Awesome company to deal with, they installed a new picture window and replaced two other windows. The crew was extremely professional and very polite. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Prices were very reasonable, cheaper than all other places I checked. Very happy customer here.

These guys are phenomenal. We had a rock from the lawn mower break through our garage window 2 days before we were supposed to host a wedding reception in it. They worked us into their busy schedule and came out the same day we called and replaced the glass. (We live 1.5 hrs away). You couldn’t even tell! They were very kind, customer service was exceptional, very knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. Recommend them to anyone!!

We’ve done business with Rupert glass twice now. First one was replacing a window from one that didn’t open to one that did. Second one a window broke and needed replaced on our house. They got to use in a great time frame and their prices are reasonable 😁

Scheduled the appointment, did an awesome job!

Called to get a quote on a windshield chip repair. Lady kept saying the guy wasnt in. Thats fine but give me a time to call back when he is. She said he was booked for a week so I asked when his next opening was. She said she didnt know. She said she could give my number and have him call me back to set up a future appointment. Been a week and Ive not got that call. Recommend you go anywhere else for your glass needs since this isnt a good place for customer service.

Tint was applied to my car and there was air bubbles. I was told that they would go away in a month. Its been a lot longer than that and they are still there. Gaps were tint was not covering glass properly. Pricing was average.
