The first time I came with a friend before and we just browsed before our brunch! It was so cute and you could tell they had high quality pieces, so I came back a week or so later to get a pair of light wash high-waisted jeans. Andrew was so kind, he helped me figure out the style of jean I was looking for and personally brought me 4 pairs to try on. I ended up with an AMAZING Calvin Klein high waisted light wash jean that fit me wonderfully. This store is amazing and as an avid thrift store shopper, the quality here is 10/10. Is it more expensive than a super cheap thrift store, yes. Is it worth paying a bit more every single time, YES!
Tops on my list for thrift shopping! Im certain some would say this store is high priced for used clothing items. But thats because they enjoy picking over ridiculous amounts of random, unwanted clothes that have been color coded and hung by gender. Lost & Found Vintage is REAL vintage! Not unwanted and over used clothing purchased last year from WalMart or Target. And the staff is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend.
A little pricey but very clean and nice! A real vintage spot, small but they have some nice finds if you like antiquing. Employees are very nice 😊
Royal Oak is its own financial universe where a $50 T shirt is the norm... At this price point, you’re either loaded or everything you buy has to be SPECIAL. Where Lost and Found excels is in its womenswear, particularly its 1940s-80s dresses ($42-70), which come in a far broader size range than one often sees in a vintage store. The sales staff are exceptionally kind, motivated, and knowledgeable. (Amanda rocks!)
I like this place very much good selection of items vintage purses and clothes customer service could be a little bit more pleasant
Lost and found is my all time favorite vintage store! Very reasonable pricing for super unique pieces!
Great place to buy (and sell) true vintage pieces. Staff, especially Amanda, is super helpful and knowledgeable.Despite other opinions, they are reasonably priced for the quality and selection of clothing. Visit some west coast vintage shops and I bet you won’t be saying this store is overpriced!
Very weird vibe here. The staff is very unfriendly and barely acknowledge your presence when entering. Very poor salesmanship. For vintage clothing I would stop over at the Salvation Army store a few blocks away. The experience there is totally different; kind courteous and helpful; the prices were a cheaper too for the very same items.
Wonderful place! Amazing owner!
Amazing vintage clothing store.....I highly recommend them.
If you want one of a kind truly vintage clothing and accessories this is the place for you. It is not like going to salvation army and picking up 2nd hand items from the 2000s. These are unique and vintage. Always changing stock.
I recently moved to Michigan and have been dying to find a good vintage store- so happy I came across this one in Royal Oak! The selection is beautiful- clean, neatly organized by clothing type and color, and prices are super reasonable! I ended up loving so many pieces that while I was deciding what to take they offered me a massive discount so I was able to get it all! The sales associates were extremely kind and helpful, taking my items so I didn’t have to carry anything. I ended up buying a lot of unique pieces that are really honestly one of a kind. Love this place and will defiantly be back! The photo is a Japanese print on a dress, which I did not buy, but thought was really special :)
This place is corky and full of wonderful second hand masterpieces. I always come in and see funky vintage bottles and housewares and ask how much they are and the employee’s name a price because it’s not really for sale it’s just on their display! Housewares are the future of vintage shops!I usually find myself loving several items in the store every time I visit but can never come to making a purchase when a used piece of clothing is listed at $35, $40 or even $60. I get they have some real badass stuff here but even the “whatever” pieces are also over priced. I can go to Urban Outfitters and get a brand new graphic tee or flannel for $24. And I’m a millennial!
Good selection of clothing. Always have good shirts, pants, and jackets. And at good prices. Friendly people with a real good atmosphere. What more can you ask for?
Nice product, vintage in good shape!
Wonderful store and staff. I had an issue with a purchase and they gladly resolved it. I have made several purchases and have been very satisfied. Thank you to staff and management.
Love it! kinda pricey ($50 for a super worn out dress, $80-120 for a good one) but worth is if you find something you really love. I managed to snag a teal leather pencil skirt for $25. Sounds weird but i love it. My dad bought his favorite corduroy jacket here. If you wanna try a bunch of stuff on the staff will start a rack in the back for you so you dont have to carry it all.
I love a good Vintage shop. Ive purchased several items from here. The prices are nice, you have to dig but you can find some good bargains.
Very cute and had a huge selection. I dont normally shop vintage thrift so I cant totally speak to pricing but it seemed a little high to me. Reakky cool place though and had a lot of accessories and dresses. Well laid out and the staff was nice.
Ive been to this store dozens of times and Ive always had a great experience. The staff was always very nice and the clothes are beyond beautiful. But, when I visited recently, I had been trying on some clothes with my friend and I couldnt reach the zipper on the dress and needed my friend to help me. It was an old dress, obviously, and the zipper was kind of sticky but we got it on without much trouble. One of the employees must have seen this because when we were paying for our items she felt the need to inform me that, If the zipper isnt moving you shouldnt try to make it fit. I found this very rude, completely unnecessary, and unprofessional as I did not rip the dress or damage it in any way. It made me feel embarrassed and belittled, the comment bordered fat shaming. Unfortunately, this experience left such a and taste in my mouth that I dont feel comfortable returning to this store for a while, if ever.
Friendly staff. Clean and well organized. great selection of clothing as well as accessories, shoe s, boots, belts and jewellery.
You will love this vintage place. Many unique pieces and good prices.
Heard a pretty bad story about the folks who work hear leaving long, rambling responses to reviews they dont like. Thats pretty weird!
Cool vintage clothes. Great store.
They have an amazing selection of 1950 dresses that I absolutely love.
This is such a cool little town and this store is amazing fun
Good service. Excellent selection
Found exactly what I was looking for. Exciting
Fun place to shop good prices
I like the shop but they charge WAY to much. I can never bring myself to spend 60 - 90 dollars on a dress. Even if it is from the 50s.
Great selection of vintage clothes.
Love their selection!!! I go here every time Im in town!!!
I never leave without a treasure!
Very cool stuff
Love this store
A MUST GO
