Brian held it down as he was the best customer service rep Ive dealt with in a while. We arrived here to get a sectional, almost gave up, and here comes Brian, with the funny jokes, the great conversation, and all of the great qualities a lead should have. Walked out with a smile and now a new member. Im ready for these great deals Brian hooked me up with. 🤙🏾

Wow guys!!! yall should come out and see their new and improved inner look they now have. And of course new staff. especially Mr David the store manager whom is very professional courteous to everybody. My wife did not feel pressured in any way and because of that she is almost buying half of the stores furniture which is costing me a lot but shes worth it. So when yall are ready to make any of these types of purchases come out to Big Lots and the City of good old Rowlett Texas and everybody in this store will take good care of you as they took care of me and my wife thank you #:)

That was the most well organized, pretty,well lit,everything looked in its place of any Big lots I have shopped in. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.Although its not the closest location to my neighborhood I will be a frequent customer there from here on.

Clean environment, great aisle space, not so discount any more

I went to Big Lots! today to look at beds since I heard they had some cheap prices. I ended up looking at everything in the store making a list if things I will need. They had more furniture than I thought. I loved the store but the furniture prices were not cheap so I dropped that idea until they have a 20% sale or something. But I will be back for some other household items. The sales people were nice and not pushy at all so I liked that.

Great furniture if they have it in stock

The store was extremely HOT.We were ran out of store due to the chemical smell due to them running the floor machine before all the customers were out of the store. Myself having breathing problems triggered an asthma attack.

I love Big Lots, if you watch your prices you can get excellent deals here and great prices.

Cant buy one get one at discount when each store only stocks one. So I go to different stores to get a set and pay full price. Its a scam

Ive always liked Big Lots because it was electic and a good source for surprisingly good finds. But now, since they have remodeled and improved the lighting, its even better. You can still find great deals, and they have expanded their selection of merchandise. Great place to buy quality goods for a reasonable price.

My wife loves this place so I get to come here often. But I will have to say this is about the nicest Big Lots Ive ever seen, at least on the inside. The outside is kind of ugly and dated looking but they keep the interior really nice and clean. The people working here are also very friendly and helpful. I will have to say if I needed to come to a Big Lots for something myself I would pick this one.

OMG! Best Big Lots in the city! Clean, well stocked, great selection. Not a lot rift raft like at the other stores in Dallas or Mesquite.

Steve was very nice and helped us get our mattress fast and easy and was very kind! Even brought us a cart for our stuff.

It was fine and dandy. I got items to restock my pantry. The cashier was very helpful and kind.

This store was larger than the one in Greenville. I grabbed 4 rolls of Halloween lights, purple and orange. we love our holiday decorations at work.. I am saving the Christmas decorations shopping for my next paycheck.... and there was definitely some great ideas and stuff there... start early for best selection!!

I used to really like to shop here but now that someone in corporate has decided that selling cheap furniture should be the main focus, I only come here when theyre doing the 20% off sales. Hey corporate, look at the stores that you did this to years ago, oh yeah, you cant because theyre either closed or not doing well at all. So sad. People just save up and buy something more high quality thatll last and look good for more than a year.

I was actually driving to a Dollar General when I pulled into Big Lots. I needed a waste basket that would fit in my pantry. Big Lots had a 10 gal for only $6. Probably a better deal than Dollar General ? The cashier was very friendly and helpful. She signed me up in their Rewards program. Unbelievable service !!!!

Nice Store, used to really like to shop here, BUT, they keep removing items. Went today and they no longer sale any type of wrapping paper, gift bags, or cards. I just dont get that.

I can never go here and not walk the entire store. Always get sucked into their variety of things I dont need, but suddenly want. Vey pleasant staff. One lady working the register was extremely awesome. She would get so excited about how much money she was raising for charity. Great lady! Very fun!

I havent been to this location for about 6 months. It has been rearranged & I love it. I found a few things I have been looking for but couldnt find anywhere. Prices are pretty cheap, it is Big Lots so thats expected. So glad I went in today!

The worst customer service I’ve received from a department store. Poor listening skills and management. I’ve wasted my time and it’s the last time I’m going there.

I love Big Lots, they have great prices, love the staff they are very helpful and nice. They have never made me feel like Im a bother and thats important to me. Customer service is very important a lot of places are loosing site of that.

Lots of great stuff at good prices. I dont agree that they sell furniture but do not have their own means of delivering. They provided me a card of a local mover to contact. But other than that, we had a great experience.

Store has a new layout that seems upscale, with furniture gallery up front & center. Nice large restrooms, and merchandised product gives a very clean appearance...Store associates were friendly and helpful.

If you havent been here lately, it is sooo different. Its like it went upscale but kept the low prices. Really hard to explain, you just have to go in.

This place has some deals if you look. Saving money is important to us. They also have some spices you cant find anywhere else.

Sale prices were not coming up had manager come over and he didnt understand why it wasnt ringing up right he did give me money back on one but missed the other 2..... Ugh so much for sales

Gone are the days of true closeouts. I miss my old run down Big Lots that gave you deals and finds. Now, the stores are remodeled and the prices are jacked up higher than department and grocery store prices. I also noticed that smaller items with less ounces are only made to look like youre getting a deal because the price is slightly less than the larger item with more ounces at Walmart. Big Lots is a rare occasion for me now because I know what I am getting when I go when used to really get surprised with actual closeouts.

Sales person we had was out standing. New exactly where to find what we were looking for. Seasonal item.

I live in garland so i dont usually come here. Seeing this big lots its not that spacious as th one im used to but its so clean and so organized i found it noce to shop at. All the employees were pretty nice. Unusually empty tho around 7 on a weekday. But i found alot of deals here would recommend
