I brought my s14 (2jzgte) to Hp logic to have my ecu masters ecu tuned and Jack did a fantastic job! We fixed tons of issues and made the car truly all it can be given its parts limitations (clutch). 500hp s14, very happy. Thanks again. I highly recommend - Tell them Mike blue 240 sent ya!

My rims and tires were stolen off of my car and jack the owner refuses liability even thought they parked my car. Refused to order parts for work I wanted done. Do not go here. And I bet hell respond with some sarcastic comment thats unprofessional and the customer service reflects it too. Also misdiagnosed my car so they could charge me more for labor to replace a transmission when all the car needs is a shift linkage. Made me waste time ordering a transmission for nothing because they were too lazy to actually diagnose the car. Update just got my car dynoed and it made 240 whp one tune up from another shop and its already making 50whp more.

This place is very strange. They never answer their phone or respond to voicemails. Seems like they only do business with people they personally know or pick and choose the easy jobs. Owner does YouTube videos and thinks he’s some sort of a celebrity which may lead to the “we’re entitled to only the easy jobs” attitude. Pathetic.

Heres my experience with HP Logic. Its a long read but worth it if you are wanting to spend your hard earned money there..HP Logic greatly misrepresented their skillset when I took my built import in for a flex tune and the work could have potentially blown up my fully built import. I have invested around 70k in this particular build.It was built by another shop and motor work was flawless, albeit the highest horse power build they had done yet. No expense spared; a complete build. However, I chose HP logic to tune it after the fact because they had a dyno and also told me they have done many similar tunes where the other reputable shop that assembled it could just road tune it only. In my experience a dyno tune is much better than just a road tune, so I opted for HP Logics tune to the oroginal builders dismay.I took my vehicle there with high hopes just to be smashed with bad tuning and bad diagnosis plus a huge loss of money chasing ghosts from the incorrect diagnosis.The day of the dyno, they called me and told me the car was not tunable because the ECM was not communicating with the electronic boost controller, so wastegate duty was not operating correctly. Jack confirmed all the wiring and vaccum lines were correct and told me to get a stand alone boost controller to bypass the ECU, which I did. (This turned out to be false but I went with their diagnosis in good faith)The cars tune was completed with very lackluster results. Even though the goal was missed by a very large margin, I was happy to drive the vehicle home. Low numbers were blamed on the mustang dyno and was told to add 25%-30% for dynojet numbers which I know is completley wrong. Its more like 5%-10% at most.On the way home of course I had to give it some good pulls, which lead to the vehicle cutting off violently in 4th-6th gear. Very similar to boost cut and very concerning as there would be a large detonation event with every cut.I came back to HP Logic to get it resolved and was told we can not reproduce the issue and can not see any issues in the logs I provided, although I could reproduce it on command they refused to look at their tune or even come on a ride with me so I could show them the conditions of the cut off. The only thing he did was raise boost cut levels and sent me on my way. The problem persisted.The only way I could get the engine cut to stop was to turn the boost way down from 26psi to 18psi which made the car perform very poorly and was not a resolve for me.This goes on for 6 weeks back and forth. HP Logic continues to give me excuses about what it could be and I spent thousands with them chasing the issue on their advice alone. I even watched them reproduce the cutout on the dyno with my own eyes and it was blamed on traction control, which it was not.Even with the boost turned down, on the acess port I would see DAM drops to .500 then raise, fine knock up to -9.0, and fine knock learn up to -5.4. Not only this, my vehicle constantly after-fired from its extremley rich running conditions and fuel building up in the exhaust. (Not the good kind) I would regularly see normal driving at a cruise hit 9.5 to 1 and 10 to 1 AF ratios on E85. The vehicle was getting 6 miles to the gallon city and 10 highway. The entire tune was askew, furl was dumping, but ofcourse Jack was too arrogant to suspect his tune was bad even through all my troubles, and said it was false knock and DAM drop and to ignore it..I had to keep coming back for a resolve. I replaced the entire ignition system and fuel pump on their advice. I was told the same story over and over. Jack then got tired of my questions and told me to call Cobb to sort it out.Cobb told me to look for another tuner where I found Machines Gone Wild and they were able to rectify the issue with a new tune where all my original goals were met. I took my receipt and concerns to HP logic to ask for a refund for the tune where I was denied.Thanks for reading.

Hp logic is the only one I trust to build my cars. I came in knowing what i wanted and left with what I asked for!! Any time I needed something new while building they called me and gave me the option. Instead of throwing parts on and charging me. The staff are nice and professional. The shop Environment is awesome. It will blow your mind with all the cool cars they built and are building. Also the Tuning at this shop by jack is on point. The best tuner I know!! Hands down.

Best shop! Your not going to be upset with anything you buy or get done here. I bought a Skyline from pictures and their reputation period! Flew from Ohio to Florida on next flight available and drove my car home with no issues then and to this day 9 months later no issues. Roberto, Jack, and staff know what they are doing when it comes to imports and tuning. I’m slowly building my car at home with great support from them.

HP Logic really went above and beyond for me. They originally were only contacted to do a tune. They found some other issues before the tune began. Instead of turning a blind eye, they went into action. They fixed all the open issues and the price was really affordable. Once they perfectly fixed any issues, they tuned the car. It runs perfect now and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys for doing a great job.I also want to give a big thank you to Roberto who worked with me every step of the way. He went above and beyond. I will only use Roberto on my Turbo Miata from now on.

This place is nothing but amazing. Any problem I’ve ever had with my car was fixed by these guys. The customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend this place. This shop is better than all those “big” business out there period.

Roberto made purchasing an import car in a different state extremely simple. He went the extra mile, picked us up from the airport, brought us to the shop where all of our papework was waiting for a quick and smooth transaction. He gave us a tour of the shop and spent all the time we needed going over the features of the car, including test driving it to making sure we were comfortable with it being right hand drive.

Horsepower Logic has been an amazing performance focused shop for years! The owner Jack, is what I would call a fanatic expert on any vehicle application he chooses to specialize in. I’ve personally used him for well over a decade to dyno, tune, and wrench on several different types of applications. Expert, passionate, niche, lifestyle.

New to car mods and was referred to this shop and had them order a new intake because I dont have the knowledge. Gave them the precise make and model of my car and they still ordered the wrong part. Tried calling them to see how they would fix the issue and they ran around the issue and eventually stopped answering my calls.

Would not recommend anyone go here for an imported vehicle as they are very overpriced and most of the time they dont service or know anything about the vehicle when i asked about different things i got the same answer i assume or I think they will do anything to get a quick buck. Do not trust them they WILL scam you if they have the opportunity.

They sold me a Kei truck with a lot of issues. First off they didnt check any of the fluids they were all super low and secondly they didnt even do a front end alignment after they did the lift kit. The alignment was super off and the tires were leaning inwards.And the whole HVAC control system is broken.They just saw some young kid and said oh yeah lets try to screw him over and not tell him we didnt do any maintenance pretty much.I even asked them if they check all the fluids and went over everything before I drove it off and they said yes. This importer will lie to your face go to Duncan Imports or Virginia classics.

The guys over at Horsepower Logic are seriously talented. They work on everything. American, European and Japanese. Jack and Roberto were super friendly and knowledgable. The work done in that shop is top level. They know all the parts/manufacturers in the industry. I would recommend anyone to go in and get a tune/work done by them. Quick turn around time, too. I had my miata turbo kit installed in less than a week. A+ performance shop in my book.

If you dont have a high end car or exotic import dont go to these guys. They will look at you as if you are below them and not even give you the slightest bit of customer service. Went to go ask questions for my 2017 VW Golf R regarding tunes and stuff. All i got in return were condescending looks, ignored, and simply pushed to the side. Was gonna try them out as they are nearby where I live but youre honestly better off going to Orlando or Miami tune shops where you may be treated with courtesy and respect! Owner comes off as friendly and welcoming with his social media persona but this is sooo far from the truth. Do not recommend these guys in the slightest

Yeah I changed my mind on this review I felt bad for a while about giving a poor review to anyone but I was clearly cheated on my custom tune from this shop. Drove all the way from orlando after calling many shops to tune my 5.7 hemi charger for nos. Was told they could give me a custom tune for 500 which I felt was fine. But little did I know I would drive all the way there for them to do 3 pulls on the dyno with my car using a canned 87 octane tune from my diablo. I changed the tune immediately when I got home and just pulled the timing myself. Really pathetic I felt like an idiot. After finding out from many people now I can Get 3 dyno pulls from tons of shops for $50-$75. Such a waste of time and money its nearly a year later since I did this and I still feel cheated everytime I go somewhere else. Thanks a ton Horsepower Logic

I had a terrible experience my car was under powered and Jack misrepresented my actual wheel horse power never giving me a dyno sheet just verbal and the capability of my engine and transmission, my fuel system installed by HP Logic would never achieve anything close to what I wanted, the recommended tires which I bought would never give me traction necessary for the horse power I desired which Jack never delivered and I am glad I shipped my car to English Racing in Washington State they advised me my car would have broke with the setup I had so dont trust HorsePower Logic they are lacking in experience and knowledge it will cost you time and money emphasis on time! To much to say this is enough beware. The information was gathered by calling Ivey Tune and AMS I guess Jack didnt have time to make these important phone calls!
