Everyone was really nice. Especially my cashier, black lady with short hair and the two working the door, white guy and black lady wearing a mask. I wish I had their names. They watched my stuff while I ran to my car to grab my wallet.

If you are handicapped or elderly there are very few electric carts available and when we asked store employees if they find us one they didnt even go look they just pointed there may be one outside I am 87 years old and have trouble walking its hard enough to get out of my car and walk inside then while be inside there were a few young kids riding around the store I asked a employee if they would ask them if they would let me use one they just walked away! How about that for customer service . This is why I will shop else where ! For now Management needs to train employees better .

Sometimes when we come here, they dont always have what we need, and those self check outs can be convenient but then theres times when theyre not so convenient...😐 And most the time they barely have half the things we need

Typical Walmart. HOWEVER, this store seems to rely on self checkout. There was a line, 10 people deep, waiting on the use of self checkout with one register open., so you’re forced to use self checkout. THIS IS ABSURD. people need jobs. This process eliminates their need for workers. What a shame.

Was a good walmart for an out of stater. Everything was findable. Staff was kind.

My opinion.... but doesnt make much sense that the most visited and popular department store in the world decides to close now all through the night because of Covid forcing everybody into the store within a certain set of hours. Staying open 24 hours allows people to visit the store at a later or earlier time then most, therefore lowering the chance of the virus to spread. But other then that great store with great prices.

Love this store. It always has what you need and more.

Still the store everyone shops at. Ive noticed lately, among other stores, the shelves are sparsely stocked many times and not as many selections either. Unsure if the lack of products are results of buying sprees or difficulty getting them from manufacturers. The Covid virus has affected every aspect of life as we knew it, another possible reason. Prices have increased also.

So self-checkout is ok if you just have a few items, not so ok if you are buying weekly groceries, Im willing to start a fund for cashiers, joking, but only kinda

Had an issue with my card being ran multiple times. I asked to speak with the store Manager CHANTELLE and she wasn’t trying to even come out from the back and when she did I was trying to explain to her what happened, and she basically didn’t do nothing to help just stated to “wait to see if it will appear on my card within 24hrs”. The best part of the story as a store manager she just walked away (while I was talking). What’s make it even worst is that corporate was in the floor too. So I guess everyone including corporate is unprofessional. SMH.

Everything I had on my list was neatly organized and easy to find.

We had a great service provider in electronics. Naomi did a great job for us and should be recognized for doing do.

Definitely need some competition in Ruston LA! All those registers, and they never have enough open. What was the purpose of installing them? Checkers that they DO have are VERY slow!

Had to try card reader 5x before it worked. Self checkout needs updated equipment. Staff was attentive & helpful

Not real happy about the changes in all Wal-Mart stores. When I needed help, a very nice young lady helped me. I must say both Ruston stores were better than some I have been in lately.

Good place to go when Im in town and need stuff for home, food, supplies, clothes, entertainment, a whole bunch of things. Good customer service very helpful employees.I use to get my haircut there in the shop, but the person who did it no longer works there. And the other persons that work in there have shifty eyes... not sure what my hair may look like.

I was in Ruston last week from NC. My Mother and I were at Wal Mart doing some major shopping to get her ready for a new assisted living move.. to say we were both needing a little extra TLC was an understatement. Right off the bat Mike Carey saw my Mother was unsteady with her walker and went to the parking lot to get an electric wheelchair. Mike then kept up with her walker by his area to keep it safe, while we shopped. The basket on the electric wheelchair was not big enough, so I went back to the front to get another shopping cart. Mike was still guarding Mom’s walker. When it was time for us to check out, Mike left the self check area for a moment to come help us transfer our purchases and Mom’s walker into new carts. First of all, Mike was obviously a hard worker. But more importantly, Mike was kind. Kind to us when we both were very fragile in this new journey for my Mother! His act of special kindness of going above and beyond touched us both! The WORLD needs more Mike Carey’s!!

This walmart really on great location right of the service road of highway 20 with nice large parking, hope one day theyll return to regular hours operation

College move-in weekend so some things were out of stock but overall everything went great. In and out in no time!

I was in and out no problems and find what I wanted with no help and the line was fast.

I know that you have to lower the bar when you go to Walmart when it comes to customer service, but this store is the worst. I know they are teaching us all to check out ourselves by force, but having forty closed registers while there are fifty people in line to self checkout is rediculous!

The Tire department took good care of my car! Got me back on the road before the next place even opened! Thank you for helping me through my crisis!

Made a return on a portable desk fan. One accosiate tried to say I wasnt allowed to make exchanges for another of the same item. Luckily a manager came along & got everything straight. Took a lil longer but I got a new fan!!

They knw this is only close walmart. Seems time for school to start inventory things that run out and overstock. Ppl travel from all over and its easier to get down here but when always out make it hard.

Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. Sometimes they have what youre looking for and sometimes they dont. Sometimes there are lanes open and sometimes theres not. Self check out sometimes works and is probably the best option.

Pick up wasnt ready at all during scheduled time slot . Had to go another day since I had 2 pick up my daughter .

Nice and ckean store. There are big signs for each department, so that makes it easy to navigate.

Nice place to stay overnight parking for a truck driver. Just don’t throw paper and bags out of the truck. Good food in the area.

Went to get my oil changed, prices were good and the staff was quick friendly. then the store manager came out and started actually screeching at them for no reason. really awkward, i tried to get out of there quickly. please treat your employees better.

Cashier left light on at checkout. Waited several minutes for someone to tell us she forgot she moved. Went over the where she moved and she was bagging groceries very slowly because she wanted her lunch break and was complaining about to her line of customers. Just decided to go to self checkout and finished before she was beginning to check out the customer ahead of me. Come on do better Ruston!!

I appreciate what Keto products they have started carrying-- when theyre in stock. The grocery items I need seem to be out of stock half the time we go. The workers are friendly and polite, I wish there were more when we need them at the checkout.

I am a truck driver. This walmart allows parking if you are shopping. They are awesome. Everyone was soooo friendly. Cant say enough about the people here. They were stocking shelves and still stop to help me.

Every time I have done a walmart pickup from here I have waited over 30 mins. Most times it’s been 45 mins before someone even comes to my car. Then the last time I did a walmart pickup they gave my entire order to someone else. Bad service and very very slow.

The management was rude and they had no registers open. 30 minutes before closing and the only way to check out is self check.

What can I say...Walmart is Walmart. There is one time though when I took items back and it was proving to be difficult. The workers I had were very patient and we got it done. It was done Jan 18 and I had two ladies helping me.

In-and-out no problems employees were very nice

I do curbside pickup, their service is great ! Everyone is polite and they have the best products ! I highly recommend Walmart as your curbside pickup!

Really disappointed with it. Went there to get a few things milk, Quick chocolate, batteries for flashlight and a Visa card to pay a couple of bills online. STOOD IN LINE FOR ALMOST A HOUR AND A HALF. ONE VERY DEDICATED LADY WAS WATCHING OVER LIKE 6 SELF PAY REGISTERS. AS I STOOD THERE I THOUGHT ALL THE BACK TO WHEN I WAS A LITTLE BOY AND WE WENT TO WALMART AND HOW IT WAS NOTHING LIKE IT IS TODAY. YOU WERE GREETED AT THE DOOR WITH A SMILE AND A NICE OLD MAN TELLING YOU WELCOME TO WALMART AND WE THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US. NOW WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. YOU SEE A BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST AT THE POINT OF PULLING THEIR ON HAIR OUT OF THEIR HEADS. Service is nonexistent. Employees are rude and refuse to help customers. I saw one woman ask for help and when she turned away, the employee shot her the middle finger. Sadly, this attitude seems common place at Ruston Walmart.

No Target around here so Walmart Super Center is a good send. They are usually always stocked with everything from food, toilet paper to rocking chairs. They are always changing their inventory so there is always new things to find. I mean its Wally World! Who doesnt love it!!!

Employees have very bad attitude towards customers.

We went later in the evening on a Friday night and there werent very many shoppers. So easy in and out. However, only 1 real life checker and the self check isles. I really hate self checking.

This store is constantly out of stock of normal necessities like bottled water bread canned goods and cold drinks Gatorade. The store is almost never faced(shelves cleaned product up front) constantly finding things in wrong spots. As a former Walmart employee I am ashamed at how this store looks and operates. For it being only a few years old a newer bigger one needs to be built.

Theyre actually not providing me with stock most of the times Ive so many things that went wrong. Except when I do the help assistant on phone Theyre more polite than the workers at the store ther one guy the guys that work pick-up that are very good and respectful is the only reason I come back.
