Great place, went into get boots for work and explained what I needed and Sueann helped me pick the right boots for my job. Price in store was the same as online . Friendly place and good coffee too. Even offer Leo discount which is always nice plus.

I have probably spent $1,000+ at this store buying shirts, boots, coffee, and knives. It was a great store doing really well, building a partnership with local law enforcement. Unfortunately, they just hired a new manager who fired all of the good employees and hired friends and family and now she is running the store into the ground with sheer incompetence and mismanagement. Karl needs to step in and boot the new manager before she destroys his investment.

I was shocked to find out no longer do they offer a Veterans discount. Thats a shame. No Veterans Day sales either.

This stuff is cheaper online or even at Academy. Also the worker that I encountered was a complete oxygen thief and didnt even try in the least to resolve my problem.

Great place that sells amazing apparel! 5.11 tactical is a premium brand of professional clothing that caters to military, police, emt, and even the outdoorsman. Karl Malone did an absolute amazing job by bringing this to Ruston! They also have Black Rifle Coffee Company products. Just about as American as you can get!!!
