I have not gotten any help with the problems with my Kia yet. I bring it back tomorrow and I hope I will have some answers.i was told to leave it there and will be given a loaner until my Kia is fixed. It has been monthsMy Kia is still not fixed. We left it there for 2 days. Today the engine light came on again.and the outside temperature is not working. Im ready to bring it to another garage
We had a wonderful experience!! Scott, Eric and Eric were the gentleman we dealt with and they couldnt have been more helpful! We traveled 6 hrs. From Pennsylvania and they made the process easy. We will absolutely deal with them again for another vehicle in the future!
I stopped by Bill Dodge Kia of Saco on my way to a Honda dealer to let my sales rep. Frank know that as much as I would like to do business with him I can not because they didn’t have any K5 cars on the lot. This is not their fault but due to the computer chip shortage ALL dealerships are suffering. Honda did have several Civic sedans on their lot and though it is not my first choice, I was desperate to get out of my very fuel inefficient Mustang GT. I met with Frank and he understood and as I was about to walk away he informed me that several other cars, not K5s, just arrived and wanted me to look at them. He showed me the 2021 Kia Forte Gt-line and I was highly impressed. He went over every feature as if he were showcasing a luxury vehicle. I loved the car though not the K5, it was just as good. They definitely worked with me and gave me what I wanted on my trade in and even found a bank to give me the best rate I have ever had. This is my second purchase with them and it has always been a comfortable experience and because of them and Kia I am sure I will always own a Kia. They are my favorite cars and Bill Dodge is my favorite dealership….and Frank, thank you!
I was very impressed with the service I received from Bill Dodge Kia. They contacted me throughout the service to let me know what to expect. They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and fixed call back items I was not even aware of needing. They were very friendly and the service was timely. This was service I received without even having a scheduled appointment! I dropped the keys in the after hours slot with a note, and I got a call the next day. The customer service was incredible and I woulddefinitely recommend them.

She kept in close communication with me throughout the process and made sure my vehicle was ready by the end of day. She researched my service contract and made sure I was covered wherever appropriate. She even made sure I got to the shop to get my car. The work was excellent and thorough, and the car drove like a dream come true afterward!
We are OVER THE MOON with our car buying experience yesterday. We went into it knowing it is an all day venture, but Frank was extremely hospitable. We didnt feel like we were being sold something we couldnt afford, and he made sure our every need was met. I usually dread buying a car, and I did up until we met Frank. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from PRIME in Saco, and when I tell you we walked off their lot yesterday after a horrible experience, Frank made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable with our purchase. We never felt pressured or persuaded or pushed into something that didnt feel right. We finished up the Process with Eric, the finance manager, and he thoroughly explained all of our options as far as protecting our car after the purchase. Because of these two gentlemen, we will only be purchasing vehicles from Bill Dodge in the future. I had an appointment for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection today at 8. They greeted me with a smile and took my car right in. They estimated an hour and a half and it was pretty much exactly that much time. I was very happy with the service!

I took my 2010 KIA Soul to two different automotive shops to figure out what was wrong with it with no success and a few hundred dollars poorer. After the advice of my brother and close friend I brought it to Bill Dodge KIA in Saco. By 9AM I received a phone call informing me of my car’s issue! Without hesitation I said yes to its remedy. I am so pleased that I will now only go to Bill Dodge KIA for service. They have my deepest gratitude.

It was time to switch to winter tires. I had a set already made up for installation. I got right in with the car and was greeted right away. The process took less than an hour which included a car wash. Once again nice job.
The service was excellent and punctual. My only hesitation in giving a five star endorsement is that I did not find any hand cleaning supplies or notices in the waiting area. You also have magazines available which could be touched by multiple customers and could be sources of infection for Covid. I live with a nurse and I know Overlooking these precautions could be serious.
I just purchased my third Kia (I cant get enough of these cars.) This was the first purchase I made through Bill Dodge after having my other two Kias serviced at this location. Ive been eyeing the Sorento for a long time. I went into have my previous car serviced and while it was being serviced I was able to test drive my new vehicle. Working with the associate Coleman was a great experience. I was able to leave that day with a new car! I will be continuing to use there service center for years to come as its always been a great experience.
I was looking for a good bargain on a new vehicle I found it at Bill Dodge Kia. All the gentleman I worked with during this process were absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend going to Bill Dodge for a excellent purchasing experience.
I brought one of the three brand new cars that I bought with Bill Dodge for an inspection sticker. Nicholas Ramsdell told me my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and he couldn’t pass the vehicle unless I had them replaced at $17.95 each plus installation. I was shocked because I put new wiper blades during the summer and there wasabsolutely nothing wrong with them! I left the dealership fuming, went and purchased new blades, and went back to get the inspection sticker. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the service! I understand that you can’t just hand out inspection stickers for anyone that drives in but to fail an inspection for wipers that work perfectly fine is insane.
Second time buying a car from this dealership, both times have been a pleasure. This time I had a special request for a car they didnt have but after looking at at nearby inventory and a few phone calls later they were able to get the car I wanted. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with. Thank you James for making my purchase as pain free as possibly during these Covid times.

Starting from Matt the online representative who took the time to answer all my questions and get me the deal that I travelled for pasting many other Kia dealers. Finally finishing my phone finance information with Fred who made it very easy to understand what I was purchasing and even getting some extra protection on the vehicle! I got a really tricky flier in the mail that made me THINK I had won $5000. Obviously I was skeptical and read the fine print. Getting a match on the flier means nothing. You have to go to the store, then scratch off a scratch of ticket, and then you have a CHANCE of winning something. The overwhelming odds suggest that youll just get a $100 gift card. I realize that its a gimmick, but I really hate it when a business does something so misleading like this. Ill never visit Bill Dodge because of shady tricks like this.

They have been extremely accomodating and have always done good work. I drove in from Sugarloaf where I live for a doctors appointment today and noticed my parking light brake would not go off. I drove my car to Kia Saco where I bought it and took it in so I can drive back in the morning.
We came here for a relatively easy/quick issue with our headlights. They were all super pleasant and fixed the issue without any hassle. The only reason I didnt give 5 out of 4 stars is because:- I had planned on using the Guest Wifi to continue to work (and not lose time) but their Wifi was down unfortunately. They were super nice about it and said they had someone working on getting it back up.- Someone on the sales floor wasnt wearing a mask. He didnt come near us but I was under the impression that it was required indoors. Not a huge issue since he didnt come near us, but given there were young children and an elderly lady in there (all wearing masks), I would have expected more concern for public safetyOverall though, nice clean place with friendly service. I wouldnt hesitate to come back for additional service.

Nobody beat us up and tried to sell us extras we didnt want. They addressed our needs, payed attention to our price range and stayed in it as best as they could. Love these guys!!

Got to my appointment early, they took me right in. Had oil change tires rotated and Cabin filter replace. Car was washed an I was out of there in a little over an hour 15 minutes

Tony in finance stayed late and AGGRESSIVELY went to bat for us with a couple of different financing companies to get us an amazing deal on the rate. We landed within a dollar (literally) of the monthly payment we wanted. We drove off in our Nissan Rogue that same night to celebrate with a late dinner. Incredibly happy with the car and the experience. Proud to be part of the Bill Dodge family. Had a flat and my car was towed to Kia of Saco. My car was fixed in the morning and I received a free shuttle from my job in the afternoon to pick up my car. They greeted me by name like we were old friends and walked me to my car. I was back on the road in less than five minutes. So nice. thank you for making a flat tire an easy process.

My husband had a lease and was going to buy out current lease but was told by the sales rep that he was under his miles so they convinced us to get a new lease. Months later we get a call saying we owe for over mileage, 1,800$ and when we inquired about this they told us there was nothing we could do. We were lied to just to get more money out of us. I’ve advised two people sense to stay away from this place.

1/31/2018This is the second car I have purchased from Bill Dodge Kia. My first buying experience was excellent and this most recent was no exception. I spoke several times with the salesman, Brian, over a period of a few months and at all times he was helpful, valued my time, and provided an unpressured approach. I received a fair price for my purchase and trade in. I have over 6 years experience with the Service department (Steve, Bob and Garth are amazing and kind) and Kia as a company. The warranty can’t be beat. I absolutely would recommend this dealership for sales and service if you appreciate being respected and valued as a customer.11/9/17-Once again Steve, David and the staff have delivered a great customer service experience. My Kia Optima has 122k and I was treated like I just bought it yesterday. Drove in this morning with a flat tire and no appointment...drove out with a safe fix and a pretty decent cup of coffee in no time flat (pun intended!). Thank you for making me continually feel like a valued customer and person! No doubt my next purchase will be from this dealership.I have owned a Kia Optima since 2012 and had all my service done at the dealership. Without fail I have been treated fairly, respectfully, and received excellent customer service. I would not hesitate recommending either the dealership or the service department. Well done...thanks!.

Received an incredibly deceptive flyer in the mail from Bill Dodge Kia. Supposedly had won $5,000 in a scratch-off contest they were putting on, read the fine print and everything several times over to make sure I was interpreting it correctly. After doing to some internet research, it was confirmed as a scam to get people to get to the dealership, as you need to win with a confirmation code, not the scratch-off.By far the shadiest practice I have ever seen from a dealership, in an effort to waste peoples time and get them in the door under the pretense of giving them false hope. Im sure this is illegal.

So far they do the work as expected. Communication could use some work. They dont always communicate when and what they should when they should. We ordered parts a week in advance and one part did not come in but they didnt tell me until the work begun. I like taking my car there because when I get the car back I dont have additional issues like when I take it to a mom-and-pop garage. I just expect greater service for the money you pay.
My salesman, Urban, was very friendly and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful throughout the process of getting me a vehicle suitable for my needs and budget. Overall, a great experience!

As always the team did good work. However i was almost late to work because the shuttle was 20 minutes late and there was no one to at the service desk when I got there to pick up. After several minutes someone took my money. Not a service person. This was most unusual. Generally there are two people and they are prompt and courteous.
Great service, repairs are done quickly, and the prices really fair. I highly recommend getting your work done here.
Renee and Emily were surely great in helping me solve some issues with my Kia Soul today. I did have a very negative experience with a service person at Bill Dodge about a year ago but these two women were just friendly and great today hence the 4 stars.

Stephen Carmichael in Service is fabulous. Our car was damaged on a road trip outside of Portland (we are from Chicago) and Stephen took care of everything, including coordinating with insurance and working with the insurers transport company to ship the car home to us. What started as a really bad situation turned out to be not so bad in large part because of Stephens assistance. I highly recommend their service department.
I bought my Toyota Camry a year ago through Bill Dodge Kia of Saco. I was given my trade-in value of the Kia Soul that I used toward the Camry. When I went through my credit union to refinance my loan officer pointed out to me that every dime of the credit I was given towards my Camry the soaked back into the total of the Camry and I never caught it. Smiled at me while he did it. I dont remember his name but Patrick Swan was the salesman and he decided to take me for a sandwich as it took hours. I keep a fraud alert on my credit due to identity theft and it took that long for the lock to go off.I now have taken my Camry in the service department because the engine splash shield was hanging down. They zip tied it as they had to order the parts and told me it would be fine until the next oil change. Well guess what? They should never have waited until the next oil change, I have missed a business meeting and the guard is hanging down and dragging. I talked to someone at the Nissan store and was told I should never have been told that and should have been called as soon as the parts came in. I was just called for my oil change and told the parts are in and We are so sorry that you were not contacted. I believe I now need a new engine splash shield
I had a leak in the windshield of my NEW Kia Sorento. They ordered a new windshield for the car. I made an appointment to have it replaced, per their request. When I picked up the car they told me that they repaired the leak without replacing the windshield and that the new windshield was only for backup. Service department had already looked at the leak first and said they would have to replace it, they found the leak quickly. They at no time said they would repair it and not replace the windows shield. they sealed the window by removing the window trim. Why didnt they know that? They checked it the first time I was there. I dont think they are are efficient at their job. I will wait and see if this is a GOOD FIX to the problem and not a batch job.

Honestly, I was there early for my appointment because I had a doctors appointment immediately after Kia.I explained this and he accommodated me.He even explain to me the reason for not washing my car was because I requested to get out of there ASAP to make my doctors appointment.I didn’t even know they planned on washing my car. If I had, I might have opted for a different doctors appointment. My car cold have used a bath, lol.I got no complaints at all. Very pleasant experience.
After getting into an accident earlier this month, I brought my car here once I noticed I had a leak in my tire, on top of other issues from the accident. The employees, especially Dave and Chris, were so great! Not only did they offer to patch my tire for no cost, but they also gave me more advice about what I should tell my insurance company about the other issues that my car was having for when I go to get it fixed in a couple days. This month has been a rough month for my car, but they really helped me out and were very understanding and certainly knew their stuff. Thank you Chris and Dave!
Stay CLEAR away.Let’s say one of their banks approve you, but require $1,000 down. They will lie and tell you that that bank requires $1,250 down.They will literally pocket the money. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way through personal experience.I’m not going to get into the rest of the issues I had with them, but let’s just say that when finance starts giving you the numbers, they will be completely different from what the salesman gave you.Terrible experience.
This place is GREAT!!! They have SUPER comfortable chairs to wait in... Wi-Fi... Coffee... Vending machines... They were SO fast & courteous, it blew my mind! If they had a rating of 10 stars... Id have given them 10, bcuz they deserve it!!! 😊

I brought my Kia Sorrento in for a regular check up and the mechanic noted some engine irregularities. The service team identified a engine problem and quickly set to testing the engine to determine the impact to the car as a whole. The Service department leader informed me they found some things that required my engine needed to be replaced and then informed me it was covered by our Kia /Bill Dodge warrantee. What a relief! The service manager Robert Colson quickly contacted Kia and had them send a engine over for replacement. A few days later Kia shipped the part and within ONE DAY of drop off, I had my Sorrento back with a new engine. The customer service and knowledgeable staff were incredible. Thank you Bill Dodge Kia for honoring your commitment to customer service and for your hard work. Bravo-Zulu! 👍
If you receive a prize in the mail, dont fall for it. I got a contest raffle style booklet in the mail called Money Carlo, and I am not the type to fall for dumb gimmicks like this, but I was curious and went in when it said I won $5000. You dont actually win that money, its just to get you in the store so they can tell you that you havent won anything due to some hidden matching numbers in tiny print and then they try to sell you a repod car. Had a bad opinion of this place before, even worse now. (most of us locals know this is a shady dealership)
