Never thought I would ever have to post a review about a place. But God the experience was just terrible. Im a doordasher and someone had placed an order to this specific place to pick up a order. I asked this old Asian man worker to see if he has the order ready and he yells at me to leave and he doesnt do business with doordash. Like most rude service in any public place I have ever encountered. Legit I had to cancel my doordash order which is also my customers fault for not answering my calls and messages about the order. Do not ever take orders that lead you directly to this 7 eleven. By far the worst staff ever.

Very rude. They do not help customers. They Yells at customers and Ignores customers. All shifts are bad. Afternoons are the worse. Treat people with respect. We are not animals.

Their customer service is horrible I work directly next door so Im an every day customer and I get yelled at every day that I come in. If your looking for something specific and ask for help they will catch an attitude with you yell at you and make it seem like your wrong for asking them for help.

They dont sell slurpees and drinks from the soda machines right now, as what I was told from the cashier. There was only 1 employee and they were rude.

I have been going to this 7-11 since October and have gone at least 50-100 times to do the same type of transaction. While attempting to do two transactions get cash back twice [ a $5 and a $10] Jake the cashier [short asian man 50+ with glasses ] started yelling at my partner and I when I put a pack of gum back ugh is that it, is this all. I respond yes, then asked if I was getting cash back and once I said yea he demanded I spend another dollar. I have never had to do that so I told him and he rudely insisted that I had to spend more money. I told him No and continued to pay for the gun and told him to watch. The transaction went threw and he was obligated to give ne my $10. He slammed my $10 on the counter while I asked for his managers name and. Ignoring me he attempted to blow me off but I stated I needed to buy swisher for my next transaction. He smacked his lips and yelled which one then I stated the flavor 6 times while he acted frustrated like he couldnt find the flavor I stated. Once he found it he snatched my ID. I do not appreciate this customer service.there were plenty of witnesses . No one should enforce random rules and treat people like they arent human.

This store shouldnt be 7 eleven, the old Chinese man is disrespectful, if you try redeem promotions this is not the place for you, worst store ever

The owner is sooo bad (especially during coffee rush hour?!?!?) !! Would give zero stars. Wouldnt let me scan the app to get to my free cup and charged me for 2 large cups when one was a refill?!?! And this isnt the first time this has happened. No wonder they dont have a beer licence either. Would not visit again, 7-11 do something this place!!

Really bad experience going here. No coffee during morning rush and when I asked the lady(the owner Im assuming) got irritated. Also charged me full price on a refill..... Not the first time with this kind of bad customer service at this 7-11, corporate should do something.

Chinesse old man gets mad any time rewards pops up a free coffe and treat customers bad, never come back

Really unfriendly staff. Cashier came off irritated at my brother and ‘discount’ for pizza was not ‘available’ during the time it is supposed to be available. Not worth your time stopping by.

Unfriendly staff over all i had to pay in change cause i only had one dollar on me for coffe guy over the counter gets all loud saying i dont have enough i ask to please count again apparently i had more than enough and he kept my change
