The best grocery store in Ruidoso. They have a wide selection for such a tiny location and anyone whose works there is usually pleasant and very helpful.

The staff is great. Not sure why corporate won’t give us a new/renovated store. And I grow weary of the lack of stock throughout the store. I keep being told COVID is to blame, but I’m dubious since the store in Alamogordo doesn’t have the same empty shelves.

When I come to NM I usually like to stop by the the flower department very colorful. Today I missed the curly hair smiley girl. She is always happy and helpful.

I love the layout of the store, very friendly, great dips homemade,today i was looking for Milos tea, they are still out, also they carry a lot of no sugar items, on the shelf and in the bakery. Thank you, where are the cookies from the bakery, withought sugar, no sugarless ice cream either.

My first impression as I walked in the door was that it was an older, very tired, dinghy store. I stand by that assessment, however, I will say that the employees were pleasant and cheerful and that went a long way towards making it a better experience overall. I was also happy to find Bai antioxidant drinks and a surprising assortment of protein and energy bars.

Clean store, friendly employees, found everything we needed. We were visiting from out of town and were happy to see an Albertsons in Ruidoso. We shop there in El Paso.

Nice little market for Ruidoso. Go early in the week so you dont have to deal with all the flatlanders that come into town on the weekend.

This place Definitely has the best selection for groceries in town. Prices are decent, but if your trying to stay healthy and sane I would avoid this place. Everytime I go in this store It is nut to butt texans! And none of them wear masks! They should have a time set aside for locals

Customer service in deli is HORRIBLE. 4 people working back there doing NOTHING, but won’t help a line of customers who need meat orders. Stop being LAZY and do what you are paid to do!!! I waited longer for one person than it took me to do the rest of my shopping!!

Maybe its the holiday season... but I couldnt find things I was looking for. Also, the aisles seemed a little cluttered!The wait time at the checkout was longer than usual.Now the positives... the items on stock were of good quality and well priced. Its conveniently located next to where I stay.

One of the best locations! The staff is super friendly and helpful, this is our go-to grocery location when in the area.

For the last few days I have been shopping in the early morning hours at the store. There is always one or two people there who do not have masks on inside the store. There are more who do this later in the day. They also didnt have masks on when they checked out. This puts the store employees, the cashiers, at risk being so close to an unmasked person. The store management says they are not the police and they shouldnt have to enforce the law. I also believe they should protect their employees better and not allow people to break the law by not wearing masks on their premises. If someone is not wearing a mask they should not be allowed to check out or be served by the cashiers or other store employees. Its time to take a stand and do what is right for your customers and your employees according to the law and according to the proper protective procedures established by our doctors and scientists.

Our Favorite Grocery store. Has great rewards program. Well stocked and attractive produce displays.

They are sometimes out of certain foods and the check out is unusually slow.

This is a cute grocery store that is perfect for the location, with the most pleasant employees and everything I could need for my cabin rental.

Never enough check out stands open. Takes forever to buy a gallon of milk. Need the self serve registers like other ones have.

Great selection and great produce. Nice to find this here! They have just about everything you will need and more. Covid-19 update: DISAPPOINTED to find that not all customers are wearing masks despite state mandate. One of the checkout employees even wearing their mask under their nose and butcher coming out from the back with NO MASK AT ALL.

Clean, well stocked and the employees are very friendly. They have a pretty good selection of beer and wine, but their meat selection is small. I do enjoy shopping here. If youre looking for the restrooms, they are in the back (warehouse) by the meat section.

I felt this was a substandard Albertsons. It was small, crowded, and not as clean as other Albertsons I have been in. Service at checkout was good. They were letting people in without masks in violation of State order.

Found just what we were looking for

The man at the deli was slow. 12 minutes to get 2lbs of ham and 1lb of cheese.

Found everything I needed at good prices.

A bit small but a great variety of produce, meats, spirits, and household products. Therefore if you forget something you may be able to find it here.

It reminds me of an old family run store where they have everything from alcohol to a small pharmacy section. Staff are super pleasant and helpful. Downside its frequented by just about everyone in town.

Robin in the Bakery is amazing!!!! I needed a cake for my aunt’s anniversary celebration and she went above and beyond to make it perfect! I was worried and stressed about coordinating a cake over the phone since I live out of town, but Robin assured me she would make it amazing and she did. She even called me after I picked up the cake to make sure it met our expectations. Her passion and dedication for what she does and for making her customers happy is all in her work! I’m so impressed with the quality and will use Albertson’s bakery for every occasion as long as Robin is there!

I prefer Albertsons over any other grocery we have in town. They have fresh food that is worth paying a little extra for. The store is always so clean, with employees that will go out of their way for you, and shelves ahead very well stocked

There was one customer in front of us. The checker told us we had to move because she was closing after that one customer. So we moved on. There was only one checker. We were about 4th in line. We look over and this girl is checking out an employee because he just got off work. She was turning away other customers. Our line was backed up to the pharmacy and down the refrigerated aisle. When we told her that wasnt right she proceeded to tell us he was an employee. Well...I guess paying customers that ensure they have a paycheck dont mean anything. Thanks for the great service today. It was packed very little flavored water and no Arizona blueberry/ green tea deli was good got a bunch of Boars head products.

Great products w/good variety considering the size of the store. Floor plan could use some expansion especially in the frozen foods section. Great place to get Boards Head meats and cheeses. They even house a pharmacy, a bakery and they prepare fresh sushi daily. Very tasty soups at their full salad bar. Will go back again to enjoy the many personalities of the friendly staff.

Our favorite food market in Lincoln County. Excellent meats, decent seafood & produce is usually good. Signature (house) brand is surprisingly good. Generally more expensive than Wally World, but quality is better. Recommend purchasing napkins, plastic wrap & such at Wallys or Dollar General.
