have a customer for life!
