Drove 45 minutes to make my scheduled appointment only to be told that they were out of stock. I should have been notified. Won’t be making the Walgreens mistake again. CVS let’s see if you can do better?

I resent even giving this business one star. Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes, only to have them close the window as I pulled up. Went inside, and they closed that window in my face, because it was lunch time. AS I WAS TALKING TO THEM THEY ROLLED THE WINDOW DOWN IN MY FACE. No other pharmacy closes up shop like that with ten people literally standing and waiting. Each customer at the drive through takes 10 minutes or more. Why??? This pharmacy is the most slow, most rude, most unprofessional, pharmacy I have ever used. I switched to CVS, and I highly recommend everyone else do the same.

They are sooooo slow and when you call, you wait on hold for over 20 minutes just to be hung up on. Will be switching to CVS!

Pharmacy could use a lot of work. Recently they have messed up my prescriptions, they have not been filled when I’ve been told they are filled. They are not receiving prescription refills from the app properly. Two years ago the pharmacy was actually pretty good. I am considering changing pharmacies because I’m tired of poor service.Not to mention the lengthy wait times in line and the drive-through.The staff is very friendly there, but somewhere in the mix there’s a miscommunication that needs to be dealt with.

Friendly staff? Clean environment? Not a place to hang out.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star, I would! This place is absolutely terrible! I switched mine and my sons pharmacy due to the terrible customer service here! Takes hours to fill a prescription, you wait in drive thru for 45 minutes or longer just to be told they haven’t filled the prescription like they were supposed to! They tell you that a prescription will be ready in a certain timeframe and it is NEVER ready! They are ALWAYS short staffed and the staff they have here is so uneducated! I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone! I stopped using this pharmacy over a year ago but sometimes have to come here to pick up my families prescriptions. During those times, it’s the worst experience ever and reminds me why I switched my pharmacy! If you are smart, take you business elsewhere!

This place has very friendly staff. Worker came to help me as soon as I sat down at the computer to print off pictures. Couldn’t figure it out so she helped me and was very patient and kind.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Im currently pregnant and in my third trimester. Also Im epileptic. This pharmacy messed up each one of my seizure meds to the point where I was taking such a low dosage that it was causing me to have seizures every single week. Just last week I had three massive seizures in one day. All of this could have been prevented had the pharmacy done their job correctly. Today my father went to get a prescription for me since I cant drive. They waited until the second he got there to call the insurance company instead of doing that early in the morning when I called it in. My mother went one day to pick up a medicine for me and even though I refilled it online the day before they told her that I hadnt refilled it. Then the staff checked their computers for the first time and realized I actually had refilled my prescription. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to I recommend everyone to not step foot in this place.

They dont fill ur meds like they should you fight month after month after month to get the meds you need went for two weeks without blood pressure meds because they kept filling my other meds,went for over a month without my elquis (blood thinner) because they forgot to order it this place is a joke

This is the slowest most understaffed walgreens I have ever been two. Each vist takes 20+ minutes and thats not an exaggeration.

Good selection. Also reward program. But, employees are not very friendly or helpful.

The pharmacist was extremely rude! Told her name was Lorie! She treated me like a druggie like I was trying to trick her into filling my script! She made snotty (better than you) facial expressions. I am 44 and she talked to me like an irresponsible child. She desperately needs customer service skills. Never will go back!!

Very unhelpful. Didnt listen to what I was saying, made a decision then wouldnt listen at all. Called to talk to the pharmacist and they hung up on me. Ended up changing pharmacies.
