Got laid over here the weekend nice quiet location shower was clean laundry area was good. Plenty of parking for sprinter quiet area found a chinese restaurant near by. The only negative I had was ac was down in the back had several portable unites. Denny was very under stuffed. One poor girl was trying to run the front by herself on a Sunday after church rush.

Good place. Needs more staff. I see why though. Manager in the light blue shirt was being rude to his employees & disrespectful to them. He needs a good hit to jog his head right. But decent place all in all

I travel across the United States and my little 10 pound dog goes with me very well behaved. One of your employees asked today if anyone said that my dog could not come in. I explained to her that nobody ever says anything. So I went about to take my shower . This is not company policy this is these employees fears she needs to understand that I travel all of your locations and that not one of them has ever turned us down in there place of business shame on her get a grip on your own fear he has never been aggressive in his 11 year life. Somebody from corporate needs to get these places in line .

Very large parking lot, the only detail are the showers, they are very narrow, and the water is very hot, I think it is under repair at this time.otherwise everything is fine, it has PJfresh, pizza, food... People are nice 👍

I stop at this flying j regularly, its usually pretty good. But giving it 2 star because theyre a/C is out and one of the employees said its been out for 3 weeks now. Its 97° outside and its just as hot in the restroom.

Debbie should be made executive custodian for the entire corporation and train all others what clean is.She can also belt out a good Annie Lennox tune.Adequate parking at front for bobtails and sprinters. Friendly staff.

Clean store, friendly staff, womens bathroom was clean with a scented smell. Dennys restaurant was very clean, the waitresses were friendly, wore their masks correctly, and did a great job of social distancing their customers. We went through the RV pumps and the hubby encountered no issues with the pumps not working or them being out of receipt paper. Very impressed!

Store employees are complete waste of payroll!!! They dont care if youve been waiting for ages to get to your shower room, been waiting forever to get to my shower in the morning. Cmon guys, try to put some work!

In the shower area sink was NOT cleaned spotless like McDonalds. Towels appear worn and probably need to be replaced. The asphalt in the parking area probably could be replaced or resurfaced due to cracks and indentions that could be a safety hazard.

Typical Flying J shower the heat works great during the summer time and the AC works wonderful during the winter.

They get one star because its the lowest i can give. The parking lot is cleaner than the store. Plenty of parking and a clean lot including the trash disposal area. After going inside I can honestly say its the first time i wanted to go outside to get what was on the store floor off of my shoes. The floors look like they were last cleaned during the grand opening which matched the counters in the food area. The bathroom toilets are overflowing at time of visit and that is standing toilet water in the mens stall. The attendant just left the drivers restroom with no effort to clean. With dirty restaurant floors not a chance of going inside. Restaurant bathroom is actually worse. Bottom line I wouldnt even purchase a drink for fear of getting sick or catching something. Seriously! I need to find another truck stop to shower because I really feel dirty now and this place made my skin crawl. Flying J should be ashamed to be associated with this place. Anyone that eats here is braver or dumber than anyone Ive ever met. Visit at your own risk.

Clean facility. Need a code to use RV dump station. $10. Plenty of room for parking.

Prime parking at this location is a joke. Reserved a spot since I knew Id be arriving around 1 am and all the spots were full. Reported this when I got my receipt for having paid for the spot. Someone came out to check the spots but no one left and now I have nowhere to shutdown and do not have hrs to keep driving.

Old food and pizza was old and dry

Had a bad experience here. Got cut in line with a man not wearing a mask and the cashier still checked him out after I spoke up for myself and they both seemed to think it was funny. Called and spoke with somebody that claimed to be a manager but I’m not sure if she really was. Tried to tell me they can’t make people wear masks even though businesses can refuse service to customers not following mandates. What I got from the experience is that the people that work there care little about customers or anyone’s well being and will facilitate and exhibit unnecessary and less than tasteful behavior. Sad for this establishment and the community.

Ordered a pizza. It was over cooked. It was dry and the crust was so tough you could use it as a frisbee. Usually their pizza is awesome but tonight it was not edible.

Difficult time getting fuel with the card reader not working. Had to go in, stand in line just to turn pump on. Came back in for a receipt and the kiosk didnt work. Stood in line again . 20 minutes to get fuel.

MAN, once your day is over its a very good place to relax and unwind. Hot showder, hot foot, good atmosphere, good peoples, nice laundry room and a VERY nice lounge.

Mens bathroom by Dennys was really dirty and had an awful smell. . Showers were clean and had really hot water. Dennys was good but ran out of some food choices. Didnt even have ketchup. Plenty of truck parking

Very well managed. The maintenance man Sam is a model employee! He keeps the showers hospital clean and he is very cordial. Very refreshing for a Flying J. I actually went to him and told him he was great. He said: I just do my job sir, Thank you for the compliment. But nowadays you dont find people like him.

Typical flying J. Generally clean, friendly staff and decent coffee.

Decent place for a truck to fuel. Not too busy even at midday good choice of hot foods selections. Typically good choices of snacks and cold drinks. The store is clean and neat. The people inside are friendly and helpful. Only minor problem I saw were that three truck parking spaces were not long enough for Ann average tractor-trailer. You stick out about four or five feet. Meaning someone backing in behind you had a higher chance off bumping your trailer. Otherwise its your typically good Flying J. Expecting the For Seasons? Not here. Just good dependable servicer on a clean environment.

This is a fine facility. We RV and obviously require room and we were able to maneuver well.Clean and well presented facility. We shopped and purchased several items, took on fresh water, purchased beverages and snacks.Coffee was hot and tasted fresh.I would stop again if I pass through.Gas was low priced and we saved 3¢ per gallon and saved on our snacks and beverages.

Drivers-check the showers and the towels before you get undressed. I’m covered in someone else’s BEARD HAIR. Towels, floors, shower drain...covered in hair.

I cant rate the inside because we didnt even get that far went to get Diesel and the pumps Never worked. Went to another one it didnt work the 1st 1 said declined in started throwing up errors the 2nd 1 let you get started and wouldnt pump any diesel

5 days agoAmazing. We had an issue. The staff did all they could and didnt rush us. Offered suggestions and let another patron know we needed help. Which in turn got us safely back on the road.

I gave this Flying J a five star review because they have the best coffee around, for sure. There is no doubt that they have the best coffee of any truck stop around. However, parking for trucks is always packed. They have a very large parking area, yet it is always nearly completely full. The bathroom is small, with only two toilets in the mens restroom. This is definitely the most RV friendly fuel stop around. With a specific RV fuel island featuring gas and diesel, a dump, and fresh water, they are very RV friendly. I recommend this Flying J to people looking for great coffee, and also people who are in RVs.

Weve parked the semi here overnight several times. Everybody has been so friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast at Dennys was great the one time we tried it. Our waitress, Sylvia kept my coffee cup full and had a happy attitude even though it was BUSY. We would definitely go back again.

I love this Flying J Travel Center. Easy access of of Interstate-40. Plenty of room at the gas pumps. Has propane, water and a dump station. And, for an added wonderful touch there is a Dennys💖!! The gas for my Motorhome was cheaper here by almost 10 cents with my Good Sam discount card compared to Loves!

Fuel desk girls are rather rude and short with customers...maybe theyre having a bad day.Bring your own quarters for the washer and dryers, no card reader, bring extra, they eat about 2 bucks worth. But the dryers work great, dried 2 loads on one dryer cycle, Jeans and a carhart jacket!!

I think Im done with Flying J and Pilot. You take a parking spot where you dont think you can be trapped. You wake up in the morning and someone has parked on the curb in front of you. Im done!!!!!

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

Had the chicken noodle soup and it was divine! Like what my grandmother used to make. My husband had the chilli and said it was also delicious. Staff are very friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Michelle was an amazing waitress. We wanted something they were out of so she helped us get something similar but off menu. Another customer was rather ugly to her but she never stopped smiling and being helpful. The food was excellent and fast. We will be back next time we are down this way.

The girls working here are unprofessional and impolite. They need to be trained. Dealing with customers in a pleasant manner is not their forte. They are very off putting. I wonder how many customers per hour they quietly lose.The parking lot is trashy. This place needs a thorough clean up.Flying J, no canned responses please.

Man.... Go back to the old PJs pizza recipe!!!! Thin and hard aint so great. 😠 Quit trying to make more money from less amounts of product... Your higher fuel prices contribute enough for that! Manager needs to do their JOB . Nothing worse then going to have your 1st cup of coffee and they have no half and half. Plenty of flavors for the travelers. What about drivers. Wake up you know coffee is a big seller .

As an RVer this was a very good stop. Was East bound on I40, easy exit. Towing a 36 trailer. They had RV diesel pumps to the left of the car pumps. And had RV parking in front of the store didnt have to park with the big trucks. Had a good breakfast at Dennys. Good friendly service. Would stop here again.

Really clean place to stop and use the restroom. Good staff. They have a Dennys connected to them. Fast easy off and back on to the 40 Freeway.

Vegetarians arent going to find anything substantial to eat here, so its not the place to stop for a meal. Just chips and candy. I tried to get a slice of pizza, but unfortunately they had everything BUT cheese. Seriously? What pizza place doesnt sell cheese pizza? So the meal options were non-existent, but if you need a clean bathroom, some gas, some pretty decent coffee, and a snack, itll do. Cross the highway to the other travel center--it has a Wendys and much better options food

Just your normal truck stop. But of you eat at the Dennys make sure that Brad is the cook. He made my steak PERFECT. And my waitress Jewelz was Awesome!.

Overall experience was great, everyone was friendly but 2 downsides . The lot across from the reserve parking smells and the old guy cleaning the showers asked for a tip when I was walking out . If you’re not content with your wage then find a different job don’t ask people for money when they worked hard for it . Especially when all I did was go in to shave and brush my teeth . If it wasn’t for those 2 things you guys would’ve got 5 stars from me

Showers are not that clean here and you all constantly advertise this ! Even while I’m on hold to report issues to corporate, the automated machine is saying it! Also the laundry room is not clean and you all do not have all of the machines working here! The card reader is not working once again! And we’re at the end of the first quarter of the year almost! This is ridiculous!! There were no quarters available and the quarter machine is down!! We depend on you people and you all don’t care about us at all! I hope that someone is reads this and fires you people for this horrible level of service !! How can this be the American way of doing things! Pilot/Flying J is the the most laziest of all truck stops in America! I do my best to come here as less as possible and spend less as possible here!! What are the best truck stop in the world.

Not bad here. Usually you can find a parking spot at any hour. They have a Dennys inside and a food bar but it doesnt have all the options like other Pilots. Theres a truck wash and wash out right next door. Friendly staff.

I went in order 13 spicy wings. I asked for them to be cooked fresh. We all know fresh, itll be steaming. Needless to say as I touch my wings it was warm to the touch. As I broke into one no Steam. Im still holding it with my fingers. Its not that hot at all. I think its time I lay off the pilot in the Flying J. They always disappoint me.

Washers and dryers worked good. The massage chair was great. Bathroom was clean and plenty of parking. What more can you ask for.

Clean restroom. Dennys was just Dennys, ok good, slow service. Flying J has laundry room, Cat scale. Pleasant staff. Verizon sales.

Best place in town to get propane diesel or fuel not to mention everybody there tends to remember you. Bathrooms are always clean. Overall just a great place.

A nice place to shop and rest while traveling on the road. Always clean bathrooms and nice employees.

A smaller lot. Good staff. Close washes. Not too many taking their 30 in the fuel islands. Would be 4 stars for straight fuel island instead of a vee, and more parking.

Clean bathrooms. Easy fueling and parking if pulling a trailer. Dennys was a little short staffed which made it a little slow to get seated. But once seated, service was good and so was the bourbon skillet.

They are always so friendly and helpful when I go in there.

Every one is so friendly! Check out the Verizon store inside. They are not your ordinary Verizon. They care about there customers and want to give you the best deal possible! They help in ways corporate stores cant!

They need better waitresses who pay attention and not so rude.

A good clean Flying J truck stop that has your normal pilot and flying J food items, showers, laundry, a drivers lounge, added extras here are the Dennys and Verizon store which have some of the best service of any I have been to.

The man that checked us out has real good people skills . The rest room was real clean.

We always stop here on our way to and from Fayetteville AR to Florida. The bathroom is always clean. There is a nice grassy area for us to let the dogs do their business. It is usually busy, but the cashiers keep the line moving.

Bathrooms are clean and there is plenty of room to get in to the gas pumps with an RV. Decent gas prices.

By far the cleanest Flying J to date.Restrooms were clean, washer and dryer were clean, parking was sufficient, outside was clean, overall a clean store.Now for the reasons they lost a star.Service at Dennys was slow (four waitresses and one cook, horrible ratio).There was no house coffee made by 5:30 in the morning. The worker didnt even dump old grounds to make fresh (hint: there was none made)

Bathrooms were dirty, attempted to get gas and was charged 150 dollars in hold but didnt actually get to pump anything. Manager was not helpful in the slightest trying to fix it and I wasnt able to get anyone from customer service on the phone. Do your best to avoid this one. Only one visit but Id never give them another shot.

Everyone one there was helpful and went above and beyond. Wish all were like this stop. Clerk at register helpful as we lost our reward card, and another very knowledgeable with car charger information. Very very helpful.

Decent lot, most of the staff was friendly. Cashier appeared to be hiding a massive stick up his ass. Subway was good. Junies was great.

Clean restrooms and showers. The showers had good hot water and good water pressure The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful with any and all questions that we had. The fountain drink station was clean and well stocked.

I didnt know what to expect after reading all the bad reviews, heres my two cents: Stayed at Flying J last night had breakfast in the Dennys this morning. We had a good hot meal with a friendly very busy waitress. Everything was good except the coffee, they need to get better coffee!

Left a piece of jewelry in the shower. Called back next day, was left on hold. Called back again, very rude. If course they didnt find it. Only place i had been and i took it off to put lotion on. Karma will see to you!! This was a one of a kind. Next time you lose something, this will ring a bell. Hope it hurts as bad as this did me. The place is dirty anyway. Only 3 fuel pumps worked.

Great gas prices, discounts for Good Sam members, and freshly brewed coffee. The ladies room could have been a little bit cleaner but it was okay.

The Dennys sucked on service. Got our drinks right away, but after 40 minutes of waiting to give our order, wife and I left, . As a truck driver,, we wanted our dining time together with no food... Tried getting food from THE SO CALLED PJ FRESH PART OF THE STORE, and it was all dried up to nothing... worst store yet.

I always enjoy my stops at the Flying J, I do alot of road trips and often hold out for or search for the next Flying J. They are always clean and have everything you would want or need.

I gave this dump one star because thats the lowest you can go. I walk in the restrooms are filthy. I go do laundry and the credit card machine is down I go to the service desk have to wait in line because three people are behind the counter and one person is waiting on customers. I finally get my turn the manager(the cashier) tells me go use the ATM. The ATM charges $3.95 to get $20 out. I go get coffee Creamer is out, the machine is filthy. I complai about that and the manager Keith Putnam acts like he dont give a crap!!!this is what happens when a company gets too big. The dont give a crap!!!! Unfortunately they are the only truck stop in the area unless you want to go to the pilot down the street. They monopolize the area. I am tired of the screw you attitude from the employees all the way up to the corporate level.

Its a good place for travelers, and especially truck drivers, to stop! They have pretty much anything that a traveler needs...
