Stopped in to pick up oil and filter for my truck, and was met by an inexperienced young lady who fumbled for over 5 minutes in deciding what I needed.Yes, I could have come prepared with said information, but customer service is a thing...After watching her coworker correct her, and then his coworker correct him, Id had enough of the competition cascade.I dont really give two flips which of you knows more than the other. I left while they were checking the vault for the correct filter.Save yourself the hassle and head over the NAPA. They may not have as large a selection, but at least they have customer service.
