This is a pretty decent Walmart, clean not to crowded, get in and out quick, customer service not all that but, maybe I went on the wrong day.

The only reason yall got a 3 is because of the kind young African american lady working the register with burgundy/red hair . She had Excellent customer service and is honest! I stopped and asked 2 people for help. The first woman heard me looked at me and kept walking instead of assisting. The next worked at the customer service desk. Instead her paperwork was more important than the guest in front of her. The fact I ordered delivery from them yesterday, and they claimed several of my items were not available. Not only that, a lot came damaged, opened or crushed, or missing. When i arrived at the store every item i had requested was there, the worker just didnt care to ensure it was all in my order. I asked the young lady who helped check me out, if the store had just been recently restocked. Her reply, no. Which made sense as every item had plenty available. They just didnt care to make sure my $200+ order was taken care of. From the missing item of ragu cheese that should have been 3, to the open ice cream and damaged top, to open and damaged pie crusts that were left bent out of shape. I appreciate at least her giving me outstanding customer service with a smile. I wish I had gotten her name! She deserves a raise!

Giving it two stars only because all my items were received at pick up. However, it would have been nice not to get any expired, dirty or damaged food.

Very clean and the staff is very helpful. They can tell when Im a little lost or just need a pointer that theyll ask. It helps that their gas prices basically dictates the other two stations nearby. Furthermore, the items are priced competitively and the food quality is great!There are maybe only 6 self checkout Lanes so that needs to be improved. Nevertheless, they have digital pay and you can use your phone for tap so thats a bonus!

Not a regular walmart, much smaller than a supercenter. Checkout took us a while, they were disorganized up front, but the store seemed nice overall.

This neighborhood market is great!!!They always have what I need, the freshest produce, in-store bakery is well stocked and going all day, and meats are fantastic quality, plus I can get my gas here as well, win-win!!!

Its just one of the most convenient places, close to home, and the employees are the greatest.

Theres nothing arong with neighborhood markets in general, but this one in particular NEEDS to be a supercenter. There isnt a cheap option for clothes or electronics or automotive goods in miles, and while I am sure the small businesses around the area are comfortable and happy with this, I personally enjoy the convenience of not going to four to six different places for all my needs.Lovely workers though.

The layout is so compact you cant get attend without running into people. Its not very clean and I likely will go to the Tom Thumb across the street instead.

Needs new management stopped going inside for unprofessionalism and decided to do walmart delivery but orders from this location are always wrong but when sasche deliveries never an issue. App wont let me select a location because I would never pick this location.

Poor managemen! I noticed items that were expired when purchased, so I made the trip back up and spoke with the manager at the customer service desk. He informed me that he couldnt help because the associate that he had running the customer service desk was at lunch, so come back in 70 min. The manager just didnt want to take the time to resolve my issue and do his job.

This is a better neighborhood market then the one down the street. Has more stock.

Pickup grocery is great. Fresh vegetables. All dairy products had good dates. All items ordered online were correct.

As I walked in expecting to be greeted the first employee I see by the door was an African American young lady she was taking a nap it looked like, this is really unprofessional when I finished with my grocery haul I noticed the same lady by the door sitting on a chair talking with what appeared to be her boyfriend. No greeters no receipt checkers or counters it looked like.

Waited in line for 15 mins.... they only had one register open. I asked the cashier if that was all of my bags because I couldnt see in the carousel nearest her she said yea, thats all! I went to feed the stray cats only to notice all of the cat food that I purchased was not in the bags! I called the store and some rude manager said shes leaving at 11:30... if I can make it back I can have my cat food! Never again!!!

Lots of items out of stock. Many empty places on the shelves. But, courtesy and helpfulness of the employees is great. When the stocking gets back to normal, I would rate them 5 stars.

I was in a couple of days ago and you were out of a jello product - pistachio, and you were out. I came back today and you were still out. There were numerous outs in that section. I went to the customer service desk, and told the lady how vacant of products that section was. First of all, there was no greeting from her, just a stare. She told me that many products were being discontinued. I ask her to tell the grocery manager, and she said she would tell but it won’t do any good. This lady (tall elderly lady with short grey hair) must be highly talented because she is about as friendly as a snake. This is my third encounter with her and the same results each time. Secondly, someone needs to order and stock the jello section. Walmart is better than this! I shop here all the time, and, for the most part, it is usually a pleasant experience. Suggestion: have a customer service person that greets the customer and, at least, pretend she cares about the customer’s problem.

East TX Pickins is the best place in Texas to find great deals on art glass and all kinds of memoribelia. Ive found some REAL treasures in that place. The owners are friendly, nice and always helpful. If youre in Canton -- dont miss out!

Everyone is always badmouthing WalMart. Well, not this one. These people are top notch decent individuals. Its always a joy to shop here. Everyone is always very nice.

Its good for when I need to grab something quick at the store, not as my regular shopping though. The parking lot is terrible everytime I go. I spend more time trying to get in there than actually in the store. I also have had multiple times where they were completely out of the items I needed and had to run across the street to tom thumb instead. Staff is nice.

Today I lost $60 in the store. It had come out of my back pocket, probably when I pulled my phone out...I called later just KNOWING they were going to tell me that no one turned it in... well, someone DID turn it in, one of their employees. I am just blown away by that. They could have easily pocketed it and didnt. Its just nice to know there are still trustworthy people in the world among all this bad we see. I wasnt told who turned it in, but if you see this, I want you to know how much I appreciate you, I have 3 kids to feed and I really couldnt afford to lose $60. You are seriously, THE BEST.

So about six years ago I moved to Rowlett TX and I always have shopped at the super Walmart center but recently me and my family have moved to the other end of rowlett and we are shopping more recently at the Walmart grocery ...so we usually do a pick up because I mean who likes to go grocery shopping 🤔🤔🤣so my experience has always been mediocre and normal .until today we met the most hilarious delivery person of our groceries and he was so pleasant and did I mention he was funny. But kept it professional and quick..he gave me such a memorable experience while delivering my groceries that I asked him what day is that he work on and the time so that I can have him deliver my groceries every single time ! Again it was a very pleasant smooth transaction and I thank you Walmart grocery for hiring such an amazing employee named Jason ❤️.. he has my vote for employee of the month 😉!

Had to listen to inappropriate sexual conversations between 2 cashiers about an another Male while I was being checked out. Store itself is fine,cashiers have absolutely no class. Customer service is at an all time low. Really should decided who should be representing your store. Cashiers leave the last impression on your customers. Would have expected this in south Dallas,not Rowlett.

The employees are awesome and the place is clean. I couldnt help but notice a gentleman named Drew running around and doing an amazing job. He was multitasking like crazy, opening a register to help customers, assisting another customer at self checkout, helping with managerial work. He was quick with everything. Awesome employee you have there!

Love our Neighborhood store! Everyone is friendly, helpful & always seem in a good mood. I usually go to the store at the same time of day each time, so when Im recognized, along with something we talked about before, it is such a nice feeling to know these people care. They dont always have what Im looking for, but they try to get it for me the next time if I ask them to bring it in.

Quit store to get in and out of recommend

Theyre close, and usually a couple of cents cheaper than the other three corners at the Dalrock/ 66 intersection. I try no to go inside, however, because their coffee (hazelnut, I think) slap you in the face the second you open the door.

Clean, competitive pricing, good selection of fresh produce and food items, good selection of household items, has beer, wine, pharmacy, gasoline pumps, propane. They said “ we are not cleaning the carts we ran out of wipes”. Overall the store was filthy. Stay away - they are not actively protecting us from Covid 19

Some hallways are to small and most of the people that goes here are old and if you get on there way they get upset. First time there and one lady was rude. But every employee are so nice.

The woman who is in the gas station-didnt catch her name- but she had bottom braces. She was incredibly nice. I will be coming back in the future because she is so nice.

People are not very helpful

I gave this store a five because the pharmacy is awesome. The pharmacy staff is very much on task, and if it wasnt for them my son would have gotten the wrong dosage of medicine. So I am so grateful to that whole staff for getting on it and correcting it. Second, I want to compliment the bakery/deli. Today I went in there and it was so neat and clean and the food looked good and fresh. Usually, some of the Walmarts that Ive been in, the chicken looks burnt, and unedible, and crispy,but all their food looked delicious and the chicken looked golden and I had to get some. So with that being said, I would like to add that Mindy, who was working in the deli, is doing a good job on keeping it nice and clean, and keeping the food fresh, and good.

This Walmart is not good. Do not feel safe a that place. Shady people hang outside and not safe.
