To be fair my sales representative Brenda was amazing however I can’t say the same about management. It’s been two months since purchasing my f-250 diesel truck and they still haven’t fix my squeaky brake issue on a certified truck I’m still puzzled. I went ahead paid for it myself. Ps I emailed management as well no response 👀😂 wow. I still love my truck. But I would caution ⚠️ you.

Andrew Packer our finance Manager was extremely professional and very efficient in getting us approved. Luis our sales person easy to work with as well as very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. I also have to say how professional the whole staff working there was. Great experience buying my used F150! Our sales guy, Rafael Orozco was very professional, courteous and incredible patience. He spent the whole day showing us the trucks and test driving them. He made the whole deal very pleasant. Ask for him if you go there to buy a car. You wont be disappointed. Also Andrew Packer in the finance department was very attentive and patient and worked out a great deal to finance the truck. Overall very happy with Al Packer Ford Royal Palm. Well be going back for my next car.

Work done promptly. Clean shop.Tire fault light was on when I dropped it off. Told me it had been taken care of. A mile down road it came back on. They tested it and now say it needs two new sensors. Disappointed that I now have to go back again.

One of the worst experiences Ive had with a Dealership Service center (and thats saying a lot). I dropped the vehicle off the night before, and wrote that I needed to pick it up by end of day. I received a call at 7a in the morning to confirm the services I was requesting. They said they would call me back to go over the inspection. No call for 8.5 hours. I called non-stop for 30 minutes, and couldnt get anyone on the phone. Finally someone picked up and said my service manager, Ashley Moore, would call me back with an estimate. Ashley finally calls and tells me my vehicle just needs brakes (which I already knew), and that he couldnt get to it today. I asked, why did it take 8.5 hours for you to confirm this? He said he had to talk to three different mechanics. I asked it took you 8.5 hours to speak to three mechanics? Clearly they screwed up and didnt want to admit it. Never going here again. And i never forget someone who wronged me.... not never.

Glenn Dunn was my sales associate. He was amazing super friendly, helpful and patient especially with my 4 year old lol!! Everyone from front desk to sales manager was amazing! I would recommend Al Packer Ford to everyone. Everything was so easy! Glenn had everything ready before I even got there! Multiple people there helped to keep my 4 year entertained and happy while we were going through the process!I love my new 21 Ford F-150!!!!

Left my f-150 here when my auto start stop feature was giving me trouble. Was an issue with the auxiliary transmission pump failing. They had the part and were able to get it fixed by the end of the next day. Got my tires balanced and rotated along with oil/filter changes. Fair price and great customer service. Ashley was very helpful and kept me up to date on my truck while it was being fixed.

The absolute lack of professionalism and desire to make your customers happy has diminished greatly since 2019. What used to be a place you knew you were going to get great service has turned into a dealership that resorts to Google reviews instead of actual Ford Surveys. This is my real name and I have been a customer for years. If you would like to have a manager that will actually listen instead of pushing the customer away, have them call me! I have plenty to say.

Had a 9am appointment for just an oil change customer service was empecable however my vehicle didnt get on a lift for the oil change until 1018am the service tech was quick and efficient and got my vehicle done in record time allowing me to get back to work. Whats the point of having an appointment if you have to wait an hour and a half to get your vehicle back

The service is always good at Al Packer. However, due to the covid-19, the service is behind and struggling to keep up with the turning around for the service

My wife and I went looking for a new Explorer. We searched online and visited a few dealerships, but no one was as nice and prepared as the folks at Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach. Ivan was an amazing salesman who helped us find the Explorer we were wanted. The process was quick and easy. From greeting to leaving with the car, the process was done in about 2 hours.When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will be contacting them again.

Not one employee or sales representative came out to greet me! I was in the lot for 30 minutes looking at the F150 trucks!! I walked inside to asked a few questions. As I walked inside the showroom, 4 employees looking at me and not a word from any of them. That was a very uncomfortable 15 seconds of eye contact. Finally someone asked ( Can we help you?) Whats is going on!!!! Thats when you know its time to go somewhere else.

I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change and tire rotation. It took a few minutes before I found someone to help me check (I had an appointment). Once checked in they were pretty fast. I expected an hour wait but they were done in about 30 minutes. I guess a Friday afternoon appointment helped with that because the previous time it was a full hour. I really dont like the customer waiting area. Its windowless, small and beige. I got spoiled by Ed Morse Honda who has work cubbies and an open seating area with large windows, so waits were much more comfortable. Other than that everyone was professional and courteous.

Really good price for what they do. They checked a bunch of things for my car, topped off my liquids and changed my oil. Aso informed me that my tires need changing soon and gave me references for it. Very helpful they did all that for only $50. Other places charge $50 for just oil.

The grayed hair service manager at Al Packer Ford was extremely rude. To quote him “Did you just interrupt me?” (you know of whom I speak). And then after the truck was done with the oil change he failed to call me from the waiting area. Everyone else at the dealership was professional and gave great cheerful service. It’s a shame this one person is allowed to disrespect others.

First time to have a positive experience at a dealership. Joe Z was so friendly and helpful. He didn’t pressure a sale a single time. Just showed us around and answered questions. He went out of his way to find the perfect vehicle for me. I will recommend him to everyone for a very long time. The finance guy, I think Jason, was also incredibly helpful. I am so lucky another friend told me to go there, now I know why.

I took my truck in for a oil change and to check the fuel pump they just installed at 7am I didnt receive a call a update so I called at 12 3 and 6 no answer so I went in the next morning and gus was rude so I asked for my truck. Customer service was the worst

However, Ashley took a look at me and my toddler and helped work us in quickly so we could enjoy our Saturday together safely. The service advisor tried telling me that my issue could not be resolved. He did not go the extra mile to help a returning customer. However, I spoke to the service manager and he was very understanding and helpful. My issue was resolved but I believe the service advisors need some training to provide a better customer service.

I work a lot and never have much free time for anything. So knowing I needed to get a new truck soon because of our family growing in size as well as the boat we have needs to be trailered. I looked up reviews for the Ford dealerships near me. This on has a high rating. I went right online and put in an application for financing and a agent texted me right away . He sent me the listings of what he had on the lot and what I was approved for . I sent back the one we wanted and they had everything ready to go and sign it took me 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork and get my insurance cards. It was that easy they made this process simple. I always dread buying cars spending a day on a lot waiting for the approval application looking at multiple cars and spending my only day off in the Ford dealership. They were still open and met me at 8 after work and it was done!! Quick, easy, and simple!! Thank you guys for everything we love our new Ford F-150

The trick to the service dept is to make an appointment or drop off the night before. Walk ins at the service dept are never attended properly and frowned upon by the employees. Nate is awesome, highly recommend, prices are reasonable.

I went in for two recalls and could not have either one taken care of. Then i had a separate issue with the back up camera and they said i would have to make a appointment for a service that is not in the quick lane. When making the appointment i asked if they could handle all three requests and i was told yes. After getting my 21 F150 checked in i waited four + hours just for a oil change. Quick service is not the words i would use to describe it. Then after picking up my truck they did not wash it and i had greasy hand prints where you would lift up the hood and near my door handle where you would enter the truck. On my windshield i had the same grease hand prints where they put the “serviced” sticker. could have at least ran the truck through the car wash but that was too much to ask for. The only reason Al Packer is getting two stars instead of one is because of the nice worker who checked me out. For the money i spent / spend at ford i would expect much better.

As always al packer fixed the problem. I purchased brand new lariat 2020 from Ford dealer in Stuart and it leaked water on drivers side and set off alarms. Took it back multiple times and they never resolved problem! Meanwhile I could not drive during rainy weather. But guess what! Al packer found fixed and on first visit…no more leaks….thank you Gus and thank you technician!

I purchased my new Mach E with Joe Z’s help.We ordered my vehicle and the delivery was supposed to be in 5 months. Somehow Joe was able to get the vehicle in a few weeks. The transaction was seem less and hassle free. The vehicle is awesome and Joe is an expert in the EV field.

I took my truck in to have the oil changed and have an overall check plus the vehicle was vibrating a little bit it just turned out the tires needed to be balanced and everything went very smooth had a shuttle take me to home and back to Ford and all went very well today, I am very happy with the service for this visit

My friend who is handicapped has had her car at this dealership for over a month w/a transmission problem ( which the dealer was aware of for her particular car model), parts have been on backorder! She has no way of getting around and according to the dealer no loaner car.They cannot tell her when the car will be repaired! Weeks maybe months! You would think that a loaner car would be the right thing to do, but with at least 14-15 loaner cars out, you think she would be first on the list!

I feel torn with this review. The process of actually purchasing my car was really wonderful. I was given top notch attention and service. But the moment I paid and walked out the door, even though there were still pending issues to be settled, everything changed. I purchased a car 2 months ago and still have not received some final paperwork that was part of the agreement. I also am already due for an oil change, which is absurd. Ive repeatedly reached out to the sales team I worked with only to receive promises theyll get back to me and follow up and they never do. If you are able to buy a car and walk out without ever having to deal with the team again than I am sure you will have a wonderful experience. If you have any follow ups needed, be prepared to be frustrated and to not hear back.

Forget it if you want to call the service department to talk to someone. They will not answear. Not even to schedule an appointment. They can say its because of Covid but its been like that forever. They didnt top up my coolant and windshiel fluids like they said. Never bringging my car here again. Watch out for the fluids people. I am scared they didnt actualy changed the oil now.

My car was being serviced for 4-5 days, when I got it back my passenger door wasn’t locking. It was locking previous to me getting my car serviced, I point it out before leaving and was told to bring it back the next day so they could order a part to fix it and that I would get a call when it arrives. I never got a call the next day, and when I call to ask about it I’m told I could’ve came in at any point that day, which I was not informed of. I am then told I can bring my car in the next day either early morning or afternoon, I bring my car in at 12pm for my car to be serviced for something that was done by the workers and should have taken about 30 mins. When I arrive, I am questioned as to why I brought my car in when everyone is on lunch and that I would need to wait until everyone gets back... First of all why are they opened from 12-2 but have no one working???? I then am told to wait 20 mins for someone to get back from lunch. I proceed to wait 2 hours, check on it, and am told I need to wait another hour for something they did to my car!!!! I was treated very unfairly and rudely. Bad communication on their part. Don’t plan on coming back.

This dealership was great. Julie reached out to me via text and went out of her way to work with me a work out a deal before I set foot in the dealer. I was shopping around every possible dealer in south Florida but this one truly worked with us and make us feel like they valued our business. Once we got close on the numbers, we came in to look at the vehicle and Mike took over at that point. He was extremely knowledgeable, relatable and just an awesome person. He worked with us to answer any questions and got our papework taken care of in a good amount of time. Al Packard Ford Royal Palm Beach has the best Service. I wont take my truck anywhere else. My service advisor Gus is amazing! I unfortunately had to have my breaks and rotors replaced at another shop. They told me I had a axel seal leak. I brought my truck in to AL Packard Ford and explained to Gus what I was told by this other shop. He brought my truck in and had it inspected. There was no leak. Their expertise and honesty saved me alot of money.

I went to get an oil change expecting to spend more than an hour waiting . But they surprised me with such fast service I was out of there in under an hour. Thank you all for such fast service and everyone that I talked to were very kind people .
