I expected to wait a long time for my car to get its tires changed, oil changed and to get an alignment. I only waited about two hours which was great. The employees are really friendly, the assistant manager Jake helped me out and he was really helpful about telling me what tires would be best for me and my budget. Definitely recommend this place, it’s open ever with the construction on 11 mile.

This store and its employees have always been very helpful, honest and provide options regarding what work they would recommend be completed. Tires are not the only service provided. I recently needed the headlight assembly replaced on my vehicle as water was leaking in causing the lamp to fail. The part was ordered, delivered and installed. Scott handled the entire process from initial call to pickup of the finished work.Always have found their diagnosis is accurate and honest.

I needed to have my struts replaced. Staff is very knowledgeable. The work was fast, came in at 9:30 and picked my car up at 2:30. Id thought it would be a whole day so I was happy. I also like that they send an invoice to your email. They also offered a rebate ($75) which helped with the cost. ($1700).. Could not do this myself..oh and btw, they dont charge a fee to check out whats wrong with your vehicle.

The representative (Curt Marshall ) that assist me with getting my brakes and rotors replaced was very nice and professional. He did let me know it would take quite some time. I did sit in the establishment and wait for my vehicle. Curt kept me informed on my vehicle as the time went by .Curt also let me know some additional things that I should have done to my car to keep it in the best shape possible. Im a 62 yr old female, and was told that I would have to come back in 2 days to have an almost flat tire on my blazer repaired. I wasnt even asked if they could help me by offering to at least air it up for me. Such rude unrespectable people in there.

Road side assistance dropped me off here to get a tire changed on my delivery truck. 12pm. I have a spare and just need that put on. 5 min job!!! That couldnt get me in until after 6pm!!!! I live 3 hours away. Every person in this building had 5 mins for their consecutive smoke breaks though...... Dont have a jack or I would just do it myself 🤬

I had an emergency situation that needed to be addressed right away. Kyle and Tyler were able to get my car in and walked me through the whole process. I didnt feel pressure to purchase anything that they thought I needed. They were both honest and sincere on what needed to be done to get me safely back on the road.I will definitely be back again.

I arrived for my appt and they has my tires installed in about 45 minutes. I was surprised when they called to say my vehicle was ready because they estimated it would take 1.5 hours. I was also able to take advantage of their great sale prices. Before making the appt I compared the prices to those of 4 other retailers and the Belle Tire cost was lower than all the others.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I wanted to give them 0 stars. Had my truck towed to them because they said they had the parts and could fix my truck. Didn’t get it done the first day which I understood because it was later in the day. Didn’t work on it until the next day in the afternoon and I had to show up to see what was going on. I was stranded in this area because I live over an hr away and they knew that. They told me they couldn’t find a wheel for my truck and wouldn’t be able to get a different one for 3 days. And they weren’t even trying to find a new one. So I had to call around and find one. Found one 15 minutes away but they wouldn’t send someone to get it. But when I was outside the shop there was 4 guys just messing around for over 30 minutes. I had to call someone I knew to pick it up for me and when it was delivered they were in such a hurry to leave they put it on wrong. Got a mile down the road and my truck was wobbling like crazy. They refused to answer the phone after I had just left there. HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t go here

After realizing I had a leak in my tire called at 6:30pm and they were able to take a look at it that night (which saved me from having to put on the temporary spare!). 20mins later it was patched up and ready to go!

I needed air in a tire so I went in for free air, ended up talking to JJ, a shop mechanic. Went inside to talk to Will about my tires on my AWD SUV. He pointed out that I need all 4 to be the same, as well as my tires which are OOP and mismatched. Then I got a quote for tires for two vehicles. He helped me greatly and it was 5:30, they close at 6.I would call that exemplary customer service.

They were great today! I was in and out in a very reasonable time. Price was great!! Store was clean and all social distance practices were in place.

Great customer service. Special ordered a full set of General Grabbers for my Jeep and they were there in 2 days. They were able to price match the other guys in the area. Nate was on top of everything and they had them mounted and balanced in less than 2 hours. Great overall experience.

I experienced a flat tire late on Friday afternoon. The staff were professional and courteous. I got my car to the shop right a closing time and they waited with me until my ride came. The work was completed early the next day. I was pleased with every aspect of their service.

We brought our vehicle there and dropped it off as they said they would replace it. Steve called us back and said there is nothing wrong with HIS battery. Stating it was HIS battery implied he took this personally, which was unprofessional. He said they would not replace it because it wasn’t bad according to their tests. Regardless if it was a bad battery or not, it would have been the professional thing to replace it like they said they would. I had to bring my flat tire in for repair. The tires were purchased from Belle Tire previously, and were still under warranty. A huge nail was discovered in the tire. Nate was very helpful in getting my tire repaired quickly, remounted on my vehicle, and remounting my spare also. There was no charge for the repair, which I appreciated. I am very grateful to the mechanics and front office staff for taking care of this issue promptly. I have been a customer at the Stephenson Hwy. store for many years, and I am very happy with the service there. This Belle Tire store is highly recommended!

Belle Tire is the absolute best! Ive been going there for quite a few years now and I always drive away satisfied. Today, we did routine stuff- oil change and tire rotation. The last time I was there, we decided the work was extensive and needed to be done at a dealer. The guys advised me of what was going on and what to expect when I got to the dealer. They didnt have to provide this guidance, but it was very helpful. My car had some major issues and I was beyond the powertrain warranty by 1,000 miles. It all turned out well. And I really appreciate Nate and the team at Belle Tire looking out for me.

I have to say I am most pleased with my visits to Belle Tire every single one Ive been to. But my visit was exceptionally great at this location. The Manager Will kept his promise to not only get the job done, but The work done was needed, wasnt given a list of things THEY wanted me to pay for. Timing was great... I purchased off road tires for my truck and spent $1800. Bought the warranty and everything else they offered. I had to wait a week and a half to get them installed because I HAD to wait for it. It is my livelihood. When I arrived to got them put on it was 1 word answers and nobody really gave a nothing. Maybe my expectations were a little high for this experience, but I was just hoping for a little appreciation for my business after spending my hard earned money with them instead of ordering them online. Couldve saved a lot of money if I did.

I had a wonderful experience at Belle Tire. Dave Robinson was very professional and had great customer service.

Made an appointment a couple days prior and the only available time was an hour before they closed. I was prepared to leave it overnight if needed but they were able to complete my alignment, replace two worn tires, and remove a screw that was in one of the other tires before closing time. Extremely efficient and a great experience!! Nate, the person who helped me, gave me exemplary customer service and explained all my options and recommendations. Will DEFINITELY come back to this Belle tire location and deal with Nate any time I need service on my vehicle. Thank you!!

I love going to this Belle Tire 11 Mile and Stephenson Highway they always are nice they have good receptionist they greet you with a smile they greet you when you walk through the door they ask you how many they helped you they make sure your car is well taken care of and if they cant fix the problem they will let you know what the problem is give you your paperwork and sometimes they will let you know where to go to get the part fixed if they know where to go I recommend this Belle Tire for oil change tires wheel alignments battery check if you need anything and check on your car take it to Belle Tire they will get you together I really do appreciate them

Belle Tire Consistently out preforms other businesses offering tire servicing. We took our 2015 VW into Belle Tire because we having to fill the right front tire with air daily. There was some type of slow leak. When we entered the customer service area, we were greeted by Will with a smile _ well to be clear his eyes looked like he was smiling but we couldnt be sure be sure because everyone was wearing a mask (Good Job Belle Tire). We explained the situation and left the car with Will. About 63 minutes later Will Called to explain the Front rim was cracked BUT it could be safely repaired _ he quoted us $180 and a 3 day repair time. In 2 days, Will called to informed me the rim was repaired and that the car needed an alignment. What I know now but didnt know then was that my partner had driven the car on Van Dyke (Pot Hole Central) and hit a pot hole a week ago. So Will was making the best recommendations to ensure my vehicle preformed optimally. When we picked up the car Will gave us the bill which was even cheaper than he initially estimated. These guys are awesome. Belle Tire is the Best!!!!

I have taken my car in on 3 separate occasions. Once for a windshield replacement and oil change, brake replacement and then a signal bulb replacement and inflate tires. Each time has been a GREAT experience. The entire crew cares about you, they are pleasant and VERY honest. I have always left very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this location.

Fixed my problem on the same day within a few hours, kept me in the loop about my vehicle status and were very friendly and professional.

Purchased wheels and tires. Somehow my bill ended up close to 200 dollars more than originally quoted. If I new the final price to begin with, I would go with tirerack website.

They took care of me better than I could have ever expected! I went to my scheduled appointment at 1 p.m. and dropped off my Jeep to get tires put on, they called me exactly 1 hour and 47 minutes later to tell me that it was ready!!! Before releasing my Jeep, they thoroughly go over everything they found...such as existing faults and so on then you get a receipt with your keys, and lastly a friendly smile. Great service!!! Well worth the money!

I purchased new rubbers for my 78 continental. Very fast and friendly service. They even called to double check if I wanted white walls out. It was an inconvenience to leave my car there, however, I was told that the best way to get my vehicle serviced was to bring it at 8am( 4 new tires, oil change, preventive maintenance, etc). These guys are professional, hard working and I certainly plan on going back there again. However, they forgot to contact me to let me know my vehicle was ready. Swamped with customers speaks volumes for these guys and the measures that they practice to keep contamination low and our vehicles clean due to the pandemic is second to none. Nice.

Took awhile longer than they said but they also said they were super busy. Customer service was A+ over the phone. My car is running great now.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! I have been going here for years but not anymore. I have not been happy with the level of service that I am used to from Belle tire. There have been severL incide t but here is my latest one.I went to pick up my vehicle after 4 hours of it being there and was told that only the oil change had been completed and that the rotation would be done before 6pm. Mind you it was 5:10pm and they close at 6 and it was not in the shop.. I worked at belle tire many years ago and the 2 stores I worked at if a vehicle was getting a oil change and was using a lift you would knock out the rotation at the same time. It only makes sense right? Why pull the vehicle out and turn around and have to pull it right back in. I was told that they would call me when it was done and its now 728 and they did not call. Again lack of service the old belle tire provided.......time to try Goodyear or a local business with better standards.

I give a five star review to BelleTire Royal Oak. The manager Nate and his team of Techs and Service agents always provide the best customer service and quality workmanship.

Customer service is non existent. They don’t wear masks inside the shop when they talk to you, they don’t wear masks when they drive your car in to get work done. They take the appointment after you before you. Would rather pay for my tire rotation than try and get it from these guys.

They told me an hour and a half for a set of tires installed and it was done right on time! Nate helped me hes great!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of dealing with this Belle Tire four times in the past two years and I say that with all sincerity. Nobody likes to have a flat tire or one that keeps losing air but this Belle Tire location has fixed different tires on both of our cars now in the past two years. Every time they were done on the same day and within a few hours. Half the times the didn’t even charge us to fix the problem and the other half of the times the charge was either cheaper than expected or right in line with expectations. We never had a problem again with any of the tires they fixed. Keep up the outstanding work Royal Oak Belle Tire and why would anyone go anywhere else!?

I just use them for their free air. We have a love hate relationship.

After calling several Belle Tire locations looking for a certain tire, I was lucky to find it after speaking with Nate. Straight forward talk, to the point, courteous and responsive Nate gave me the confidence that using this Belle Tire location is the right option for me. And he was correct. In less than 2 hours after first contacting the store I had the tires installed at a very good price, work done professionally, on time. One more happy customer.

Not trust worthy! I took my son there to replace his flat tire and was told that he needed to replace parts around the tire rather than simply replacing a few of the lug nut studs. He was also told the break pads where the wrong ones for his car which was also a not true. The price went from a $85 tire to over $500. We took our car somewhere else and only needed to replace the tire and get two new lug nut studs. I do not recommend going to this location.

The absolutely worst customer service experience l have ever received at the age of 60. (5 hour wait with no apology). I was told that there would be an 3 hour wait once l arrived to have my vehicle inspected, after l called and was told that there were only a few vehicles ahead of me. It was 8:30am, so l chose to wait. It was the holiday weekend and l spent my time watching the video clips of the Aretha Franklin funeral.Time slipped by, but l finally noticed (well after my 3 hour window), vehicles were being serviced that arrived after me. When l kindly expressed my concerns to the salesperson, he said well, they had appointments, and l said, well, l did too. So, l asked for my keys, and the salesman returned them to me with no remorse.As l was leaving, l decided to go back into the building and speak to a manager. The manager expedited my service. However, l never received an apology or acknowledgement of the unfair treatment l received.I actually rate the service 0, but l had to click one star in order to post my review. Obviously, the level of service at the Belle Tire in Royal Oak, is based upon sales and the amount of money you spend.

Noticed nail in my back tire. Called belle tire on 11mile and Stephenson hwy and within a couple hours they had it patched up and ready to go free of charge. Nate at the front desk was great.

This is my favorite Belle Tire in the area. Fast, thorough and very upfront with everything. Cost is decent. The employees are fantastic. Ive had an alignment, control arm fixed, axle replaced, and of course, tires, done here. They helped me keep my rust bucket alive.They even replaced the bolt that Id lost on my license plate for free without even mentioning it. 100% would recommend.

Ive always been treated well at this location. The prices arent the cheapest, but are fair. They also offer a good tire warranty and with Michigan roads that is a must. Ive replaced two tires here under warranty that were destroyed by Michigan roads. The wait times can be a little long if you are in a hurry, but thats because they are always busy. Thats probably a sign of their superior service.

Called in the day before because I had a slow leak. They were able to find the proper tire for my car which was pretty old and were able to get it in by the next day. Service was prompt,less than an hour, and at the end it was 50$ less than what I though it would cost me. Cannot complain

Great service from Derek and team at Belle Tire at 11 Mile and I-75 service drive in Royal Oak. Made appointment online for new tires on my truck. Went to appointment and tires were installed in 45 minutes while I waited. Made another appointment for a couple weeks later for new shocks on my truck. Again, great experience...they exceeded my expectations. Totally satisfied. Thanks!
