They have their own special store policy about picking up prescriptions and can behave in a condescending manner to folks who happen to request their refill a little early.
My partner has been waiting 6+ hours for her prescriptions after having a cyst lanced at the local urgent care. One medication is for the obvious pain she’s been in after the procedure and the other an antibiotic. She enrolled in text message updates about when her prescriptions were ready and after waiting 2 hours she started calling the number for the pharmacy. Each time the call is bounced through this automated system only stating the order is being processed. She tries this twice every hour for the next few. Finally she was able to get ahold of a real person who informed her the medications were already ready to go. You guessed it, never got the text about it. Only the confirmation for enrolling. After spending 30+ minutes trying to get the insurance information to go through, they just informed us the antibiotic was never filled. So of course, now we must continue to wait. There was already another customer here earlier asking how he could switch pharmacies because of the awful service. Employee showed no concern with that gentleman, and offered us none either. Add that with the lack of urgency or remorse for the inconvenience. This was our first and last time here.
Great Pharmacy and great place to fill your scripts.
Not sure why it takes 2 hrs to fill one Valium pill before a procedure. Very rude ladies. Only one girl is nice. Manger needs replaced.
Russellville CVS Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. They have no problem discussing you and other customers personal business where everyone can hear. Pharmacist got mad because she was ask to order a different brand of medication because someone was allergic to an ingredient in the brand she had. She REFUSED and said that was just to bad. (Not me but heard the complete conversation while waiting)
The pharmacist and pharmacy help are very rude. EVERY time I have gone there to get a rx filled has been a bad experience. I think they all need to be trained in customer service.I will not spend any more money at CVS.Word to the wise: Go to Walgreens, they are courteous and professional. CVS could learn something from them.(but you know they wont) I didnt want to give them 1 star to be able to leave a review. If there were negative stars to give them, I would give them a -5.
Very good store. they have a lot of good stuff. the employees are very friendly and helpful.
The pharmacy manager is unfriendly to the point of being rude. The staff will talk about you like you arent standing there. They do not know how to handle customers at all. The absolute worst experiences Ive ever had with a pharmacy. Too bad insurance is demanding I use them.
Slow and rude in the pharmacy. Complaing about being the the only place open on new years eve. They could really care less if they helped anyone is the vibe i got.
The pharmacy is Always under staffed, never been there when didnt have to wait 45 minutes to an hour, even with calling refills in 4 hours in advance or the night before. Will just go back to mail order. CVS is ridiulous the way the conduct business.
Always friendly and gone out of way to help.
Horrible service and staff.
